Multiple messages immediately back to back telling you to pay up. I didn't have a day open to do it. I'm not paying a deposit until I have a schedule to allow it. The contract is ridiculous. Especially the fine print. If you order them. Pay what was required and they finish early , you would be pro rated. Unless the owner does the cleaning. Then according to her, if she finishes early you pay the full boat because of her experience. That's not how it works. It's a cleaning service. Not a custom car build. You have no say if she cokes to clean. Because if you cancel in a case like that, you pay the whole thing. One example of the nickel and dime mindset. She's not overly friendly either. My hope is she sees this and makes some form of an adjustment but after reading others reviews on a different platform I found she likes to argue with clients. I'm not into arguing about how my carpet was vacuumed. Because I did not use the service it would be inappropriate to give a negative star rating. But I can give everyone a heads up so they know what they are dealing with.

Usually we both take a Saturday twice a month when were both home to deep clean, scrub and clean ALL DAY! that was before she got pregnant. In the beginning is wasn't too bad, I am starting to travel more for work and when I'm gone to different time zones and I get back Friday, I'm super burnt out and looking forward to the weekend, not to cleaning. My wife was pretty good with keeping up on the cleaning since she's off work for the pregnancy and able to be home full time. However, her belly is getting so big at 28 weeks she has a hard time bending over and reaching to clean. So during the week she rests and things start to pile up. I tried another cleaning service that I read the bad yelp reviews AFTER I hired them, saw an Instagram ad between the stories and decided they looked professional enough to hire while I was away at a company trade show. They came to the house while I was away, but my wife was home. I paid a negotiated rate for 3hrs of cleaning. The lady came and was extremely slow. Our house ain't that big, it's 2,000sqft 3 beds 3 bath home, we only occupied the Master bedroom with attached bathroom, living room and kitchen, the other 1/2 of the house was untouched and not lived in, because it's just us, and we have no children. The lady used the whole 3 hours and never got past the kitchen, my wife called me and she said this lady is dragging and milking the system, probably because it was the negotiated rate for 3hrs. But anyways, she left and she was super unhappy, I came home that Thursday night after traveling for a week to start cleaning whatever the lady didn't finish, which is the living room and the master bedroom/bathroom. She did a good job on whatever she cleaned but the counter tops and microwave don't take no 3 hours to clean. I explained that to Ezabel, and to be honest I was nervous cause it wasn't cheap to have 1 lady come out and dick around for 3 hours wiping down my microwave and counter tops. Ezabel reassured me that her people are fast, don't waste time and work....after my last experience I was like "ya right, we'll see about that" Well she was right, I got 2 ladies for 2 hours, one cleaning upstairs in the master bedroom/bathroom and one downstairs cleaning the kitchen and living room. And DAMN! They did a GREAT job, actually when I clean I get the shower sparkling white but never mess with the glass surround which has hard water spots. Well they got the hard water spots off AND cleaned the shower, tub and bathroom sinks and counter sparkling clean. I look at all my furniture downstairs and upstairs and there ain't a speck of dust on em. I thought when I put in effort and bust my ass to clean that I could do a pretty good job. Nope! Not even close these ladies killed it, did a wayy better job than I ever could and did it in 2 hours...literally killed it in 2 hours. I'm very happy, we have now hired them on a bi-weekly schedule until the end of the year when my wife gives birth. Will be using them again, and again and again. I don't trust anyone else after this great experience I had.

Anyways, I contacted MCA for a quote and Gina got back to me promptly. She was very specific with the areas that her crew was to clean and I specified that I needed a deep cleaning since we were moving into a "new" home. Gina agreed to the services requested and gave me a quote. Her price was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but decent. Since she was prompt, specific with what was to be cleaned and had amazing the before and after pictures advertised on her yelp page, we hired her for the services. MCA's cleaning crew arrived on time and expressed understanding of what we needed cleaned. Now, I will say that the crew worked hard on the clean. There is no complaint there. The issue is that after they were done, it was NOWHERE near my standards. As I've said before, this is the first time someone else has cleaned our home. When we clean ourselves, our home has never looked as "uncleaned" as it did after MCA's cleaning service. I get it, if I want it done a certain way (right way) I should do it myself. However, we were extremely busy with the move and figured that for the price we're paying, the cleaning would be decent. My wife had to point out areas that were barely cleaned and asked them to reclean those areas (inside cabinets-stains still present after cleaning but we were able to wipe it off with a wet paper towel, build up in back of the sink-we were able to scrape it off with just our finger nails, hard water spots on the shower doors-easily removed by us with a little bit of elbow grease, dirt in the corners of the cabinets-toothpick solved the problem....). There were so many things--my wife hated having to ask them over and over again to clean the same spots and TELL THEM how to clean things (cleaner stated that she couldn't get some dirt out and we noticed that all she used was a wet towel. My wife asked if she had a cleaner to recommended she spray the cleaner and leave it for a few minutes to break down the grime, which cleaner did and it worked). The problem is that there are a million and one excuses and explanations on why they could clean certain things (most of the things we paid to have clean). They said that their products are natural and not that strong, that the buildup is there due to lack of cleaning/maintenance from previous tenants, that if they cleaned any harder it would scratch our surfaces, that it would take too much time to clean it adequately, etc. etc. My wife felt so bad having to ask them to clean places they've already cleaned multiple times, that she ended up just agreeing that they were done. It was late, they were tired and my wife was hungry/exhausted from a day of moving. When we went to pay, there is an invoice that they require you sign to pay and complete the job. On it, it states that customer: agrees work performed to satisfaction, confirmed that everything is in perfect condition, and that once signed we can no longer complain. My wife disagreed verbally with signing the invoice, telling the cleaners her issue. Again, a million and one excuses. Well, she had to sign because she wanted pay them and excuse them. We appreciate that the cleaners worked hard and were willing to try to clean the spots again and again. Thank you for that. However, labor is wasted if you're not doing it RIGHT and frankly, after this experience we will never hire another cleaner. We've learned that perhaps our standards are just too high or that professional cleaning services just cannot meet our standards. If you have decently high standards in terms of the cleanliness of your home, do the work yourself. I feel like I've just wasted so much money to have to go back and clean everything myself up to my standards. Hopefully, your standards are lower than ours. Edit: Owner has responded and I'm adding pictures to dispute owner's belief that we are asking for "restoration" and not just cleaning. Again, excuses and explanations. It sounds like if your house is more than 10 years old, they cannot clean it. My place is NOWHERE near bad, so it baffles me that a "cleaning professional" cannot take care of it. Thanks for the discount, but it's no good if the job isn't done. Besides, my wife pointed out and UNDERLINED on the invoice that she disagreed with the statement on the invoice of complete satisfaction. She signed to complete the job and pay your people so they could leave and go home. So please don't act like we signed off on being satisfied with the job. That's ludicrous. You added a bunch of crazy statements on the bottom and make us sign it to complete the job, then you go around saying that we were satisfied since we signed. Super shady manipulation. You go your way and we'll go ours. Consumers, save your hard-earned money and go elsewhere.

Besides this whole interaction, my buyers reached out to her to ask her some questions about what she did end up cleaning in their new home and Hasina retaliated back with racial language and making fun of "their country". I've never seen any adult woman act like this ever, don't worry though. I'll be calling up all my escrow companies I've used and telling them about your "customer service" so they don't use you. I guess she didn't want to take accountability for her cleaning as the sellers paid for it, meaning she can do a bad job since it'll only affect the buyers.
