A 5 star review is well deserved. Lance & Travis are extremely professional & hard working. My windows hadn't been properly cleaned in 5 years - yikes! These guys really had their work cut out for them... They carefully removed all the screens upstairs & downstairs & thoroughly cleaned them before moving onto the actual window cleaning. Even though they were outside working hard in the hot SoCal sun, these guys stayed so polite & pleasant the entire time they were at my house. They left my windows sparkling like new. I had 2 great experiences with this company. The boys are very nice. The second time I asked for them to come out, they had a big job & decided they'd squeeze me in. I understood when they had to reschedule & come later than expected because I asked them to come ASAP because I was having family over. They did a great job! The only issue I had was I that I was supposed to be scheduled for cleaning every 3 months. After the first cleaning I missed their call & about a month later is when I scheduled my second cleaning. Since then, I haven't received a call to schedule my every 3 month cleaning. Life has taken over the past year on my end (it's been difficult) so I haven't had time to address this until today when my mom asked for my window cleaners phone number then remembered! I do like your service, I just wish I had been kept as a regular customer on an every 3 month cycle. read more

Lance is great, and very accommodating to make the service call at MY convenience. Him and his partner took roughly 2 hours to do my upstairs(inside, out and screens). 11 windows was a bit over $115... a steal considering I had not cleaned them since moving in 5 years ago. PRO's: Great sparkling windows, well done screen repair, compensated with additional 10% off for being 2.5hrs late, very polite. CON's: Very late for appt due to relative borrowing work truck that am. Given estimate of 3.5-4 hours job. 30 window 2 story with only one person. When I inquired if he would be cleaning by himself he said yes but that he had a high tech washer to reach upper windows that did not require him to get up and down on the ladder. I assumed this would mean he would be close to the time table we had discussed. Ended up having to leave after 4 hours the first day because he has a 2nd job to get to and returned the 2nd day for 3-3.5 hours. Twice the amount of time! I had to rearrange my schedule both days due to the amount of time it took. If I had know that one person had been coming from the get go I would have never booked. And yes, my windows had not be cleaned in a couple of years and had some water spots that he was able to remove. I however did not have this kind of time. read more

We have already let 4 of our neighbors know about the quality workmanship and their professionalism. When they came out they took there time on each and every window both inside and out. I was very happy with the service that I got and loved how clean my windows looked after. I had Mr. Wilson's window washing come out and chose them based on the reviews on Yelp. Let me start by saying that Travis and Lance are very nice guys. They were prompt and courteous! My complaint is that when they replaced my screens after cleaning them, they were put back in crooked and not securely ( they are popping out) and put holes in several of my screens. Also my slider screen has not been the same since they removed it and did not do a great job of cleaning that one. I did not call them back to correct the problem because the issue can't be corrected by them . I now have to call a screen replacement person to repair and /or replace my screens and frames. So, I would not recommend them and will not use them again the future. On a positive note, they were quite reasonable and again very nice guys. read more

First time using Mr. Wilson's Clean Window. Very happy with the service. Travis showed up by himself and start cleaning while Lance was finishing up another job and joined him shortly. They did a great job. They were polite and professional. The next morning I notice a hole on one of my screens, that was not there before. I called Lance and told him about the hole on the screen. No questions ask. He came out the next day and repaired the screen. I would definitely use them again. read more
