We had 30 panels across 4 separate arrays with heavy nesting and an old chicken wire setup that a previous guy had improperly nailed straight into the roof. Bernardo worked through brutal summer heat, stripped off all the old wire, meticulously filled in all the nail holes with sealant to prevent water damage, cleared out all the nasty debris underneath, and installed the new 17-gauge mesh with proper clips. It ended up taking much longer than a standard job due to how bad the mess was, but Bernardo communicated everything clearly, stayed transparent on the extra time needed, and didn't cut a single corner. The panels look spotless and the roof is finally protected the right way. Huge thanks to Reuben and Bernardo!

Great experience with customer service AND the solar cleaning service…read more Reuben is knowledgeable and educated me on the ins and outs of how solar cleaning works, the state of my roof, and what kind of future maintenances to keep in mind. I found out the builders left extra tiles on the roof! Communication from start to finish was consistent. I really like that they also provide other services for window cleaning and holiday lights installation; it made it easy to get all the quotes in one to save time. I am looking forward to my future service with Affordable Solar Cleaning Pros -- thank you, Reuben!

He went up on the roof , confirmed pigeons were living under the panels and gave me a quote the same day. Completely exceeded my expectations.

1 Star - Proceed With Caution!…read more We contacted this business for a quote and spoke with someone who identified himself as "Brian." Before providing any pricing information, he requested our full name and home address. We provided the information via text message as requested. After that, we never received a quote, a follow-up, or any response at all despite multiple attempts to reach out. It was frustrating to be asked for personal information upfront only to be completely ignored afterward. In our experience, this felt unprofessional and raised concerns about how customer information is handled. If you're considering contacting this business, be careful about the personal information you share until you've established that they are responsive and legitimate. Based on our experience, the lack of communication after collecting our information was a major red flag! Proceed with caution...
