I called Carpet King based on reviews and they did not disappoint! I called in the morning and they were able to come that afternoon. I had an area rug, tile floor and a large sectional with a lot of pillows deep cleaned. Usually this would take hours but there were 3 of them and they got it done in 2 . There was a large stain under the sectional that they were able to remove. The scent they use is fresh and not strong. They were fast, efficient and thorough. read more

When I ran my dryer there was a burning smell which was very concerning. After looking online to see potential root causes I found that dryer vent cleaning was the first thing that should be addressed (which we had never done since we moved to the house 6 years prior). I requested a quote via yelp and Jason from Carpet Kong's responded within 10 min, we spoke over the phone to discuss the issue I was having, the quote, and he said he could leave right away and be to my house in 30 min. As I found that dryer vent are a major cause of house fires I wanted to address it quickly so asked him to come right away. He arrived 30 min later and quickly cleaned the dryer vent/duct.
