Just too much crap to deal with that I kept putting off. The predatory pricing of my storage company (90% increase in 2 years!) angered me so much I started doing research for getting help with cleaning out my garage so I could move my storage items into it. Looking on the web, Kari Jane's Simply Organized was so highly rated, I felt confident that she could help. By wanting to pay a good service to help me rather than an out of control storage company month after month after month, I figured I had a good budget to work. Kari was very warm and professional and confident she could help me. After describing my situation and sending photos, she scheduled me promptly. She came over with 2 enthusiastic and hard working staffers and they got to work right away. Very diligent and organized and they made enormous progress. By the mid-day, the garage was completely cleared out. I thought it would take 2 or 3 days at least as I had a ton of crap. They diligently removed everything, sorted it out and categorized what could be tossed, or recycled or donated or would stay. And they diligently carried away several cars worth of donations at the end. The items I kept were put in nice transparent cases with clear labels, and there was a lot of room to move my storage in. It is such an enormous relief to be able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I highly recommend Kari Jane and her staff and services. Completely worth it! Thank you so much!

Erin has put together a fantastic team. Paige, who worked on my kitchen, was incredible--extremely detailed, focused, and a remarkably quick thinker. What I appreciated most was her dedication. Whenever I was ready to compromise and said, "Oh, that's okay," Paige wouldn't settle. She'd immediately say, "No, I'll straighten it out." That level of care and commitment is rare. Thanks to her hard work, all the drawers in my lower cabinets are perfectly organized and functional. The upper cabinets are perfect, too! What started with a decent garage organization led me to trust them with my entire home--a decision I deeply regret. The issues: 1. Careless "organization" that consisted mostly of throwing items away without proper sorting 2. Found valuable items (I.e. designer handbag accessories) in trash bags 3. Brand new purchases still in boxes were discarded 4. Expensive vacuum parts and accessories were thrown out 5. Poor categorization throughout the house (I.e. a box labeled "electronics" had my Apple TV remove buried deep within it. 6. Spent months and more money undoing their work rather than enjoying an organized home 7. Never completed the full project despite being paid upfront 8. Owner Natalie has ignored multiple requests for a $3,536 refund for days/ services not rendered (I paid over $30K in total) What I received wasn't organization but rather rushed, thoughtless "decluttering" that prioritized making spaces look temporarily tidy over creating functional systems. After investing significant money and time, I was left with missing valuables and more disorganization than when I started.

My siblings and I had been stressed and overwhelmed by our mom's hoarding for years, but the…read moresituation always felt way too big for us to handle. After she was hospitalized and moved into a skilled nursing facility, I suddenly needed to end her lease and completely clear out her apartment while also dealing with a million other things on her behalf. I knew I needed more than just a junk removal or moving company. I specifically wanted a senior move manager who could coordinate the sorting, donations, hauling, moving, and storage, because the thought of finding and managing all of those vendors myself was overwhelming. I found A Clear Path through the NASMM website and was immediately impressed that they were A+ Accredited. Their website also really resonated with me because they clearly understood the emotional side of hoarding and approached these situations with compassion. Mary reached out very quickly after I submitted my project details, and I was able to schedule a Zoom consultation for the next day through their online scheduling system. She was kind, responsive, and upfront that a project of this size would be costly. After our consultation, she emailed me a detailed proposal with the full price breakdown, so I knew exactly what to expect before moving forward. Communication was fast and easy over email, and everything from scheduling the consultation to paying the invoice online felt organized and streamlined. I was still really nervous on the first day because I didn't know what to expect, but Melody, Erika, and Tito arrived right at 9:00 AM and immediately got to work after I gave them a walkthrough. They were so thoughtful and reassuring, and they always checked with me about what should be kept, donated, or thrown away. They were also incredibly meticulous. They carefully combed through everything and set aside important documents, money, and sentimental belongings, including things I had not even thought to look for, like my mom's passport and my family's Social Security cards. Knowing they were paying such close attention gave me so much peace of mind. They worked through an enormous amount of stuff during a heat wave and remained positive and efficient throughout the project. I was honestly so inspired by their work ethic. Mary had estimated that the sorting would take two full days, but they finished early on the second day! A Clear Path also coordinated the hauling with Richard and his team at Cote Trash Hauling and Cleanup. The hauling had been estimated to take two days, but they arrived right at 7:00 AM and finished the entire job in one day! I was amazed by how quickly they worked, especially since the apartment was on the second floor and there was so much to remove. By the end of the third day, the apartment was completely emptied. Richard and his team moved everything we were keeping into storage, transported the donations, and took the remaining junk to the dump. There is absolutely no way I could have handled all of this on my own, especially while juggling work and everything else related to my mom's transition. I feel so lucky that the project went as smoothly as it did! I'm incredibly grateful to Mary, Melody, Erika, Tito, Richard, and everyone else involved. They took a situation that had felt impossible for years and helped my family finally move forward. We have worked with Jason through two major moves, and on both occasions he has transformed our…read moreapartments into truly beautiful, functional homes. His approach strikes a rare balance--both highly professional and deeply personal. He has an exceptional ability to quickly understand not only what is needed from a practical standpoint (taking lifestyle and functionality into account), but also what is desired aesthetically, and then translate that into a cohesive, purposeful, beautiful living space. Jason is incredibly creative in how he works with space. He has a refined eye for spatial design, allowing him to maximize both flow and function while creating environments that feel open, intentional, and captivating. He is also incredibly resourceful--always open to repurposing existing pieces in fresh, thoughtful ways so that everything feels renewed and purposeful rather than replaced. From unboxing to organizing, hanging artwork and everything in between, Jason partners in the entire process brilliantly. What sets him apart even further is his ability to work with challenging or eclectic styles. My personal taste is wide-ranging--I'm drawn to clean, modern spaces, but I also grew up surrounded by a Victorian, bohemian aesthetic. My art and belongings reflect that mix, and historically it has been difficult to make everything feel cohesive. Jason has been the solution. He has a remarkable sense of balance and composition, bringing together disparate elements so effortlessly that it feels as though everything was always meant to coexist. Beyond the visible transformation, the underlying organization he created is life-changing. For the first time, every cabinet and closet in our home is thoughtfully arranged and fully functional. Moving is inherently stressful, and one of my biggest concerns is always how long it will take for a new place to feel like home. Jason accelerated that process dramatically--what usually takes months happened in what felt like days. My husband and I find ourselves appreciating our space daily, feeling genuinely grateful to live in such a beautiful, harmonious environment. We're proud to have people over and share our home, and that is very much a direct result of Jason's work. Working with him has been an investment not just in our space, but in our daily quality of life. If you're considering hiring a home or professional organizer, make it Jason.
