Jordan is the best! We had some stubborn grout haze that had been collecting dirt for nearly a year. I finally gave up trying to remove it myself and called OCD. Jordan explained that they do not use harsh chemicals and he would try his best to remove the haze during the porcelain tile cleaning. I was thoroughly impressed and so pleased with the results. The follow up cleaning guide was very helpful too! Thank you again for bringing my kitchen back to life! read more

Very happy with results. I would highly recommend OCD Home Carpet cleaners. They were timely, efficient and very polite. read more

OCD is top notch! Jordan and team provided not only quality service but the best customer care experience we've had in a long time. Our puppy had unfortunately urinated on our couch and area rug, but thankfully OCD came to the rescue to restore both. Jordan and his technician were very meticulous with the entire cleaning process and did not cut corners. In fact they took the extra time and work giving the couch cushions multiple surface and injection retreatments until the odors were completely gone. They also thoroughly cleaned our area rug and there are no more urine odors there either. Also, Jordan's wife Malissa handled the scheduling and did a great job with communications and making the appointment process easy. I can't say enough about this incredible cleaning business and would highly recommend to anyone! read more

Jordan did an excellent job cleaning our couch. He was very professional, so nice, and made sure to get every square inch. He went above and beyond to make sure our couch looked like new again. We will definitely be using him again and YES we will definitely be recommending OCD Home Carpet & Tile Cleaning! read more

Perfect carpet cleaning. I have an older carpet and after Jordan was through it looks brand new. I have used OCD more than several times through the years and honestly would not use anyone else. It was a great job. read more

These guys are amazing. I've used them a couple of times and I have nothing but great things to say. Jordan has helped me with our carpet each time and he's sincerely a good guy. Seem less communication, zero surprises. Lots of people could probably do the job, but they're also competitive in pricing. Great work, good price, AND a good human? This is the type of people I gladly give my repeated business to. Cheers. read more

I have three kids and a dog... so needless to say our carpets get DIRTY!! OCD Home Carpet & Tile Cleaning came out and did a great job getting stains out of our carpet (and we even splurged and had them clean the grout and our kitchen/bathroom tiles). They were very nice and polite, on time and quick with their work (though not too quick you question the job- they take their time to do it right, but don't waste any time on the job, if that makes sense). Our carpets are dirty again (dang kids/dog) so I'm here to leave a review from last time and schedule another cleaning! read more

Jordan is great and always comes through for our carpet cleaning needs. His team always shows up on time and leaves my home in great shape. Would highly recommend Jordan and his team. Thank you for your hard work! read more

Details matter. Melissa was a wizard working us into the busy schedule with nothing less than grace and kindness. She also returned every call, text and voicemail without delay. She is awesome! Jordan was equally impressive with a slick, clean rig and precision detail with his explanations, breakdowns and execution. We had some last minute curveballs too and he not only received the info calmly and professionally, but also went above and beyond to accommodate us. Relationships and communication are everything-- look no further than OCD Home for your home carpet and tile cleaning solutions! Needless to say, we know who we will using and recommending. Jordan lived up to every word that he promised. He has my total trust, and I have spotless carpets! I had stains from a blueberry smoothie that I truly did not expect to come out. They are gone! He will certainly have my repeat business, plus my recommendation to family and friends! read more

OCD was great! They did a thorough job cleaning our large sectional and carpet. Wish I took a before and after. Would recommend them to anyone. read more

WOW! Highly recommend if you are looking to clean your carpets. The week prior to Thanksgiving, my mother wanted to clean her white carpets (we have toddlers that tend to spill things in random places). Malissa did a wonderful job explaining each package and providing initial recommendations. Booking was super easy and Jordan (cleaning tech) was on time and very friendly. After the initial walk through, Jordan was very up front about which spots might be more of a concern and did his best to give us realistic expectations. I couldn't believe how clean he got the carpets (there were some spots we thought would be impossible). We'll definitely be repeat customers in the future!! read more

Have used OCD before. They confirm the appointment and are on time. Very thorough, careful with the furniture, and walls, resulting in an exceptionally clean carpet as a result My nose is very sensitive even to light scents and anything with a hint of a deodorizer really sets off a bad reaction. After the cleaning from OCD, there is no carpet cleaning smell. Just the sensation of freshness with no reaction from my nose. Thank you, Jordan for doing such a professional job! read more

Jordan was great! Friendly, professional, and clean. All stains removed and carpet looks new again. Highly recommend! read more

We were very impressed with the professionalism and first class service for our carpet cleaning. The technician, Vincent, was prompt and very informative during the pre-cleaning walk through, wore a mask and booties, even leaving extras for us. Towels were placed on our floors by thresholds to assure we wouldn't slip. We even had several runners and 2 area rugs cleaned- they look beautiful again! If you have high standards and are looking for exceptional service, give this business a call, you won't be disappointed. I should mention that Vincent even came to our home on a Sunday, due to our tight schedule. We are grateful for this type of service. read more

This is the BEST CARPET CLEANING BUSINESS GOING. They did a fantastic job on our whole house. Very friendly, Professional and Great Prices. They did a better job then other carpet cleaners in the past regarding cleaning the carpet, moving stuff, leaving the house clean & prices where a lot better. GREAT JOB. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK. read more

