I had a technician, David, come out to check a cable between two SMA solar inverters that had started sagging and showed minor damage. David quickly identified it as a low-voltage communication line and clearly explained that it wouldn't affect power production or cause other problems with my solar panel system. He wrapped the small nick with electrical tape, secured the slack properly so it wouldn't sag again, and made sure everything was positioned safely -- all at no charge. Quickly replied, and technician, David, came next day. I had weak muscles and arthritics in arms by old age (85). No longer pull out of a jammed paper from a printer, David easily removed and charged $350. dollars and asked me to pay him in cash. I paid by check and asked him a receipt. He said the receipt would be issued through Email. After a month I have not received yet. The charge is too high. Old and burnable person will be targeted to charge high prices.
