He is very knowledgeable about the art of deep carpet cleaning. He arrived with Jacob and together they were in & out in 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned 6 rooms and 14 stairs thoroughly and left carpet lightly damp and citrus scented. They use a truck mounted cleaning unit to inject steaming hot water into the carpet and immediately suction it out. Jacob was very conscientious and thoroughly, being mindful to make several passes with the wand to make the carpet as dry and clean as possible.
