First off let me tell you that it took almost 3 weeks to get anyone out to my house to give me an estimate. I actually forgot about this company until I got a phone call confirming our appointment. I figured that maybe they were backed up because they did quality work and they offered amazing pricing. I thought it would be worth the wait. Second, a young man came to my house to take measurements. He was friendly. He seemed as though he was not the most knowledgeable person in the industry, and he later verified that he was new. After watching him take measurements, I could tell he was unsure of himself. He forgot to measure cabinets and the island. He finally finished, and he let me know that he would be getting me a quote "hopefully in two weeks". Yes you read that right...two weeks! Lastly, I have had almost 7-8 quotes at this point and ALL of them came in between $3,000-$4,000. This company quoted me $6,510 for just redoing my existing cabinets. I am very displeased with this company! Thank God I didn't move forward with them. If I were you, I wouldn't waste neither your time nor your money! read more

Almost 2 years later, and we STILL LOVE our new kitchen! All of the materials seem to be good quality and are still looking good and working correctly. One of the best decisions we made was to go with quartz counters - they look great and cleaning them is so simple (we just use water!) The gray cabinets and darker vinyl plank floor are a great match, and are in great shape. The BEST decision we made, though, was choosing Endless Kitchen & Bath to handle our kitchen job. We just completed our shower/bath remodel and cannot say enough good things about the process from start to finish. I wanted to update our Master Bath, which had oak cabinets, Corian countertops, carpeting and builder installed mirrors. I had a few referrals from friends, and ended up having 4 contractors come out and estimate the job. I used two Yelp referrals, and long story short, I decided on Endless Kitchen. Not the least expensive, but I just felt confident with their ability to complete the job timely and within budget. They started on a Monday about two weeks after we had settled on the job scope, and the project was completed by Friday Noon, and not one cent over budget! We have a newly remodeled bathroom with painted cabinets, Caesarstone countertops, gorgeous new flooring, sinks, faucets and mirrors! It's just beautiful and exactly what I envisioned and less than I expected to pay for the project. Even though this was a comparatively small project, I never felt I was being fit in the schedule between other jobs. Our job was priority to them and us. Our project manager Eli was an excellent communicator, showed up first thing each morning to make sure subs were on task, and last thing daily to clean up. After obtaining three quotes for our bathroom renovation, my wife and I could not be more pleased that we decided to go with Endless Kitchen & Bath! It all started with a phone call to EK&B to make an appointment for an estimate. That same day I got a callback from Bob Chen and we made an appointment for the following day. Bob came out on-time and we immediately realized that he was very knowledgeable on all aspects of construction & remodeling. Bob took measurements and during the process of interacting with us, he offered up some great ideas that we had not even thought of. After some good discussion and brainstorming, Bob left and advised that he would get the quote to us within a couple of days. Sure enough, within two days he called me and told me their firm quote was sent to my email address. Upon reviewing the quote, it was professional and thorough down to every little detail we had discussed. Our two previous quotes from other companies were too vague and left too much open for different interpretation. We then called Bob and met with him at their office in Rancho Cucamonga. While there, Bob had some great ideas on tile suggestion, vanity top, trim, etc. We left there very pleased with the result - and we were even able to workout a March 6th date to begin the work. Several days prior to our start date, Philip contacted me to let us know he was assigned to coordinate the job and wanted to meet with us to go over the day-by-day details of the project. Philip came to our house and also was very knowledgeable in the business. From that first meeting, I was impressed with his professionalism - and knowledge about the work to be performed in our home. He clearly understood our "homeowner anxiety" and proceeded to layout everything that would be taking place day-by-day. Throughout the entire project, Philip arrived at our home almost every day to ensure the various workers knew the game plan, were on schedule, performing quality work and protecting our tile and carpet. I commend Philip for his excellent project management skills - and EK&B for having someone like him to work with the homeowners before, during and after construction. Others who worked on our bathroom that I would like to mention are: Deven - whom I nicknamed "the gopher" would deliver the material, supplies and remove any trash from the days activity. He was always cheerful and upbeat - and clearly loves his job. Chico - the Plumber who converted our plumbing from single sink to double sink, installed and plumbed the shower head riser and valve, and returned to install the shower head and handle once the tile was completed. Marco - for his excellent installation of our double sink vanity counter-top, faucets, and all of the accessories that we had purchased but thought we would have to install ourselves. This included two towel bars, two medicine cabinets, one over-the-toilet cabinet and toilet paper holder. EK&B provides this complimentary service at no charge! Manuel - the tile layer. An master of his trade indeed. Manuel layed our shower and floor tile - and was very meticulous with his layout - following the design to a tee. Manual was here for about a week and half, and was on time everyday - and two of those days it rained. Very polite and courteous - and like all of the others, he cleaned up every day. Our shower and bathroom floor is simply beautiful!! Two others who I did not not catch their names were the drywaller who repaired our wall after the double sink plumbing was installed and, even though he was only contracted to texture that part of the wall, he offered to re-texture our entire bathroom at no additional charge! And lastly, the shower- glass installer. Great job, and it looks beautiful. I will closeout this review by saying YES - I fully recommend this company - and will definitely work with them again on another project. We moved into a house this past summer and wanted a bathroom redone. Found Endless Kitchen & Bath on Yelp and gave them a call. Got a call back the same day and booked an appointment for a quote. They're really busy so be ready to wait a bit for them to come out.