We've done so many things that I couldn't attach all the photos as it's reached Yelp's limit.. Our shower valve bursted so we needed a restoration for the kitchen (right down below) and the master bathroom. Overall they renovated our kitchen, master bathroom, second-floor flooring, stairs, and replaced our water regulator and some water boxes. The results exceeded our expectations. I still remember after installing the cabinets, I noticed the pantry and one more cabinet's doors were very slightly not aligned and was planning to tell Martin about it. However before I had the chance it was already fixed. We really appreciate such details. The crew was very professional and kept the space as clean as possible during construction. Our home feels completely transformed, and we couldn't be happier with the final outcome. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for renovation work.

He referred us to Martin and Cova Construction. We were quoted a very fair price and reasonably quick timeframe. Let's begin! Once the project was started we were so impressed with the first bathroom, we asked if we could add a few more projects. We added new flooring(which looks amazing) painted the living room, kitchen and hallway (very nice) also painted the kitchen cabinets an amazing sage green(HGTV inspired) painted the fireplace mantel and distressed it, after all that we replaced our 60+ year old 10' slider door and added shades for privacy. All this in a relatively short time, about 6-7 weeks. Martin and his squad are all super good people and were a pleasure to have around the house. At the end of every workday all construction debris was swept up and clean. I would hire these gents again and again, you should too Thanks Cova!!!

We chose the tan vinyl as it went a lot better with the colors of our home than the white vinyl. I loved that this was a family business and that everyone that we dealt with at the company was very professional. Out of the three quotes that we got Casa Valenzuela gave us the best quote. The fence was completed in just a few hours and the contractors were great. Five out of five stars! When we replace the other side of our fence we will definitely reach back out to Casa Valenzuela. Although I had to continue reaching out to him and pushing to have him address the issues, he has finally remedied a portion of the concrete problem. In an attempt to remedy the problem himself, he sprayed a sealant onto the raised bond beam portion of the back yard; unfortunately, it made the issue worse. After attempts to remove the sealant, it was determined that it could not be removed. Fernando finally hired an external company to grind down the concrete and apply a new concrete layer to a knock-down finish (See photos). Unfortunately, he will not refinish the rest of the concrete that his company poured throughout my backyard, but at least he addressed the portion that he attempted to fix. That said, I commend Fernando for attempting to remedy the problem, and I do not harbor any ill will towards him or his company. That said, moving forward, I will make sure to get a signed contract with a manufacturer's defect clause for any future construction jobs I plan in the future.

His experience and know-how contributed to the success. He's a really good designer so if you hire him, don't be afraid to tap this skill. On the installation day, his guys arrived on time and ready to work. I was expecting a full week and they got it all done in about 2.5 days. They cleaned up at the end of each day and we never lost the use of the staircase which was a total bonus given: kids, dogs etc... Just a great experience and well within our budget. I can't say enough good things about Brian and his crew. True Craftsmen and very nice guys. If you need stairs or a refresh, he's your guy!

We are in need of a full redo of our stairs. Previous stairs the steps had carpet while the rails…read moreand handles were previously sanded and painted from original. We got bids from at least 3 licensed companies. Let me list out all of the reasons why we ended up choosing Brian and Semper. First and foremost, you actually deal directly with the owner of the company which is Brian himself. He does not just oversee your project, but he's the one working alongside the trenches with his crew. His professionalism and friendliness throughout the process made our project experience equally as important aside from the final masterpiece. You have to experience for yourself that he puts every attention, detail and true care to his work as if it were his own house! For instance, he proactively ran by us that he would like to add extra balusters and raise up our hallway handrails for safety. His crew are super clean after each hard day's work and always willing to communicate and accommodate during the project. Semper came in right at the middle with regard to pricing. It sounds cliche' that there's a saying "you get what you pay for." I'll also add to that quote, "if you're lucky." You will definitely get both and more with Brian! Just have patience when it comes to the initial pricing quotes or having Brian actually take a look at your project. Do not let his lack in initial communication in getting a quote as a sign that he's not interested in your project. As a reminder he's actually the one working alongside his crew so his time is limited during the day and is typically busy working during the day. He doesn't send someone else to do his bids. He's the one from initial quotes to the construction of your project. I would say that if you're in need of a full redo or gutting of your stairs go with Semper. You will get what you paid for if not more. We cannot stop marveling at our stairs since it's one of the main features as you open your front door for guest or just overrall an everyday high traffic area that my family often notice daily. Again, thank you Brian to you and your crew for the level of detail, professionalism, and hard work that you have provided my family and I. Wishing you continued success.
