I hired Arguelles Housecleaning for a deep clean, and they did an excellent job. Three women showed up armed with gloves, tools, and aprons full of supplies--like Charlie's Angels, but for grime. They were fast, focused, and thorough--scrubbing everything from window tracks to toilets (which now look brand new). They even mopped the floors multiple times until they deemed it clean. The owner, Cecilia, also stopped by and made sure no detail was missed--professional and pleasant all around. The team insisted I do a final check, but honestly? I didn't want to leave footprints. Great service, fair pricing, and real pros. Hire them! read more

Arguelles Housecleaning - Scrubbing the garage floor - Home Cleaning Near Me

I found Arguelles on Yelp because well, we needed help cleaning a house before we moved in. I called the number and spoke to Cecilia to get a rough estimate. Of course she would have to come into the home and take a look at everything before telling us the exact number. We had agreed to meet right away that same day in the evening. We provided her the address and she came just like she said she would, we did the whole tour, agreed on the price and then set a schedule for the actual cleaning. Today, Cecilia and her expert cleaning team at Arguelles Housecleaning came on the scheduled time to clean the home. These armies of amazing ladies got straight to work and cleaned the house from top to bottom. It took them some time but that's what we wanted since we wanted to make sure that the house is clean. We have a toddler and an infant that will be living in the home and we wanted to make sure that everything is wiped down and dusted and mopped, and vacuumed, and just clean! They did exactly that! Even more so, they also asked for our approval when they were done. They asked us to double check their work to make sure we were satisfied with the work. and if we needed anything, they told us to just let them know. Cecilia and her team went above and beyond to make sure that we have a clean home before they went on their way. Cecilia offers her services in the area and she also offers cleaning services for maintenance as well, IE, every month, quarter, etc., not just for move-in and move-out. For the price and services we received, we are beyond happy and will be keeping her number in our cell for the future. If you are in need of cleaners, I highly recommend Arguelles Housecleaning! read more

Just had a deep clean and the house feels cleaner!!! Will be a repeat customer. I'm not sure what issues others are having, but Cecilia is nice!! I also like how she comes to your house to give you the price after seeing the home so then you aren't later hit with additional charges! Cleaners arrived around 11:45 with a 12:00 appt and left around 2:15ish. Thanks again!! read more

Overall is good! Slow communication and scheduling thou. She probably needs help !!! Will i book again? Probably not

This is a great company. I called and was able to get them before the weeks end. Two ladies came in and cleaned my kitchen, family room, boys room and guest bathroom before our big graduation party. It honestly sparkled and the efficacy was impressive. My husband even made note and said if we needed them again he was agreeable. Thank you Carla for your attention to detail. Look forward to seeing you again soon. read more

I contacted Arguelles Housecleaning last minute as I was desperately looking for someone new to clean my house, Cecilia answered my inquiry and was available to come to my house the next day. Cecilia showed up on time, walked the house and quoted me for the service, she was able to schedule me for a next day cleaning. On our scheduled cleaning day and time she showed up with her team on time, dressed professionally, wearing sanitary booties which I thought were awesome. They were done in 2 hours and they did a GREAT job. I'm beyond happy with the service and my house feels clean and tidy. I will be using her for my house cleaning needs from now on, I would recommend Cecilia and her team to anyone looking for great service!!! read more

I really like working with Arguelles Housecleaning, the girls do a great job cleaning, they're on time, and they get the job done in a reasonable time. I have used other cleaning services, but the results haven't been great. Ever since I used this service I have been happy and satisfied with the work. I scheduled service with them about one per month. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for house cleaning. Thank you for helping me keep my home clean read more

I never put reviews but she actually frustrated me so much I have to. I asked Cecilia on the first hand that she is not going to ditch me and after first visit she is not responding to the message not picking up the calls. After 3-4days she is like I do not want to provide you service until she is just saying I do not have time even she promised for every 2 weeks service. So she is not reliable at all. Never suggest someone to take the service from her. read more

I had them come to my house to deep clean it and I was very happy with the results. It is the first cleaning service I would actually recommend. Very professional and nice. read more

They did a great job cleaning my house today. Carla, Adriana, Sandra and Angela performed a deep cleaning and I was very happy with their service. They work fast but also pay attention to detail. I highly recommend them. Cecilia was very good assessing what needed to be done during our initial meeting. I used her services prior to the pandemic and was happy to book her services again. The cleaning team of 3 women did a great job! Very thorough, dusted all the knick-knacks carefully and even called to see if they could come a little early, which was great for me. My floors actually squeaked they were so clean! I will hire them again. read more

Cecilia gave a quote of $400 for 4 persons 4 hours to do a move out cleaning. We gave her key to access the empty house at 8:30am. When we got there at 11:30, there were only 2 of them. I asked her where were the other 2 staffs and she said that they left early to start another job. Then when I checked how much the house was clean, I knew that she lied and there were only 2 of them the whole time. The other lady gently broom the floor which barely remove the paint dust (the whole house had new painting). Since the owner has not lived in the house for few months, there were spider webs on the dining chair which was not removed. Cecilia cleaned the refrigerator herself but I still found veggies pieces in drawer. The kitchen cabinet drawers and shelves were basically not wiped at all as there were bits of trash as seen in picture. And she did not remove the range knobs to clean the oil residual underneath. And she said that their job did not include cleaning the stove grill. The master bedroom glass display shelves were not cleaned at all. At the end, I was just sick and tired to inspect everywhere and tell them to actually do a decent job. Both my husband has been real estate broker for over 30 years and had used a lot of move out cleaning service. This is by far the worst ever. Worst of all, Cecilia knew that we would not be there and planned all along to lie to us about having 4 cleaners. BTW, on Friday before our scheduled Monday cleaning, she wanted to change our appointment to next day Saturday instead. Not very professional. read more

Move-out Cleaning was spot-on or should I say spotless! Cecilia was very professional. She came to the home for a estimate beforehand, which reassured her professionalism. She also did a very very good job at cleaning the house. I would deffinately recommend her for your house cleaning. Also her prices are the best! read more

First of all I just wanna thank you again Cecilia for the amazing and detailed job you and your crew has done! I lived in a one bedroom apartment, about 700sqft. My boyfriend and I did not hire any movers so we were so exhausted just packing and moving boxes so there was no way we were gonna clean the apartment that day too Cecilia and her crew came in on the day of move out. Did not have to tell them what I needed done. They just started right away and finished within an hour. The price was the most reasonable out of all the cleaning services I've contacted. They made sure they cleaned every single corner of the house, they scrubbed my patio clean as well. My carpet looked exactly like how it was when I moved in. Can't be happier. I just got a call from the apartment management to say that we are among the 1% of the community who left the place in perfect condition therefore I'm getting almost all my deposit back. (Had to do re painting on areas that are scraped) Very very satisfied customer. We'll keep in touch Cecilia! Thank you very much read more
