I had my 40-year old patio cover replaced with a brand new one last week by JH Construction. Throughout the process from estimate to tear down to replacement I was always pleasantly informed by their personnel. Price was reasonable and the product they installed appears to be top notch. Always punctual (a rare thing with contractors I've found) and Left the project cleaner than it was when they started. I would not hesitate to use JH. read more

We had J H Construction build our patio cover and we love it! We received multiple estimates on the job but Jeff gave us the best information, the best warranty, and the best price for the amount of work they would do compared to the other companies. One company did have a lower price but had a way shorter warranty and a lot of money was required upfront. JH only required payment after job was done. Also for the lights n ceiling fans they ran separate power for each as a few other companies were going to put everything on the same line. The electrical work looks clean and came out great. The patio cover is simply awesome and we highly recommend Jeff and his team. They were very easy to talk to and very considerate to us. The crew that did the work was outstanding! read more

It is always so refreshing to see a promise kept and a job done as promised. Jeff, Justin and their crew are true professionals and there is no doubt in my mind that they did an absolutely amazing job with our patio cover. Professional, courteous, arrived early, finished the job on time, cleaned up after, reasonably priced, you name it, they got it. Highly recommend them for your patio cover needs, you won't regret it. J H Construction - Aluminum patio cover built and installed by JH Construction. - Gutter Services Near Me - Riverside, California

We met with a handful of companies but ultimately decided to go with J H Construction because we felt like they provided us with the most information. We were able to view samples when getting a quote and ask as many questions as we needed. I never had a problem getting a hold of anyone - they always responded in a reasonable time frame. The longest part of the process was getting the materials but once our permit was approved and the materials were here, the patio cover was up in days. I'd recommend J H Construction and would use them again. read more

Went with this company because they had the best reviews and after using them it is easy to see why. Jeff was very responsive and got someone out to give me an extremely competitive quote. They were able to answer all my questions and concerns with confidence. When it came time for install Justin and Sam were amazing. They showed up on time all 3 days. They were polite and respectful when needing to come inside the house. They too communicated well throughout the day about progress because I was unable to be home. Lastly I felt like my yard was cleaner around the area they were working than when they started. My wife and I could not be happier with how it turned out and the quality of work after it was done. Wouldn't think about using anyone else. read more

If you're looking to build a patio, we highly recommend Jeff and his team! We had 4 companies come out to give us a quote, Jeff not only gave us the best price, he was very patient in answering all of our questions (in person and through calls/text). Throughout the whole process he replied to questions very quickly. On the day of the build, Justin, Sam, and the rest of the crew did a great job keeping us posted on what was going on. Before they left they also cleaned up the area nicely (these guys are very friendly, polite, and personable!). But the thing that impressed me the most was the customer service. Due to the configuration of our backyard and back wall, the patio wasn't the easiest to build, and there were complications that required them to come out more times than I presume is the normal for them. Each time they showed up, they were very friendly, polite, and dare I say, seemed happy to be there. An example was Justin and Sam coming back a couple of months after they completed the job to check up on a concern I brought up. They really do stand by their workmanship and it's evident they're proud of their work. I can vouch for this company. If you need a patio, they're your guys. read more

I think JH constructions did a great job on our 12 x 12 patio cover. We contacted Jeff for the quote and gave me a competitive price. Justin and Sam installed our patio professionally, meticulously and on time. Both were friendly and courteous. They arrived early and finished the job just before lunch. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Just had a patio cover installed by this company and I am pleased with the outcome. The price was the best I found and the guy who came to provide the quote was knowledgeable. The placement of our patio was a little unique due to it needing to cover a garage door entrance. Materials did take the full 4 weeks to come in but once they did it was installed in about 6 hours. The installers did a great job explaining the set up and options for plug placement. read more

Requested a quote on a new gutter with downspout and Jeffrey responded the same day. He came out a few days later to take measurements and gave a very reasonable quote and time-line. I was impressed with his knowledge and skills, as well as his friendliness and honesty. Needless to say, after receiving quotes from two different contractors, we decided to go with Jeffrey. Will provide an updated review in a few weeks when the project is completed. read more

We had the best experience from beginning to end. Jeff came out and did an estimate. Everything was simple and clear to understand- no over selling at all, no pressure to move forward. Once we decided to go with JH, it took two weeks to get it going. 1 day for demo (about 2 hours) and 1 day to install (about 5 hours) The guys were very punctual and very professional. We had wonderful experience working with Jeff, J H Construction. Justin and his crew are so excellent, came on time, very professional listen to owner friendly, patio cover work done so beautifully, better than expected. We would use this company again. Our patio cover job wasn't standard job, it was shorter, like 4 feet out to prevent rain hitting the door, causing door frame got rotten, Jeff measured and designed perfect, in 3 different door areas, including one in up stair master bedroom door to veranda. Another surprising thing when Jeff (seems he is the owner ) came and gave the estimates and sign the contract paper, he didn't ask any upfront money, or down payment. They fully trusted us, and we totally felt confident about this company. Gutter issues noticed later, they responded accordingly. read more

Highly recommend JH Construction! Jeff came out a month before my project was going to start to give me an estimate knowing I had a few other already lined up. He was punctual and very knowledgeable about patio covers. Sadly they never showed up. Honestly it is truly frustrating when you take time out of your day for someone to come to your home. J H Construction - All new gutters up and down! Perfect color match and installation! - Gutter Services Near Me - Riverside, California

I would highly recommend Jeff from JH . I called and Jeff answered he made a appointment ASAP with my schedule, When Jeff arrived on time he walked our home he had great samples of gutter styles and metal color swatches. He gave us a quote right then and there at my home. I did have another appointment for a couple hours later that same day to get a second quote the company never showed or called so I figured they didn't want our business. 4 hours late some girl knocked on my door and said she was there to measure and quote the gutters. Her samples were all smashed and the color samples were paper not metal paint samples. As soon as she left I called Jeff an set up a appointment to install. I'm glad i did. His 2 man crew showed up early and went over the colors we chose and the areas for the new gutters. Very professional and great job will add photos later. Thank you JH for the quality and excellent customer service the new gutters and down spouts look great. read more
