When the cleaners showed up late, they struggled to find parking and didn't communicate well with my wife. Ultimately, they had my pregnant wife walking blocks trying to help them find parking in the humid heat. Ultimately, they pressed on her to reschedule for the morning as they wanted to leave. I was frustrated with this as we have medical appointments and purposefully scheduled when we did. When I called Monica and expressed frustration, they tried to find cleaners to come back same day, but with late afternoon traffic, no one was available. Overall, pretty abysmal experience and cancelled all together. I write reviews to help others and to help companies learn lessons. LA Cleaning Experts needs better awareness of their customers where maybe they don't have a pregnant woman walking around in the heat for 40 minutes. They need to work on swallowing defensive excuses before saying them over the phone. Sometimes, a simple sorry is best. Hopefully, you won't get the same treatment that we did.

The person told me they couldn't estimate the hours without seeing the condition of the house, but they also didn't mention that only one cleaner would be coming. Although they are sending the cleaner, they did not disclose this. On the day of the cleaning, I was expecting 2-3 people, but only one cleaner showed up. She stayed exactly 3 hours and did a very minimal job. Some furniture, like the bookshelves, was still dusty. All of the bathtubs and showers were still dirty--I honestly wasn't sure if they had even been cleaned. The kitchen was the only area that looked reasonably clean. There were still bits of debris on the floor, and it looked like a dirty mop had been used because parts of the floor appeared oily. I do not recommend this company.

I think the value you get for your money is really good. I asked them to help me with a few other things, and they were very congenial and helped me. They didn't speak English very well, but we used our phones to communicate, and it wasn't so bad. There were some nice touches too, like how they displayed the towels like a cruise or hotel. So why 4 stars? I had to point out mirrored closet doors that were completely missed and obviously dirty, and of the 3 sets of sliding glass doors, it was strange that one set would be washed inside and out, but another set in the same room wasn't cleaned on both sides. (But when I asked them to clean it they willingly and apologetically complied.) And even though I had listed that I would want help with laundry, that wasn't touched at all, and because I didn't realize until later that they didn't understand English, I had to decide to not have the bedsheets laundered and have the beds made. By the time I realized they hadn't understood my request it was too late to keep that part in and get done in time, so I told them to just make one bed with fresh sheets and leave the other two rooms. Also, after they left, I noticed a few very obviously missed areas, and there were a couple windows that were partially missed (I asked for windows to be cleaned on the inside.) But considering how quickly they got everything done, I don't fault them too much for the bits they missed. Like I said, it was only after they left that I noticed it, and I'm sure if I had pointed it out they would have happily cleaned it to my satisfaction. All in all, I think they did a great job!
