We just completed our bathroom remodel and the experience was amazing. Reyes responded promptly and began work within a week from proposal. We highly recommended them! Their work was outstanding!! read more

We just had our master bathroom remodeled along with the flooring and counter in another bathroom by Rocca Tile. We obtained multiple bids and selected this company due to Reyes's professionalism, knowledge and being very detailed. Of all the bids, Reyes was the only one to provide a detailed quote with line items and their associated cost. The other bids, some where a bit lower, provided no details just a lump some for one line item. These type of quotes will usually end uo costing more because it is easy for the contractor to say, it is not included or create tension because disagreements due to the lack of detail. The tile work itself was great, clean and great quality. Julio the installer was very professional and patient as we tended to ask a lot of questions along the process. On multiple occassions he asked if this is the way we wanted things done before he actually set the tile :-) There is nothing more frustrating then someone doing work without asking how you want it, all to have a customer be unhappy and having to do it again. Julio is also very experienced in his work so he was able to provide great suggestions. read more

Being in Real Estate for over 30+ years, I'm always in search for professional & reliable Contractors especially in my local area. I am so glad to come across Reyes here on Yelp. He made an appointment for an estimate & came on time as scheduled. Reviewed with me our Bathroom remodel requirements, took notes & by the following day emailed me a reasonable & detailed proposal. He coordinated the start from demo, haul away, plumbing, shower hot tar water proofing, tile installation, sliding glass door & 400lb double vanity assembly as wellas moving it up to our 2nd floor Master bedroom. The photos shows the attention to detail that he has for his trade. We will definitely be in touch with Reyes for more projects to come including our Investment properties. My wife and I are very grateful that we've met Reyes, a true professional in his trade!!! read more

We had a kitchen remodeled by Rocca Tile & Granite, and they were a pleasure to work with. Reyes, the owner, is reliable and his prices are fair. His crew is considerate - even though they were in our house for several weeks, they were not at all intrusive. Rocca tile & Granite does excellent, high quality work - my kitchen looks amazing! Reyes went above and beyond my expectations, and we will certainly contract with them again when we're ready to remodel the bathrooms. read more

I am very happy with the remodeling of my home, Reyes was very helpful with all my questions and concerns starting this major project. Before starting on my home I scheduled an appointment and he mentioned he would have an estimate for me with in the week, which I did not mind, I own my own business and when work gets busy it only means your busy because of the quality of work you offer to your clients. However, once I received the estimate I was excited for Rocca Tile to start on my home, my kitchen cabinets with counter top were installed, my two bathrooms, and flooring My house looks like a new model home. If you want QUALITY and EXCELLENCE for your home, then Rocca Tile and Granite is the company you want! read more

Contacted them upon reading the great reviews but was very disappointed with their customer service. Reyes promptly came out and checked out the scope of work. He promised a quote the next day. He texted me three days later. I had a question about his quote and he didn't respond. I followed up a few days later and still did not hear back. Guess he wasn't interested in my business ‍ read more

Needed to have a bathroom countertop, sink, and backsplash replaced with new granite. Drove 39 miles to select the granite. Received a proposal from Reyes to do the work. We agreed on the price and I returned the signed proposal to him. He was supposed to start work the following week. I asked him to pick up the deposit and provide a copy of his insurance certificate. He never responded. Several days later, he emailed me and told me he couldn't do the job. What a waste of time this has been. Here are a couple of warnings to those of you considering Rocca Tile: 1. Reyes is unreliable. He doesn't return calls and then backs out at the last minute. Is this a good use of your time? 2. By law, Rocca Tile can't request a deposit for more than 10% or $1,000 whichever is less. Don't give Reyes any more than the law allows. 3. Ask for their insurance certificate. He may not have liability or Workers Comp insurance. read more

Had my downstairs guest Bathroom remodeled recently. I am so pleased with the work down by Reyes and his crew, Miguel and Alvaro. Professional and outstanding workmanship. Highly recommend them and can't wait for them to remodel my upstairs bathrooms next year. read more

Just had my kitchen remodeled today and it is beautiful! Called several contractors for quotes and the best price and experience was Reyes and and Rocca Granite and Tile. The job was completed on time, and on budget. The work crews were knowledgable and professional. From the cabinet crew to the electrician to the granite layers, everyone was pleasant and efficient in their work. Alvaro is a "jack of all trades" and he was most knowledgable in everything he touched. Miguel was particularly expert in his tile work. Every day the area was left clean and safe for myself and my two dogs. I would definitely recommend Reyes and his crew for any and all remodeling needs. Thank you for giving me a beautiful and efficient new kitchen. read more

