December 2021, the seam on our counter was "fixed" 3 times within weeks. The counter had to be completely reset. The grout had to be retouched twice due to uneven work. Some other minor things (blending of drywall on ceiling, seals along cabinets/walls) were discussed then and we were told that we'd hear back early 2022. We didnt. It is now January 2023. The counter is uneven and seam is split open enough to fit a business card. The grout where the counter meets the wall has cracked and split just as much. This was my dream kitchen when it was finished. I was so happy. And now it just feels like a big disappointment. read more

The tile crew, electricians, installers, quartz team, plumber, and Anthony were all so professional, nice, and great at their expertise! Affordable Kitchens is a fit for you if you know what you want design wise and have purchased everything. They are the team to execute your vision. Having said that, there is limited design support so it's important that you're confident in what you want. I'm guessing due to the affordability they are in demand so you'll have to be patient and follow up on estimates. It's worth the effort! But once they're ready for you, they will execute and do it on time. We had a hard deadline given a planned vacation and Anthony did got the job done on time as promised. Anthony really cares about doing a quality job. We had an incident after the demo that led to a leak in our refrigerator waterline...it started flooding our kitchen! We called Anthony at 7 pm and he advised us to shut off the water and he'll be right over. An hour later he showed up to help my husband shop vac the water and he brought industrial fans to dry out wood. Crisis avoided and no damage was done. Anthony and his team were amazing. From the first meet to finish he did everything on time and installed our new kitchen with precision. We love our new kitchen. It's gorgeous. We got many other quotes but each company kept giving us the runaround and charged way too much citing "everything is custom." Also other places kept telling us to come to their showroom and see products. Anthony brought everything to us - all the cabinet samples and countertop samples he had with him. We gave him an idea of what we wanted and he brought ideas and pictures with him. He also pulled up products on his phone so we can pick which handles were going to be installed. With the exception for the first meet/estimate, everything was done by email/phone/text. It was just so easy. Most importantly, Anthony gave us a great price on the kitchen. While originally scoped the job as a cosmetic upgrade, however upon demo we identified major structural issues with the shower and flooring which required the girders and subfloor to be completely replaced and everything newly waterproofed and hot mopped. We are truly blessed to have met Anthony at Affordable Kitchens. He operates a construction orchestra! Everyone involved with the project works together in perfect harmony and the results are an absolutely beautiful, modern, custom, and magnificent kitchen. Our kitchen was over 30 years old (in dog years) and in need of a major overhaul. After receiving several quotes that were way over our budget, we thought the only way to get a new kitchen was to sell our house and move to AZ. But thankfully we found Anthony at Affordable Kitchens online via his website and Yelp. He gave us a preliminary quote by text. The price was 30 percent less than the lowest cash quote, from other companies that provided quotes using their cheapest materials. So needless to say, my husband raised one eyebrow (like The Rock) when we saw Anthony's quote by text. But we made an appointment anyway to have Anthony come out and measure our kitchen. To our shock and surprise his price stayed the same. But unlike the other contractors his material was high quality, everything from the quartz countertops to shaker cabinets, recessed lights, beautiful tile floors and some extra "goodies" he provided. A few months ago my parent's kitchen flooded due to a leak. The majority of the kitchen was destroyed due to water damage to the cabinets and flooring. Since my parents are quite elderly and English isn't their native language, I had to help them navigate the insurance paperwork and research kitchen remodeling businesses. Since I recently renovated my kitchen a couple years ago, I called the business that remodeled my kitchen to provide an estimate, but the quote came in quite high. Unfortunately most of the the insurance limits were maxed out so we were on a very limited budget. I then called 3-4 other businesses and had similar quotes. However, I later found Affordable Kitchens on Yelp, read a few reviews and gave them a call. I provided Anthony details over the phone, texted measurements and he provided me a preliminary estimate. The estimate came in significantly lower than the other quotes I received. I was quite skeptical at first due to the difference in pricing, so I arranged a time for him to come over to review the details and his quote didn't change. After meeting Anthony, he took the time to review the different type of cabinets, sink options, counter tops, flooring options etc. (more than others who came to provide estimates). My parents were also comfortable with Affordable Kitchens so we decided to hire them to remodel our kitchen. Imagine that, a business was true to their name, affordable! The entire job took approximately 7 days and their attention to detail was more than I expected - from the color of the grout in the backsplash to the detail with the cabinet handles, I was confident that they would do an excellent job. Anthony even went out of his way to pickup a few extra pieces of backsplash at the store because we didn't order enough. The customer service was excellent as well. Since my parents needed a functional fridge throughout the remodel, Affordable Kitchens removed the built-in fridge, worked around it and kept it aside so that it could be used until the very last possible moment when the new fridge was installed. The communication was excellent too, I felt I was made aware of every next step throughout the remodel process. I'm referring Affordable Kitchens to my in-laws in the area with confidence and am also looking into them remodeling my bathrooms. I highly recommend Affordable Kitchens.
