Good work with attention to details. Appreciate Arturo's dependability and highly recommend for future jobs.

BTW, thanks for that call back from the manager That was promised Artie! I guess that call back was double booked as well?!? Anyhoo if reading reviews are your thing maybe you should contact your customer directly to rectify the issue via a phone call in addition to your Yelp reply! ...... Poor customer service, double booked and waited till last minute to let me know. Cudos to everyone who gave this business a 5 star stellar review. Too bad I can't reciprocate that. I called on July 24th to schedule a cleaning for July 28 for a morning time frame, with a technician coming out between the hours of 8-12. I specifically chose this time slot as my bf works a 16 hour shift and sleeps in the afternoon when he gets back. Everything was removed and stored away including my work desk and monitor the night before. Working from home is great but my job requires dual monitors. Using just my laptop is difficult but I made do this morning. But now having to wait till noon - 4 to see if someone even shows up is frustrating. You might ask why I can't set up the desk myself, well it's freaken heavy and requires 2 people. Anyhoo, I got a call from Andy that they mistakenly double booked for the morning time slot. Really, so it took you the day of to realize this? And you open at 8am but said you just found out at 9:19 a.m. If this is how Five Star Clean operates, no communication with a schedule of a mess. I'll pass, there are so many other carpet cleaning companies who are RELIABLE. Hard pass! BYE FELiCIA read more

Spring is here and this calls for fresh clean carpets in the house or office! I've had Arturo and Mario recently steam clean my whole house upstairs. We had our dog in and out and of course he brings in unwanted dirt. Not just him, but us as well. No matter how often I vacuum it is not as clean as freshly steamed carpets by Arturo and his team. It took about an hour and a half to steam clean the carpets but it felt so nice. The citrus smell and seeing how incredibly clean the house was, made me so happy! Arturo and his team has steam cleaned a few of the properties we lived throughout the years. He also steam cleaned my husband's warehouse offices. Prices vary and you can get a quote quickly online. Arturo is so kind, friendly and easy to talk to. We always pick up where we left off and it didn't even seem like a year or so has went by. They also offer janitorial services. So if your company needs it, give him a call! read more

Their entire staff is amazing, from the administrator who helped with booking to the two service men. Professional and friendly. When needed, due to three doggies, I will definitely book again. read more

I found Five Star Clean on Facebook and requested their $99 deal ( 2 rooms and a hallway). Their phone number on FB did not actually pick up the call. I made a couple calls and left a voicemail and then received a call-back from a different phone number (the owner). He was very kind and I explained everything to him. I booked him through a text message and he was very responsive and quick to reply. The stains completely lifted and they did a wonderful job. Keep in mind the stains had been there for 2 years. I will provide before and after photos. So affordable; I would definitely recommend this service. read more

Highly recommend and will for sure be calling them back once my puppy and toddlers get back to destroying it. Thanks five star clean for your wonderful cleaning expertise! read more

Arturo cleaned our tiles and grout that required much needed TLC as you can see from the photos. He did an excellent job and gave recommendations on how to maintain the cleanliness. Super detail oriented work. I would highly recommend his service to anyone who has tiles and grout. I want to mention he was accommodating as well since I had a Dodger game to go to in the evening, so he came in a bit early to make sure it could get done. read more

Amazing service and awesome results! They really spruced up my stairway and dingy couch and made it look nearly new! I really appreciated the honesty as to what they recommended and what they thought wasn't necessary. Definitely having them come back when it's time for a refresher! Try them out! You won't regret it! read more

Arturo and his partner did a great job with my carpet. The whole process was easy: A reasonable price, they came when they said they would come, Arturo had great communication skills and explained what he was doing, and they took precautions against COVID. Thank you, Five Star! read more

I'm very pleased how well my carpet looks. We had a sticky residue from a carpet liner that we tried on our own to get out with no luck. We thought we were going to have to replace the carpet. Instead, I went on yelp and found Five Star Clean. Artie did such a great job! Even walking barefoot on it feels like a new carpet. Because the carpet was so hard to get clean we thought we were going to have to pay more than what we did...price was very reasonable. Thank you Artie again for the great work you did. read more

My carpet is over ten years old. Thanks to high traffic and a dog that likes to bring the outdoors into the home, I needed to get the carpet cleaned. I did get it cleaned by a different company a couple of years ago. It was a fraction of the cost, but the cleanliness was a fraction of my expectation. So this time, I went with Arturo after seeing the reviews and seeing videos of his work. He did not disappoint. His work is beyond impeccable. My carpet looks brand new and smells so fresh. He cleaned my stairway, hallways and four bedrooms in about two hours. He got a nasty stain out of one of the bedrooms. I didn't know the origin of the stain, but with his miraculous work, it was removed! He is very courteous; once you schedule your appointment, he sends reminders. I definitely recommend Five Star Clean!!!! read more

We have a warehouse over in San Dimas, which we rent. Can't recommend them anymore, Artie was very nice and so helpful. read more

Extremely responsive, nice, and professional. I will definitely use their service again.

