I called Joe because one of my circuits stopped working after a solar system installation. The solar company tried to solve the problem, but were not able to figure it out, told me that it was my existing wiring that was causing the issue, and recommended that I hire an electrician to install new lines. This would have cost over $4,000. Instead of adding new lines, Joe came and troubleshooted the issue starting from the panel, isolated the problem to a specific section of the line, and was able to identify that the cause of the issue was that the solar company had accidentally drilled through the wiring during their installation of the battery.
