They couldn't even wash 2 dishes and instead threw all my stuff including unwashed dishes together in garbage bags (from my own apartment, not even their own) in the corner. Also rolled up my carpet - unvacuumed! They then decided to charge me an extra $50 WITHOUT MY CONSENT because their lazy maids were too slow. Oh and they broke a drawer in the refrigerator. Typical LA experience. Be grossly incompetent, charge 3x what the going rate is in any other part of the country, and then stand proudly with your hands on your hips. I decided to give the real housekeepers of LA a call after reading the positive yelp reviews here…read more I am a little disappointed to report that the result did not live up to the reviews posted here. Appointment: Ashley was prompt in returning my call and scheduling a cleaning service for the upcoming weekend. She quoted me the price and we agreed on the time. However, on the day of the cleaning, the cleaning lady was late by 45 minutes and I did not get a call until 40 minutes into the scheduled time. =2 stars Service: I asked for cleaning of the entire house including the inside of the cabinets and the interior of the fridge and oven...which was specifically paid for in addition to the basic charge. After the cleaning staff was gone, I noticed that the inside of the fridge was hardly wiped. The exterior of the stove had noticeable oil stains that hadn't been cleaned to the standard you would hope for it to be done professionally. While the interior of the cabinets were wiped, the side of the cabinets facing my living/dining area had noticeable dust. I also had a brand new stainless steel sink installed in my kitchen that had a few noticeable scratches after the cleaning service was done. All in all I wasn't too impressed with the result. I am not sure if I want to give them a try again because they are nearby, and uses green products per their ad. I suppose if I do I would need to take a close look at the house after it's done instead of assuming it would be done completely.

One star, and I'd give zero if the option existed…read more I hired this company for a standard clean: kitchen, two bathrooms, and floors. Two cleaners arrived, they spent an hour and a half accomplishing next to nothing. The cleaners they employ are NOT professional cleaners. When I met them, they showed up with almost nothing other than a mop, a bucket, a vaccum, and a paper brown bag with two sprays and paper towels. I saw how little they'd brought and offered my products so they'd have something to work with. I provided a shower cleaner, plus a long-handled tool so they could reach the upper tile in the shower since the walls are high. I was trying to help them do the job. Instead they basically cleaned my bathroom with my lysol disinfecting wipes. Sink, toilet, even parts of the shower, all wiped down with my Lysol wipes. Wipes are not a bathroom cleaner and no one should be paying a professional service for that. My one and only request was that they use the cleaner I'd already set out for them. That one request broke the whole appointment. They latched onto the fact that the spray was the same one they use for deep cleans for grout and whether this service qualified as a "regular" or "deep" clean. I was not asking for grout cleaning. I said so clearly and repeatedly. Even the tool I offered so they could reach the tile got labeled a deep clean. They simply could not process a straightforward request. After this 5 minute interaction, they stated that they need to speak with their manager. Not once did either cleaner raise anything with me directly. Everything was routed through a manager I had to text with while two people stood in my bathroom doing nothing. An hour and a half of back-and-forth to sort out a request that should have taken ten seconds. Then they picked up their things, and left without explaining anything. The manager was non-responsive and did not explain if they were leaving or not. No solutions were provided. Credit where it's due -- I was not charged. However, I cleared my schedule, prepped my home, supplied the products, and got a barely-touched kitchen and bathroom out of it. It appears they hire anyone to clean, but these are NOT professional cleaners.

They did a good job behind the stove & even pulled out the fridge & cleaned behind it. However, under the stovetop near the burners wasn't great. Also, they dusted the ceiling fan but didn't clean it, so there were lines of dirt remaining. When I sent them photos of the few items, they came back the next day and did a better job cleaning the ceiling fan & under stovetop. They are very responsive and stand behind their work, which I appreciate.
