I used Diane for a deep move-in cleaning, she did an ok job. She came back once we moved in for her first regular cleaning, and started making rude comments about how Asian people don't pay and how she doesn't take Asian people as clients. I called her out because my daughter is half Asian, I don't tolerate racist people in my house. She started trying to play the victim and left saying 'I' made her feel uncomfortable. I guess calling out a racist comment makes racists uncomfortable. Please don't use this lady, she is not a nice person. She is now leaving me messages claiming I was physically aggressive toward her. The entire time we spoke, I was sitting in another room at my computer and she was in the kitchen and I was calm. People like this feel they are the victim when you call out their racism. She wasn't physically uncomfortable, she was uncomfortable because she was racist in front of the wrong person. She assumed because I was white, it was cool to be racist. And she did clean for me one time, on August 4th and 11am. she charged $275 for a deep cleaning. I have texts from her confirming this (she is also denying this for some reason). It is really sad as I had hoped to use her for pet sitting too. We are new to the area and I was so happy to have found a cleaning person and a pet sitter with such good Yelp reviews. Before I moved, I had my last cleaning person for over 7 years. People are free to believe and say whatever they want. However, with reviews such as this, people can now choose whether or not to financially support these individuals with their patronage. The choice is yours. read more

Dianne is super energetic. I called her and responded very quickly. I was worried she would say no to cleaning my house or run the other way once I open the door to my home. I have 2 young children, 2 dogs and I work full time. I also hate cleaning. Not a good combo. During the first deep clean, she was at my house for a long time. My husband and I read the great reviews on here and decided to give Diane a call. She did our first deep cleaning a couple weeks ago and I was very impressed. Upon meeting Diane I could tell right away that she is very kind and friendly. Before the first cleaning she came out to see our home and give an estimate. This gave me (and our dog) a chance to meet her, which was great. She loves animals a lot and is very gentle and caring with them. It was also nice to have her give us a quote based off of seeing the home instead of just assigning a fee over the phone. When Diane came to do the deep cleaning she was very thorough. Diane is a very sweet person. She's also very communicative via text to make sure this is easier for us. Normally, I feel weird whenever there's a cleaning service in my place but not Diane. She ensured me and my roommate just to relax and do our own business, watching tv and drinking tea or sort. Her pricing is wonderful and her detail to cleaning is incredible. She also organized our bookshelf and media entertainment center. If there are certain things you want to keep (like keeping your computer mess in certain way), don't be afraid to tell her and she'll keep it that way for you (while still making it clean. So appreciative of her for doing that). I will be using her again whenever I need deep cleaning for the next time I have friends sleeping over (which is why we found her.