I purchased a town house which was remodeled before I purchased. About 6 months into moving in, we discovered a water leak on the wall located on the other side of the shower room. So I called the plumber and it turns out the shower room was remodeled without the water seal under the tiles that water is leaking out of different places in the shower room. Fortunately, plumber knew a lot of about how shower room is made so he told us that I can get someone to re-do the bottom of the shower room so they can put water seal under. I called a few contractors and tile companies and some just never showed up to the appointment (which is never a good sign so I didn't even call them back). And some said they can not just re-do the bottom of the shower room and quoted us for a whole shower room remodel for almost $10k. Then I reached Rocca Tile & Granite for help. Mr. Reyes came on time for appointment, and gave us a quote to re-do the bottom of the shower room with water seal. It took me a little while to go and find the matching tiles to the rest of tiles in the shower but I appreciated that I can find my own tiles since I was able to get them in discounted price. It took them about a few days to do the job and they did a great job with very good pricing. I would use them again! Thank you Reyes! read more

We found Rocca Tile & Granite via Yelp and couldnt be happier that we did. My wife and I were looking to upgrade our kitchen countertops. As soon as Reyes stopped by for an estimate, we knew we had found our guy. Reyes is nothing but a consumate professional and a man of integrity. He gave us more than a fair quote, worked with us in choosing our granite and backsplash, and answered ANY questions we had. He was always on time, showed up exactly when he said he would and his installer, Miguel did fantastic work. We were so pleased with the work, we ended up having Reyes retile our kitchen as well. Seriously, if you are looking for someone to do quality work, trustworthy, CLEAN, and always on time...look no further. Thanks again Reyes! Our kitchen is beautiful!!!! read more

Been here on two separate times and both times they were closed! Don't have a open sign if your not open!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with Rocca Tile and Granite. Our house had an outdated kitchen and so we were referred to Rocca by our plumbing contractor. We replaced our tile countertop with granite and the old flooring with imported tile. The new look is outstanding and much more modern. The craftsmanship and service by Rocca was top notch. We highly recommend Rocca Tile and Granite to anyone looking for a Kitchen remodel. BTW, they have a great showroom that you can see before hand. This works better than looking at a catalog. read more

Reyes recently completed a stone back splash in my kitchen that replaced the partial granite originally installed by the builder. The quality of the work product was nothing short of fabulous! Had my kitchen remodeled. Reyes and his crew did a totally professional job. The original start date had to be changed because I was on jury duty and was chosen for a case. Super disappointed. After reading good reviews on Yelp, I went to the showroom on a Friday. Talked to someone and set up an appointment to get a quote for a full bathroom remodel the following Monday between 9-10 am. Nobody came so at 10:30 I called to check if they were still on their way. A very nice gentleman responded and came out within 30 minutes (there were no records of my appointment made the prior Friday). He took measurements and I provided my email address to get a quote. That was Monday... on Wednesday afternoon my husband came home early (and we hadn't heard back from anyone) so we went to the showroom, during business hours, and it was closed. My husband left a message on their phone inquiring about the quote and asking for a call back. We've not heard from anyone. I'm not sure how long a quote normally takes, but it's been 5 days and after calling and trying to stop in, I'm done. ZERO communication is a HUGE disappointment. read more

Look no further, Reyes of Rocca Tile & Granite is the best! I've always admired the renovation of a friend's home in Chino Hills where I also reside and knew that when the time came for me to remodel my home and do some changes and/or upgrades, I'd definitely call the the same contractor. Upon contacting Reyes we scheduled a convenient date and time for him to come out to my home and see what I wanted done. Reyes listened to my ideas & made great suggestions on what could be done and how to accomplish my dream master bath and kitchen. I was given a very reasonable quote for both my projects and scheduled them to be done and put on their schedule. This was a great decision. Reyes is a very honest and trustworthy person who provides excellent workmanship. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work & aims to please his customers and make them happy. I felt comfortable at all times with the work crew that came in to my home to do the work and compliment them for doing such a great job while working in my very busy household of children & pets. I can't say enough great things about Reyes and his work crew. I look forward to calling on them again just as soon as I'm ready to change and remodel other rooms in my home. I'm posting photos of both rooms Reyes did an amazing job on. read more

