I ordered carpet through Lowe's and this is their contracted installer. I was told, and have on paper, by Lowe's that the installation included the installers moving furniture just not small items and clutter. Perry Floors scheduler, Diane, even confirmed this when I scheduled. The day of the install their crew comes out and demands to get paid for moving the furniture. Sorry, not doing it. I later called Perry Floors to inform them of this. Diane didn't call back, not sure who did...it was some guy. Maybe Perry? He tells me that they don't move furniture. Hmmmm, I'm confused. I don't recommend this company and have spoken with Lowe's about my issue. 2 stars cause the carpet looks nice. read more

Mike Perry and his team knocked it out of the park! I did a full remodel and the flooring was the most seamless part of the whole process. I'm one to shop around so when I found the flooring I liked (at Perry's after going to both showrooms) I price shopped. A competitor beat Perry's price but I gave them an opportunity to price match. Mike came back out and educated me on what the other guys were leaving out of their quote in order for the whole house to be seamless with no transitions. In the end I paid a little more but got a much higher quality install! The pictures just don't do justice. I also want to add that his team shifted around their schedules more than once to accommodate our contractors delays. Highly recommend Mike Perry and Ken!! read more

Never use this company if you live in the mountains. Total waste of 10 days time. They never notified me that they wont drive to install carpet if there is snow on the ground, they wont drive if there's no space to roll out the carpet, they have no tire chains (which are required by law from November-April) the customer service person demanded that i photograph my property and driveway or they wont give me a date of install. Also, they charge a bullshit "access fee" of $135, yet they wont even "access" my road. When I questioned the customer service lady about Perry Floors RIDICULOUS stipulations, she blamed Lowe's. Perry Floors is a complete joke and i'll gladly take my $2200 order elsewhere. read more

ZERO STARS if possible. I spoke with Cindy & Diane to arrange our tile installation & had a date all set. The install date came and NO ONE showed up and NO ONE called. I called Angie, Diane & Cindy but received voicemails only, I finally reached a very rude man claiming to be the owner (Brian) maybe. I explained I was waiting for their installer and that I wasn't able to reach the staff ladies above and he tells me that 'I have no need to call back'. After hemming & hawing he finally said his installers were out sick but I later found out he lost the installation contract about a month earlier but he failed to notify any pending customers (leaving us with two empty rooms and furniture scattered around the house right before the holidays)he didn't apologize or try to make any of this situation better and Angie, Cindy & Diane also failed to return my messages (they have one of those phone message recordings that end with 'hand a blessed day') acting like they care THEY DONT don't waste your time with this company read more

Ordered carpet through Lowe's and the install was contracted to Perry's Floor Systems. They called to schedule a measuring. Soon after that they completed drawing and sent them to Lowe's for a final quote. Ten day later they received the carpet and immediately called to schedule the install. The installers arrived on time and got right to work. They were fast, clean and great to work with! I recommend giving them a try if you are having carpet installed!! read more

Perry Floors installed wood flooring for us about two months ago and did a beautiful job. The wood was hard to find and had to match existing wood floor. They did a flawless job blending the new with the old, you would never know it wasn't installed at the same time. The hall is long with a bend, has six doorways to different flooring (e.g. tile laundry and bath, etc.). They did not cut corners at those transitions, and made each one at the exact right place, with attractive finishes. We had pre-existing custom floorboards that needed to be re-leveled at the bottom to allow for the thickness of the wood so the top edge would be continuous with the adjacent floor. They did a flawless job there, too. The floor is even, level, click-free and beautiful. There was a lot that could have gone wrong, and none of it did. My wife & I got a few estimates and Perry's Flooring was the best price; And since I am a veteran they included a veterans discount the other companies said they did not offer one. Mike and his staff at the store on Mountain Ave in Upland are great to work with. The installers were on time and did a great job. Perry's has my business! Bought our carpet through Lowe's when they had a promotion for a free install to include moving the furniture for free. Were told that Perry's would handle the install. Their estimator came and measured the carpet. Asked if we had any questions. We are both senior citizens & my husband's mobility is challenged. I was very careful to ask our questions regarding our specific furniture needs and he stated that Perry's would not have a problem in moving any of it. Apparently, do not believe the estimator's answers and call Perry's. Perry's installation customer service person called when the carpet was in and tells us what they would refuse to move. When I challenged her with their estimator's responses she stated that "there must have been a communication problem". We were ready to cancel the whole order, but Lowe's convinced us to keep the order. It is pointless to leave VM for Diane because she never responded to our messages. Elias Saavedra and Willie were our installers. The best installers that we have ever had. I would rate them an 8 if I could. They both went above and beyond what we would have expected, especially having had the earlier issues with Perry's customer service. They were both very professional and were sensitive to my husband's issues. I would rate the experience up to the install a 1. I think that the company needs to improve on their estimator and their customer service area. read more

I needed to get new flooring in my house. I had laminate in the house and after 10 years of dogs, children and adults walking on it everyday it was not looking good. I looked at a couple of options wanting to get the tile that looked like wood. I went to Lowes in north Fontana, found the tile I wanted. They had Perry Floors come out to do the estimate. It was going to be expensive. After much thought, I decided to get it done. Perry Floors called me for the install date after Lowes confirmed they had the materials. Perry Floors called to start the job one day early which I could do. Their install team, Ray and Abhram (sp?), showed up on time. They spent six days installing the 1500 sq feet of flooring and lots of baseboard. The floors turned out wonderful due to their hard work and perseverance to do a good job. They spent hours on their hands and knees. On Saturday they spent a lot of time making sure the floor looked perfect. I would recommend Ray and Abhram as an install team to anyone. read more

I had a kitchen backsplash installed by Perry Flooring Systems and they were fabulous! The installer, Ignacio, was precise, skilled, and really nice. He did a fantastic job on the install and cleaned up everything after he finished installing the backsplash. I would recommend anyone having a backsplash installed to use Perry Flooring Systems.
