He didn't just help me get a great deal, he also helped me with so many extra things that he didn't have to. He was always available, patient, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with everything. It's rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers the way Josh does. He made the entire experience so much easier, and I honestly can't thank him enough! I also want to thank Eric and Jose for their great work with the permits and technical side of the project. Overall, HPM Solar has a great team, but Josh truly made the difference for me. If you're considering going solar, I highly recommend HPM Solar, and definitely ask for Josh. You won't regret it!

While the solar roof was way out of our budget, the solar panel and powerwall system that they've configured for me was well beyond what I expected and was well within reasonable cost. OC Solar was the only who actually met my needs and were on top of the whole project timeline. Look no further than these guys. OMG thank you Van Lund Roofing!!! On Friday November 14th…read morelate afternoon the rain was pouring all of a sudden we saw water dripping from my daughter's bedroom ceiling. Our house isn't that old so I was totally shocked... until I remembered we had solar panels installed few years ago. Pretty sure the installers must've cracked a few tiles walking around up there. I snapped some pictures of the leak, sent out quote requests on Yelp, and James from Van Lund replied almost instantly -- said he could be here 7 a.m. Saturday. Most other places couldn't come until Monday and more rain was coming all weekend, so that wasn't happening. James showed up right on time, found four cracked tiles letting water in, tarped everything perfectly on the spot. It poured cats and dogs Sat-Mon and we didn't get another drop inside. As soon as the rain stopped Tuesday morning, the crew was back. Replaced the broken tiles, sealed everything up, and they were done in 4-5 hours. Roof looks great and they cleaned up like they were never here. Super professional, honest, crazy-fast response, fair price, and they saved us from major water damage. James and the team were awesome to deal with. If you have a roof leak call Van Lund. Priced right and total lifesavers!! 100% recommend!!

What impressed me most was his honesty. He was knowledgeable, patient, incredibly helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about getting to the bottom of the problem rather than selling me something I didn't need. Josh earned a customer for life today. Pell Solar will absolutely be my first call for any future solar work. I've already shared my experience with a friend and will continue recommending them. She offered a free panel cleaning, which she set up internally and had their team come out this past Friday without issue. Since the cleaning the panels have been much better performing especially after these past few weeks of misting and rain, about 25% higher output. I didn't think much of it but I get now it's worth doing to get the most out of the panels. Overall a very good response and experience with OC specifically for this issue. I've had to repeatedly chase the team for basic updates with no follow through. Throughout the entire process, I do not believe the team followed up with me directly, I have had to chase every single update since signing the contract. The original system design I agreed to did not fit my roof (despite them measuring on-site before I approved the quote), during install many roof tiles were damaged and replaced with used (very dirty moss covered tiles). Hopefully I have a functioning system sometime soon, but I have been extremely disappointed so far.
