Really hate leaving this review because it was a positive experience at first but there has been zero communication after. We had bird proofing done months ago and we're super thrilled with how it turned out. We were assured that if the pigeons broke into the panels that Victor would come back out and repair it(this was about a month after it had been installed). He told us he would be able to come out a few weeks later but never showed up and never relied to my calls or text messages. That was the end of June. He got back to me and said he could come by beginning of August and never showed up and has not returned my calls or texts. You may want to consider using another company for your bird proofing needs. read more

I called Uptown Solar Cleaners on Monday 6/28/21 and cleaning service was performed on Wednesday 6/30/21. Victor who scheduled my appointment and who came and cleaned the panels was polite and courteous. He confirmed the appointment a day in advance and arrived on time. Our panels had not been cleaned in over 6 months and were pretty dirty. (See before photos) Prior to cleaning, my panels were producing 32.47 kWh the day prior, after the cleaning, the panels were producing 36.25 and 2 days after 36.94. Victor took his time to make sure he cleaned all the bee pollen, which is not an easy job. The panels looked as if they were brand new when he was finished.