I'm beyond satisfied with Arturo's service and can safely say that I will be utilizing him again in the future. I originally reached out to Arturo through yelp because I was concerned I had bleached the color out of the chase of my couch after cleaning up after my dog who got sick on it. I was frantic because the "stain" was large and our couch was less than a year old and a decent amount of money. He responded super quickly and proceeded to ask me what product I used and gave me an informed opinion that he didn't believe the color was bleached out because the product did not contain any oxidizers, but rather foam buildup that needed a good rinsing to get out. He suggested cleaning the entire sectional and his pricing was extremely fair. However, my husband & I also decided to get another quote from someone who was local and well reviewed on yelp. I wasn't impressed. While he was nice, he also told me that the couch was pretty much ruined and that we might even have to stain the entire chase that color to blend it. He didn't even think to ask the produce that I used and just jumped to the conclusion it was ruined. Safe to say, we didn't go with him after hearing Arturo's insight. We hired Arturo and are so happy with our decision! He showed up on time and was a great combination personable + professional! Our sectional looks as good as new and the foam came right out! We even got him to clean our shag rug while he was there and it seriously looks brand new!! We are so impressed and want to bring him back regularly for sectional & rug cleanings (we have 2 dogs and dirt can build up in 6 months) since his pricing is so reasonable/fair. Thanks so much Arturo!! read more

We needed our sectional couch and shower floor tile cleaned. Unfortunately they were unable to clean our shower tile floor but because we did not have a color sealant and the stains were too embedded. Five Star Clean was transparent about what could be done and honest when completing the job. They were amazing and we would recommend them to anyone. They made our sectional look brand new again! read more

The service provided by Artie and his crew fully met my expectations. I had an area rug and set of 3 couches cleaned. I had the area rug cleaned last year by another company. This time around, after the cleaning by Five Star, the rug looked so much brighter and newer! The appointment was moved from the morning to afternoon due to a reported customer emergency. I was contacted timely and work was completed as promised. I am definitely planning to use this company in the future. Thank you so much! read more

Artie/Mario did a great job and we will use them again in the future. They were punctual and provided excellent customer service.

Our carpet was BAD. Light colored carpet, like egg shell white, was basically now dark gray. Five Star came out and did such an awesome job, our carpet is back to a light color again. 10/10 would hire again. read more

Arturo is VERY FANTASTIC . This man is the best for the job. He doesn't rip you off and in fact helps you as much as he can with your needs. He gets the job done perfectly and effectively. We had a huge wine/cheetos throw up stain and he was able to remove it, but because of the acid from the vomit, it still semi stained (not his fault). Then, not only was he able to squeeze us in his schedule suddenly for this, he was also able to put us immediately in his upcoming schedule for an entire carpet deep cleaning the following week after his convention in Vegas. How professional is that?! He did a phenomenal job with deep cleaning the entire house (2 stories), but he also checked up on us immediately after to ensure we are satisfied with the results. He is very professional, helpful and really detailed with his work ethic. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING US OUT, ARTURO!! read more

Outstanding work! "Arturo" the owner gave me a quote over the phone and very affordable. He look around my carpet and know exactly what to do. He went above and beyond to remove super stains from my kids art paintings. There was also gum that I thought is was permanent. He also took a very short period of time to do a complete full day of work. Thank you "FIVE STAR CLEAN" Will definitely recommend you to all my friends and family. Dr Dio air read more

Good work. They showed up according to the appointment time. Would recommend them absolutely.

They went above my expectations and my carpet looks brand new. Awesome customer service I would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Wow and wow is all I can say! I called Arturon on a Thursday and he was at our place by Saturday at 11am! He kept in touch via text and gave us his exact arrival time. We explained to Arturo our concerns with the carpet, (high traffic areas and pet stains) and what we wanted the outcome to be. He then explained to us his process and the products he would use which are all pet friendly! (we have a cat and a dog) Arturo pointed out some stains we had not even noticed and went to work on them immediately! The whole process from start to finish took about 2 hours to clean the carpet in our two bedrooms and our living room. Arturo was able to take care of some pet stains that we thought we had handled ourselves using over the counter products. I can't get over how soft and fresh our carpet feels! It seriously feels brand new and plushed! Keep in mind our carpet is over 5 years old! The overall smell in the apartment is amazing! The before and after pictures I'm about to post are all you need to book your next appointment. Overall we felt his price was very reasonable compared to how amazing our carpet looks and how great our apartment smells!! The carpet drying time was also just a couple of hours. Arturo was also very friendly and professional! We are definitely using FIVE STAR CLEAN again and again and recommend him to anyone! read more

I had a couch sitting in a garage for 2 years. Didnt really know its condition but I needed it cleaned. Called multiple cleaning companies for quotes, but since I've never used this type of service before, I was unsure about the questions to ask and what would be a good price. Artie walked me through the whole process, was honest about what he'll be charging and how, explained the equipment he used, and let me in how some other companies might charge or overcharge you. Super satisfied with his service. Thanks Artie! read more

Wow what can I say! Five star clean is the best! My carpet was HORRENDOUS and when I say HORRENDOUS, I mean it! It looked like some homeless person lived in my house with dark spots everywhere. I hated my carpet and was embarrassed to have company over because of how dirty it was. Let's just say, I was overdue for a deep carpet clean. I'm so glad I found Arturo and this business to clean my carpet. I didn't know it was possible for my carpet to look so clean despite the horrible condition it was in. Arturo definitely knows what he is doing, is very professional, and to top it off, AFFORDABLE. I would definitely recommend him for any job involving cleaning and removing stains. I will keep his number on hand and I now know who to call when I need my carpets cleaned! Thank you so much! I now can walk barefoot in my home! Cheers to a great start of 2019 read more

Five Star Clean far exceeded my expectations with the fabulous work they did. When I originally thought I'd have to replace my carpet, I looked at cleaning services as an alternative. After seeing Five Star Clean's results, I'm so glad I went with that option. Arturo and his team were on time and worked nonstop to get the job done. Customer service comes along way and Arturo was very polite and explained the process and what needed to be done. His rates are very competitive and the end results show.
