I called on July 24th to schedule a cleaning for July 28 for a morning time frame, with a technician coming out between the hours of 8-12. I specifically chose this time slot as my bf works a 16 hour shift and sleeps in the afternoon when he gets back. Everything was removed and stored away including my work desk and monitor the night before. Working from home is great but my job requires dual monitors. Using just my laptop is difficult but I made do this morning. But now having to wait till noon - 4 to see if someone even shows up is frustrating. You might ask why I can't set up the desk myself, well it's freaken heavy and requires 2 people. Anyhoo, I got a call from Andy that they mistakenly double booked for the morning time slot. Really, so it took you the day of to realize this? And you open at 8am but said you just found out at 9:19 a.m. If this is how Five Star Clean operates, no communication with a schedule of a mess. Spring is here and this calls for fresh clean carpets in the house or office! I've had Arturo and Mario recently steam clean my whole house upstairs. We had our dog in and out and of course he brings in unwanted dirt. Not just him, but us as well. No matter how often I vacuum it is not as clean as freshly steamed carpets by Arturo and his team. I made a couple calls and left a voicemail and then received a call-back from a different phone number (the owner). He was very kind and I explained everything to him. He cleaned my stairway, hallways and four bedrooms in about two hours. He got a nasty stain out of one of the bedrooms. I'm beyond satisfied with Arturo's service and can safely say that I will be utilizing him again in the future. I originally reached out to Arturo through yelp because I was concerned I had bleached the color out of the chase of my couch after cleaning up after my dog who got sick on it. I was frantic because the "stain" was large and our couch was less than a year old and a decent amount of money. He responded super quickly and proceeded to ask me what product I used and gave me an informed opinion that he didn't believe the color was bleached out because the product did not contain any oxidizers, but rather foam buildup that needed a good rinsing to get out. He suggested cleaning the entire sectional and his pricing was extremely fair. However, my husband & I also decided to get another quote from someone who was local and well reviewed on yelp. I wasn't impressed. While he was nice, he also told me that the couch was pretty much ruined and that we might even have to stain the entire chase that color to blend it. He didn't even think to ask the produce that I used and just jumped to the conclusion it was ruined. Safe to say, we didn't go with him after hearing Arturo's insight. We hired Arturo and are so happy with our decision! He showed up on time and was a great combination personable + professional! Our sectional looks as good as new and the foam came right out! Arturo is VERY FANTASTIC . This man is the best for the job. He doesn't rip you off and in fact helps you as much as he can with your needs. He gets the job done perfectly and effectively. We had a huge wine/cheetos throw up stain and he was able to remove it, but because of the acid from the vomit, it still semi stained (not his fault). Then, not only was he able to squeeze us in his schedule suddenly for this, he was also able to put us immediately in his upcoming schedule for an entire carpet deep cleaning the following week after his convention in Vegas. Wow and wow is all I can say! I called Arturon on a Thursday and he was at our place by Saturday at 11am! He kept in touch via text and gave us his exact arrival time. We explained to Arturo our concerns with the carpet, (high traffic areas and pet stains) and what we wanted the outcome to be. He then explained to us his process and the products he would use which are all pet friendly! (we have a cat and a dog) Arturo pointed out some stains we had not even noticed and went to work on them immediately! The whole process from start to finish took about 2 hours to clean the carpet in our two bedrooms and our living room.
