We had our floor tile throughout parts of our home including the bathrooms cleaned. The results were amazing. Last summer they cleaned our carpets and they looked like new carpets. The quality of work, service was more than reasonably priced. We will definitely call them next year and request Chris to do the job. There isn't another company that can compete with MCC Carpet Cleaning read more

This carpet cleaning service again did a terrific job. We've had them do our carpets for the last at least five years. They cleaned the living room carpet and the stairs and our loveseat which we use to eat on sometimes. The young man that came to do the work was polite and very careful and worked hard until he was finished. The prices did go up a little bit, but they're very good overall and I would highly recommend this business.!! read more

My tiny house contains 2 adults, a 3 year old boy, a German shepherd and a cat...it gets pretty messy pretty fast. I've used this company 2 times so far and they are amazing! Second time I use this service and I am totally satisfied with the pricing and the quality of service. I highly recommend this company. Everyone from the owner to the workers, are well mannered and very educated to the point that they recognize how to be cordial and respectful with their customers. I have been using MCC for about five years to come out annually to clean our three sofas. One of the sofas is the center of our universe (meals, TV, 82-pound dog), so it gets pretty gross. MCC does a detailed job to restore this one especially to a version of its former self that is clean and fresh. Rose, who makes the appointments is very friendly and helpful in scheduling a time that is convenient for us, and every service person who has ever come out (this time = Josh and Carlos) are always polite, professional, and respectful of our home. I appreciate that we always get a phone call to update/solidify the day of service with a specific time that they will arrive to do the job. read more

Highly recommend this company. I have my rugs and couch cleaned every 3-6 months and the original company I used kept raising their prices so I decided to give MCC a try and I'm so glad I did . They showed up on time and were very personable and professional. Brandon and Brian were the two who did the cleaning and they were very knowledgeable. The house smelled so clean when they were doing it and my rugs and couch look amazing. You won't regret using this company. read more

Gene was wondering. We have a Persian rug and my senior dogs had made a number on the carpet gene help us get the carpet clean and now it looks like new. MARBLE Floor cleaning - Highly recommend Gene and MCC Carpet Cleaning! My husband did a lot of research to find a company that knew how to treat marble and had the equipment and staff with proper knowledge. Previously, we'd had someone come and the chemicals they used took the shine off our floor. Gene restored it 1,000% It wasn't cheap, but was totally worth the investment. The difference was incredible! We will definitely use MCC again! I wish I'd taken before pictures, but look at that shine! read more

Great service, quick response, reasonably priced based on the quality & timely. This was my first time using MCC, my mother has used them in the past and has always said good thing about them. Additionally the company that installed our carpet recommended them and boy am I glad they did. My carpets smell clean and look amazing. This company made getting our carpets cleaned easy and not like a chore or stressful. Also, I appreciated the reminder call the day before; not that I would forget but just a friendly reminder was a nice touch. Definitely will use them again and recommend them to others. read more

I've got my hands full with an early 20th Century home and MCC Carpet Cleaning has been the smoothest of all the services I've contracted thus far. Calling to schedule a visit and estimate from Gene was quick and easy. He came out on time, was friendly, and assessed my needs and gave me prices for everything right on the spot. I decided to do everything, since the prices were so good: my hardwood floors, tiled kitchen, slate(?) cottage flooring, and two rugs. Two nice young men came out as schedule the following week and everything looked clean and new upon their departure. I love how shiny my hardwood floors look! I don't think this experience could have been better. Thanks MCC! read more

all around a very satisfying experience. They workers were professional and considerate of my property. thank you for such an excellent job.

MCC cleaned my sofas and a chair and also sprayed them with fabric protector afterwards. This is the best my sofas have ever looked after being cleaned! The 2 gentlemen were very thorough and professional. They took an area rug of mine with them to get washed and that takes a week or two turnaround time. I am also scheduling MCC to come back and clean our air ducts, too. read more

I have used this company for many years and have always been pleased with their work. We put in new carpet a year ago and had very dark stains from our dog laying on it. To make matters worse, our dog got skunked and rubbed her nose all over an area rug in the living room. Needless to say, we got a quick response from the folks at MCC Carpet Cleaning. They were out the next day and our carpets look like new again! Their service is outstanding and their tech, Zach was not only very polite but neat and clean. I recommend this company to anyone who needs their services. read more

Gene is IICRC certified and has ongoing continuing education in regard to carpet treatment and maintenance. He's an expert. He's honest. He charges a fair price, and does the best work you can find. We had him clean and seal our 'mission tile' in the dining and kitchen areas, did an excellent job at a fair price. Then I'd spilled coffee on our new carpet that had just been installed by Superior on 9th in Upland. Gene personally made three trips to the house, the first of which on an immediate basis, in a process that culminated in the use of a substance and specialized machine which restored the carpet. I can't emphasis enough this man's congeniality and integrity. He's highly regarded in the business locally. Very Highly Recommended. read more

We have used MCC Carpet Clean for a few years now and they have always done an exceptional job. But recently they REALLY EXCEEDED my expectations. We had a dog incident on our silk curtains and didn't expect that the urine and smell would be completely removed. We called and spoke to Gene (the owner) and he stated that he would try to remove the stains and smell but this was his first experience dealing with silk curtains. Need to less say, Gene and his crew did an AMAZING job! All the stains and smells were completely removed! Gene and his crew have real pride in work and it shows! We seriously damaged our White Crystal Polished Quartz tile floor using the wrong thing to clean the grout. I was told it might have to be torn out and replaced by one company. Numerous others could not help until one highly recommended Gene at MCC. He and Zac worked their magic this morning and the floor looks better than when installed and at a very reasonable cost. Had my apartment living/dining/ bedroom carpet cleaned by Gene on 4-4-2017. He also cleaned my 5 x 8 floor carpet at the the same price quote that he had given me for the carpets alone. He is honest and a man of integrity. Gene is also a true professional; he went about his job quickly and you could tell that he had the experience to know how. He was kind in helping move the furniture so he could get to all the spots that needed to be cleaned. Great service! And, a job well done! read more

Hi everyone, I want to leave review about MCC Carpet Cleaning service. I found them on Yelp, but it was not too many reviews here. I have called them and asked the quotation. After that I have made further search, but next day I came back to MCC Carpet Cleaning again and set up an appointment. That service is very good and my carpet is clean and fresh. We have a cat so that there were a lot of spots on the staircase carpet and everywhere where my cat likes to sleep and walk. After cleaning there are no spots and no residues. My husband said the carpet looks like new one. The person's name is Jene Moreno. He really knows what he is doing. Now I can recommend this service to my friends, and all of you, if you believe me. Price is reasonable. Next time I know who I am going to call to get my carpet cleaned. read more
