I found Arguelles on Yelp because well, we needed help cleaning a house before we moved in. I called the number and spoke to Cecilia to get a rough estimate. Of course she would have to come into the home and take a look at everything before telling us the exact number. We had agreed to meet right away that same day in the evening. We provided her the address and she came just like she said she would, we did the whole tour, agreed on the price and then set a schedule for the actual cleaning. Today, Cecilia and her expert cleaning team at Arguelles Housecleaning came on the scheduled time to clean the home. These armies of amazing ladies got straight to work and cleaned the house from top to bottom. It took them some time but that's what we wanted since we wanted to make sure that the house is clean. We have a toddler and an infant that will be living in the home and we wanted to make sure that everything is wiped down and dusted and mopped, and vacuumed, and just clean! They did exactly that! Even more so, they also asked for our approval when they were done. They asked us to double check their work to make sure we were satisfied with the work. and if we needed anything, they told us to just let them know. Cecilia and her team went above and beyond to make sure that we have a clean home before they went on their way. Cecilia gave a quote of $400 for 4 persons 4 hours to do a move out cleaning. We gave her key to access the empty house at 8:30am. When we got there at 11:30, there were only 2 of them. I asked her where were the other 2 staffs and she said that they left early to start another job. Then when I checked how much the house was clean, I knew that she lied and there were only 2 of them the whole time. The other lady gently broom the floor which barely remove the paint dust (the whole house had new painting). Since the owner has not lived in the house for few months, there were spider webs on the dining chair which was not removed. Cecilia cleaned the refrigerator herself but I still found veggies pieces in drawer. The kitchen cabinet drawers and shelves were basically not wiped at all as there were bits of trash as seen in picture. And she did not remove the range knobs to clean the oil residual underneath. And she said that their job did not include cleaning the stove grill. The master bedroom glass display shelves were not cleaned at all. At the end, I was just sick and tired to inspect everywhere and tell them to actually do a decent job. Both my husband has been real estate broker for over 30 years and had used a lot of move out cleaning service. This is by far the worst ever. Worst of all, Cecilia knew that we would not be there and planned all along to lie to us about having 4 cleaners. BTW, on Friday before our scheduled Monday cleaning, she wanted to change our appointment to next day Saturday instead. Not very professional. read more

First of all I just wanna thank you again Cecilia for the amazing and detailed job you and your crew has done! I lived in a one bedroom apartment, about 700sqft.
