I had called another company and they were supposed to call me back to book, the guy was gonna be out of town but he never called me to let me know that. I then called SC Carpet Cleaners and Mary was able to fit me in the very next day. I had to cancel the next day because I got called into work and they were very understanding and were able to schedule me within the same week. They were able to make my carpets look great and took out the random food stains that I had on my stairs. The pricing was also very reasonable. The tech, William and his assistant, I believe his name is Steve, did a great job and explained everything they were doing. They said they would give me a call when it was time to clean them again, which is great because I definitely need the reminder.
