My husband and I were waiting to leave our home until the cleaners arrived. When she was late, I called to ask for an ETA, only to be told there had been call-outs and no one would be coming. While I understand emergencies happen, there was no proactive communication, and the interaction again felt dismissive. At that point, I decided I would no longer continue services. We expect not to be charged for such a bad service, our hopes were high and we were ok with paying an additional fee for last minute service, but she didn't do anything, rooms where not done and bathrooms either the kitchen looked the same and the windows were not clean properly.