(It's worth the wait!) Once you agreed on the quote, things move pretty fast. I like the fact the payments were paid in installments as different stages are done. The project manager Eli was amazing, he's always checking in to make sure all works were done "in perfection". He checked over all the fixtures before they were installed and all trash was picked up at the end of the day. Eli's communication was on point so I was never out of the loop. The skilled professionals who came were all professional, polite and did great work. The one who stood was the tile layer Manny, he was meticulous in laying each tile and the end result was beautiful. Having our bathroom renovated by Endless Kitchen and Bath was a fantastic experience. Scott and his wife helped with ideas and Bob Chen worked with us on a daily basis once the project started. We did run into one problem when our cat got into the sub-floor after demolition. Bob was so kind and understanding and delayed things until he came out ( 8 hours later!). Amazing from start to finish for my master bath remodel!!! I reviewed their Yelp comments when I was searching for someone to remodel my master bathroom in addition to a few other companies. I was impressed with their reviews. I decided to have them come out and give me an estimate. Scott the owner came out and and in a day, had an estimate for me. His estimate was very close to the others I received. I had never done a remodel before and was a bit nervous to pull the plug and finally do it. It was a long time dream of mine (10 years) to have this remodel done. I decided to do it and made an appointment with Scott. After several hours and with his help, we picked out the tile for the tub and shower and floor tile, grout, counter tops and hardware. While I was searching for a company to do the job, it was extremely important that they could do it ALL from start to finish. I did not want to find someone to do each individual job. I had a Project Manager Philip (Great guy!) that kept me informed daily of what was going on each day and showed up each day. We were in contact with each other daily. Thank you Philip for all you did. You were a joy to work with! From start to finish all the workers were on time as scheduled with masks on due to COVID. My fiancé and I decided to remodel some things in our house; kitchen, built in China hutch, bathrooms, etc. We used Endless for our entire kitchen and our bathroom cabinets and counter tops. We first started working with Scott the owner. He helped us pick out everything we were looking for and gave us some ideas, opinions and thoughts. That was important to us because we had an idea what we wanted, but we've never done anything like this. Their showroom is amazing and huge! You can find almost anything and everything there. Once we signed our contract, we met Bob Chen and worked exclusively with him as our project coordinator. We've heard stories that with every demo and remodel there are some hiccups and Bob made sure everything was handled and taken care of the right way and in a timely manner. If we had any questions or concerns, Bob was there promptly with an answer. Everything we wanted and envisioned, Scott, Bob and everyone at Endless made it happen. We are very pleased with our finished project which was completed within the time frame they provided us. That was very important to me because we didn't have a kitchen, a sink, etc. They made everything for us easy and effortless. Scott and Bob were honest, reliable, assuring, friendly and they made us feel comfortable. They didn't treat us or our home like dollar signs or just a job, they came to our home every day and treated our home as if it were their own. We had our kitchen remodeled (cabinets, counters, backsplash) along with new tile flooring throughout multiple rooms and all new plumbing & vanity in the powder room. Endless did an amazing job! Very high quality workmanship and attention to detail. Scott was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the entire project. They offered great suggestions as we picked out styles and colors. I had Endless K & B re-do both bathrooms in the home I purchased earlier this year. Scott and his crew came in and professionally and efficiently got rid of our tired fiberglass shower /tub enclosures and replaced laminate flooring (yuck) with beautiful tile. The vanities look and feel high-end. Scott regularly asked my input and I trusted him completely in the renovation details. He brought me great samples and gave great recommendations on tiles, vanity, finishes. He even recommended a fantastic painter! Above all I felt secure the crew in my home when I was away at work. Endless kitchen redid our vanity and plumbing in the bathroom. We received 5 bids and Endless kitchen was the second most expensive but we were blown away by their professionalism. There were some contractors less expensive but they wouldn't even show up on time for measurements or call us back in a timely manner. We are VERY happy with the results. Scott's crew did all the demo, hall away, and installation in ONE day. They were very contentious about cleanliness and didn't leave our place a mess. In fact one of the workers even re-hung our mirrors for us. Yes they were 600.00 more but our friends went with the lowest bid and now they are in court. We will def go back and have them redo our kitchen at some point. (bonus they take credit card) read more

I needed some work at my house done. I looked for contractors in Rancho Cucamonga on Yelp. I saw that Scott only had one review, but I wanted to get more than one estimate. Scott arrived on time the day of the scheduled appointment. Since the project involved a new bathroom, new flooring and carpeting, I had many questions. Scott was very patient and took the time to explain everything in great detail. Scott is also very up front that he will not use cheap materials. Therefore, his estimate will not be the lowest. He was correct, he was not the lowest estimate that I got. I decided to go with Endless as a result of the work I saw on his website, and after talking with Scott. I had a strict deadline on when all of this work had to be done. Scott played around with the dates and assured me that it would be done on time. In the end, all of the work was completed on time without incident. Scott actually went above and beyond what was in the contract. For example, the vanity that we had installed did not come with handles. Scott happened to have a set that he thought would look great on it and had his guy (who was working on another job) come down just to install them. This was not in the contract, and was just an example of Scott's professionalism. All of the work came out clean and looked amazing. I highly recommend using Endless Kitchen and Bath. Another 5 Star review for Endless Kitchen is not an accident and is not a bunch of family and friends flooding them with positive reviews - these guys are the real deal. It starts from the top down - the owner Scott Stephens is experienced, organized, enthusiastic, encouraging and most of all - has business integrity by standing behind every commitment he makes. I had my master bath, bedroom and guest bath redone from the studs - replacing everything. I got several bids, EKB was on the higher side but at the end of the project, I considered the price a bargain based on all the things they do that I was not nickel and dimed on. Every project has snags and through great communication - we worked them all out. I can seriously say that I could have gone on vacation for 2 months and the project would have been completed on time/budget and to the same high quality. The attention to the smallest of details was beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a minimal refacing project, they may not be the right contractor for you because their output is high quality and elegant. Like so many others, I will be a repeat customer.
