I had the pleasure of working with Sergio to get a new roof installed. Sergio was very professional…read moreand was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate differences in materials, cost, installation, and expectations for the entire project. Usually, these installations take about three days with his team. However, with the upcoming El Niño season expecting to be more critical than past years, it took him five days to complete the installation with heat wave weather. In addition to the roof, I requested several active air vents to be installed on my house. The material he used was a high quality, modern active air ventilation system that looks nice when you see it from the street view. Since installation, I've noticed a pretty big difference between my previous roof (installed in 1994) to my current one today. Without any AC running, the house can get a tolerable warm versus an unbearably hot with my previous roof. The AC units are able to work less hard and keep the house cooler with the new roof material. Overall, I would use Sergio and the Sunset Roofing Services team in the near future. This company has done many previous properties within my relatives and family and all have been highly content with their new roofs. I highly recommend this team. I hope that anyone who reads this review is convinced that they should at least contact this company and meet Sergio for their roofing needs.

He kept his word on everything and not only met expectations but over-delivered on what was agreed upon. I'll leave out the extra details, but Sergio is a stand-up guy who truly took care of my home. It's clear that Sergio wants the best reputation possible for his company and is putting in the work to make that happen. He and his crew met all timelines, including pulling permits and completing city inspections. They were always prompt, arrived exactly when they said they would, worked the hours they committed to, and completed everything in four days. They left my property very clean. The crew spent significant time picking up and left the place looking great. They also painted all the fascia boards. His crew is friendly and hardworking. I would absolutely recommend Sergio and Sunset Roofing to anyone considering a roof replacement. Thank you, Sunset Roofing.
