I booked this company after they quoted me $350 for a deep clean, including the windows. I only…read moreneeded the downstairs cleaned, and I even sent photos beforehand so they knew exactly what the condition of the area was. Based on that quote, I canceled another cleaner who was going to do the job for $400. The cleaners arrived two hours late. After seeing the house, they told me the job would actually cost $550 and then attempted to charge even more for each window, despite the original quote already including $160 for the windows. They even told me that the kitchen alone would cost $350 and the bathroom alone would be $170. They ultimately left because they said the home required more work than they had originally quoted. To their credit, they did call afterward, apologized for the misquote, and promptly refunded my deposit, which I appreciated. That said, the situation was still very frustrating because I had already sent photos of the space, canceled another cleaner based on their quote, and had guests coming to stay with me. If the pricing had been communicated accurately from the beginning, I would have kept my original cleaner instead of being left without anyone to clean my house at the last minute. My dad missed work waiting for them so I had to pay him to do the job.

Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. But I can give everyone a heads up so they know what they are dealing with.

I requested a quote through yelp and she responded with her price range and availability. After texting a bit and sending photos she offered me a great price quoting me $10 less than the last cleaners and we went ahead and scheduled. She had said it'll only take two hours but she spent over 4 hours cleaning the bathroom and I am not complaining! She was so intricate and detailed, she got the toughest stains that previous tenants have left over the years, got the built up mold and mildew out the cracks. I was so adversed to taking a bath but it's so clean I'd probably be able to eat off the tub. She must have scrubbed every inch of surface including the counter, toilet, walls, doors, and floor. She even went as far as unscrewing the toilet cover and getting the gunk out the inside. And she left the cutest bow on my toilet paper! She accidentally had stained a spare rug I use to wipe water off the countertops and tried offering a discount because of it. I told not to worry at all because they're a pack of 5 for like $3 bucks at Target but it just goes to show how far her integrity goes. All in all, I am elated at the service she provided.