We had our kitchen remodeled recently and we are very pleased with the work. We replaced all existing kitchen cabinets with custom made and upgraded countertops to granite. We were worried since it was our first big project and have heard stories about bad remodels and contractors but Scott and Reyes stood up to their promise of quality work. They came on time everyday and cleaned up after themselves. Reyes was either on site or was just phone call away if we had any concerns. We decided to buy new appliances last minute and he was very patient with us to accommodate last minute changes. His quote was at the high end of our budget but we are so glad we hired his services. read more

Reyes and his crew did a great job! Very happy with how my counter tops came out.

We had Reyes and his crew install our granite kitchen counters back in 2006, and they still look FANTASTIC! Great service! Fast response and followed through with the work he said he was going to do. I contacted 2 other local granite guys and they BOTH screwed me off and didn't show up to their scheduled appointments, nor completed any job. Mr. Reyes is a busy guy. He squeezed my job into his tight schedule and my wife and I are very pleased with the results. His guys, Juan and Andrew, laid 500 square feet of tile for us. AWESOME is the only word we use to describe our experience with Reyes from Rocca Tile and Granite! He did a complete kitchen remodel for us and the result not only met our expectations, but surpassed them. Our new kitchen is GORGEOUS! And imagine this. A contractor who listens to all your concerns, gives great suggestions, offers superior workmanship, arrives ON TIME every day, and gives attention to detail like we have never seen. It honestly does not get much better than that. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Mr. Reyes of Rocca Tile & Granite did a kitchen remodel, flooring, built-ins, fireplace makeover, and guest bath vanity. We had been working with a contractor from Orange County and the bid was just too high for our budget. Many of our neighbors have had Rocca Tile & Granite do some projects so we asked for a quote. We are so happy. Mr. Reyes was very easy to work with. We wanted shaker style cabinets but I wanted a bit of an angle to reduce the dust. He created an example for me and we loved it. He started when he said he would and kept in touch with me as the project proceeded. I started to think of things during the project and he accommodated me (How about a drawer that my crockpot can fit in). His workers Alvaro and Miguel were very nice to have around and their workmanship was first rate. I never felt uncomfortable leaving them at my house and they were nice to my dog who was allowed to stay home while they worked. Miguel did some incredible work with my baseboards at corners and at a step. When Mr. Reyes' plumber was sick on the day my kitchen sink was to be connected to water, he went above and beyond and sent another plumber so I could have water for the weekend. His cabinet makers created built-ins just as I envisioned. I wanted drawers, shelves, and a cabinet that included file drawers. I basically drew and picture and they delivered. They turned out very nice. If I ever had an issue or problem, he found a solution without ever being defensive or making me feel like I was asking for too much. The project moved right along on schedule. I was purchasing my own flooring, back spalsh, sink, faucets, etc. and Mr. Reyes and I had great communication as to when my assignments were due! I would highly recommend Rocca Tile & Granite. Thanks Mr. Reyes....hopefully you can update my bathroom in the future! read more

My sister recently had Reyes strip and stain all her cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms and they did a wonderful job. So when my family and I bought a fixer upper we had him come out and give a quote on our cabinets. I am so glad that we chose him and his crew. He built all new cabinets for our kitchen, bathrooms and hallway. They also installed new quartz counter tops. First, he always showed up on time and he always got back to me promptly by phone or text whenever I had a question. Second, they kept my home very neat and tidy during the renovations. Third, he was really easy to work with. He listened to what my style was and my budget and designed a beautiful one of a kind cabinet door. Fourth, they stayed on schedule. He had everything done when he said he would. We couldn't be more pleased with the work that Reyes and his team did. When we get ready to tackle the master bath, I will have no reservations about calling him out to do the work. Thank you Reyes for turning my old, out dated kitchen into the kitchens of my dreams and making it so easy. read more

Got three estimates and then went with Rocca Tile & Granite, they weren't necessarily the cheapest, but they were the best with regards to communication and follow up which was more important to me. We did our kitchen counters and they look fantastic. They were on time and did what they said they would, you get what you pay for. Reyes was great to work with. He was proactive to let me know if there was a concern. The installers cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the floor under my stove before they put it back. I highly recommend them. read more
