When a tree fell on my during a hurricane a couple years ago John came out and comforted me by taking over the entire project. He had the whole patio rebuilt to better than new condition. He replaced the entire roof of the house, breezeway, and garage. My husband and I called on WM Construction as we had a guest bathroom that was very dated and in need of a good remodel. Mamoon came to our home and gave us lots of ideas. Their estimate was very reasonable and we are very happy with the results. Mamoon played an integral part in helping us design and bring my vision to reality. From the time we met Walid on the day he did the walk through and gave us a quote, we were confident that this build was going to be a smooth experience. His professionalism and knowledge of what needed to be done was apparent and he didn't disappoint. We were modifying a downstairs wing of our house to be an ADU for my mom and after waiting for months on the permits from the city, Walid and his team were ready to begin in early November. And when I say "begin" they did all the demo and framing in the first couple days! We were looking to remodel our house that consisted of kitchen, dining and living rooms. We also wanted to add on by pushing out our living room and putting in a front porch. We used WM Construction to replace the flooring in most of our house (1600 square ft), to replace our granite countertops in the kitchen with quartz and to replace the backsplash in our kitchen. Will was a huge help in guiding us in the selection of the flooring, quartz countertops and backsplash. He recommended a few companies to visit at different price points.
