We reached out to them when someone else flaked . His prices are also reasonable. We got quotes from other people but their prices were insane ! He got here on time and he took his time to clean our carpets . It was 3 rooms , one living room and a 2 piece sofa . He is the kind of person you can feel comfortable leaving the house . He was nice and easy to talk to. He made us feel comfortable. It was good work and he was very honest with us . What i loved the most about him was that he called the next day to check if we liked the finished product and if there was anything else he can do for us . He does his job well but he wants his costumers to be happy . He definitely has a returning customer ! read more

I had called another company and they were supposed to call me back to book, the guy was gonna be out of town but he never called me to let me know that. I then called SC Carpet Cleaners and Mary was able to fit me in the very next day. I had to cancel the next day because I got called into work and they were very understanding and were able to schedule me within the same week. They were able to make my carpets look great and took out the random food stains that I had on my stairs. The pricing was also very reasonable. The tech, William and his assistant, I believe his name is Steve, did a great job and explained everything they were doing. They said they would give me a call when it was time to clean them again, which is great because I definitely need the reminder. They also left the shoe covers so I wouldn't walk on the freshly cleaned carpet. I will definitely be using them again! read more

I found SC Carpet Cleaners through Facebook while looking for someone to clean the carpets in a couple of our bedrooms. Even though it was a last-minute request, Mary was able to schedule the appointment within a couple of days. The technician arrived on time, explained the cleaning process clearly, and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. He was careful, thorough, and took extra time to treat areas that needed special attention. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, and our carpets now look clean and beautiful. I'm so glad I found SC Carpet Cleaners and highly recommend them for all your carpet cleaning needs. read more

From the very beginning when I inquired about having our couches and carpet steam cleaned, Mary was responsive, gave me quotes and I felt comfortable booking them. William and Steve did an amazing job, William went above and beyond getting a stubborn stain off the upholstery. They were at my house for a very long time and did a thorough job. I highly recommend them and will have them back. The best part was, what I was quoted by Mary is what I paid, not a cent more!! read more

Not sure about their actual service, but was not impressed by their sales tactics. Posting all over local Facebook groups, once contacted with basic details throws out a quote, then as the timing gets discussed, all of a sudden the pricing is in question, a "measuring fee" is requested, and when asked about it, quickly blocks to protect their original post done from a personal account, not the business accounts. Beware of what you're really going to pay.. read more

We were extremely pressed for time and needed to get our carpet cleaned this past week. We were extremely lucky finding SC Carpet Cleaners. As luck would have it, they were the first on my list for a quote and their response was very prompt. Also, it turned out they had the best price. They squeezed me into their schedule despite the short notice. I spoke with Mary and explained that I didn't want them to be rushed and cutting corners on the job by squeezing me in and then doing it to the other customers on their schedule. She assured me that the technician would do a very good job and would not rush through the process. True to their word, William was on time and did a thorough job on very dirty carpets. He took the time he needed and did a professional job. Needless to say, my wife was extremely pleased with the results. When we have the need for carpet cleaning in the future, you can bet we're going to call William and Mary. read more

Thank you SC Carpet Cleaners! Professional and courteous with an affordable price. Five stars from me and my stairs never looked so good!!!! Definitely using SC Carpet Cleaners again! Thank you!!! read more

The cost was comparable for what my sister spent recently on equipment rentals / cleaning fluid / spot cleaning / grout scrubbing....minus the 10+ hours of back-bending work she spent spot cleaning and shampooing. I had stairs and tile done. Professional equipment makes a difference: everything is spotless in half of the time, with no back-bending for me! Thanks! We had this done 1 year into our lease and will do it again when our lease expires; would recommend this to all renters with kids/pets hoping to preserve or get back their deposit, or landlords stuck with the aftermath! read more

This is the only place that does it right and doesn't flake on you. Done right the first time and all the time. They always come with different and better equipment. I have them do my business too. read more

We waiting far too long to get our carpets cleaned. Our neighbors recommended SC Carpet Cleaners and boy were they right. William, our "carpet tech" was right on time and worked like a dog for 3 hours and the downstairs now looks brand new. We rescued a homeless dog and she wreck havoc with our carpets until she finally got potty trained. I was thinking we might need to replace the carpet but not after today. It all looks brand new! Unfortunately for me, my son had an accident on carpet on a Sunday morning when professional carpet companies generally are not available. But I was happy that Mary at SC answered the phone for me, twice! I was able schedule them for the following morning. William came early and went over what my priorities were and went over some suggestions. I always appreciate a professional consultation since I'm no expert. The price is very reasonable, the work thorough, service excellent, and great follow up. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a small or big job. read more