Upon choosing a company to clean my carpets, I read multiple reviews on a variety of companies. I contacted a couple and made my decision after talking to marissa. The professional and pleasant conversation followed by the ease of arranging a date. It was a few weeks away but I'm sure they are in Demand. Price point appears to be about above average from what I saw but reviews were great. I gave them a try and they communicated well letting me k IE an exact time s d gave me a call when technician was on his way. Vince was the technician who showed at my home and he was great!!! Took great care in my home, wire shoe covers. Worked hard getting out stains. He was thorough and efficient and end product was great. Tough to live up to high expectations but they did. Definitely 5 star company and I will use them again! read more

Jordan and Michael were incredible. I had a very difficult situation with the Spanish tile in my kitchen. Jordan and Michael came TWICE to clean it and did an excellent job. I found OCD through Yelp browsing near my area, I have ocd about cleanliness of my house so this name caught my eyes! Booking was easy online, I got a follow up call to confirm booking details. Jordan showed up on time and the communication via texting about appt reminder and status update were very useful to me! Jordan came and was very friendly, he did a great job with my stairs and hallway area that was previously left really stained and dirty from the previous owners. I would definitely recommend OCD and use them again when I need! Thank you! read more

Green cleaning and peace of mind! Jordan was an absolute pleasure and pro at what he does. He was punctual and showed up on time as scheduled. He was very thorough and patient in explaining things to me and attentive to my requests. One of my main concerns was the products used are environmentally safe so he took pictures for me and had Malissa send me the MSDS - very professional! Jordan was also very respectful of our home. When I told him we had our wood floors cleaned (we don't wear shoes inside) he immediately went to out on booties and was diligent in removing them and putting them on as applicable. We had 5 rooms and 2 stairs cleaned, it took 3 hours. Yelp doesn't allow 1/2 stars, but since Jordan was so awesome I'm happy to round up. A few of things for improvement are more communication regarding leaving windows open, turning on the AC and more realistic drying times. I needed to leave after the cleaning was over, but had to leave with all upstairs windows open since the carpet was wet. My original plan was to leave those windows that made sense to stay open, open. And leave them open overnight as I had read it takes 8-24 hours for carpet to dry. However he left all the windows open and I couldn't go up to close them. Fortunately he only turned on the downstairs AC which was still accessible so we were able to turn that off. Jordan assured me the carpet would be bone dry in 4 hours and that was quite far from the truth. When I returned 5 hours later, the carpet was still wet, even the rooms that had ample sun and airflow. Consequently we turned on the AC to help with removing moisture and will need to go back to turn it off. Word of advice: if you are moving in and starting with a blank slate, give yourself some cushion with an extra day or 2 for carpet to fully dry, it can only help. read more

I'm a Realtor who needed to have the carpets cleaned in a home I have listed. I came to Yelp as I always do when trying to find a local business to work with. OCD Home Carpet & Tile Cleaners came up in my search. I called and coordinated an appointment with a very friendly and helpful voice. I was reminded of the appointment via text and the tech called to let me know he was on his way. Once he got there we went through the house to confirm the phone quote before he started. He did a great job throughly cleaning each room. I will be recommending their services any time the situation for their type of service presents itself. It's important to have a full compliment of professionals I can recommend to my clients, family and friends and I am very happy to be able to add OCD Carpet Cleaning to my list. read more

Hands down the best carpet cleaning we've had. We have really old carpet and our dogs have done quite a number on it but Jordan made it look new again. I couldn't be happier with the results and I feel the price was great for the amount of work he had to do. Jordan and Malissa are so kind and quick to respond to all of my questions. I will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

The price was competitive and the service was very professional. We had all our carpets - 4 rooms, 2 hallways, and stairs - cleaned, which took just under 2 hours. Our bedrooms were larger than the allowance for the estimate, but there was no up-charge. The dry time was longer than I expected, so I ran some fans, which did the trick. I would use OCD again. read more

A++++ Best carpet service I have ever had. Professional, on time, follow up is remarkable with reminders to make sure we're ready. I had some really bad carpet stains in my condo and called Jordan for a quote. He walked through his services and gave me a price breakdown. Jordan was very responsive and straightforward with what to expect. He did a great job cleaning the carpets and was honest about the stains that wouldn't come out. He even went above and beyond and removed the tape that painters had left behind. I would definitely use OCD again! read more

I've used OCD Home twice and both times it was a great experience. I found them off yelp and I'm glad I did! They're quick, reliable, and super responsive. This last time I called them on a Friday to see if they have any availability to come quickly because I needed a move out cleaning. They were out the next day and since I had moved out, I wasn't there. So, Jordan (who was awesome both times he helped us) was able to go in, get everything cleaned, and let him self out. He made sure everything was locked and texted to confirm. You can tell he cares about his customers and his business. I've been very impressed by their customer service PLUS their pricing is reasonable and affordable! Highly recommend and will use again! read more

Had our second carpet and rug cleaning with OCD a few months ago and the carpet Is still pretty clean. There are some spots that came back pretty badly by our patio door and in the dining room area, but considering that those are just 3 spots compared to the 8 or more that we had originally it's great work. In fact, I'm planning on calling in the next month to set up another cleaning. I do wish that they would move the furniture around and do those areas as well. We had another company do that each time, but the reason we don't use them was because of the multiple no shows we would get for our appointment times/dates. Do give OCD a 30 min leeway time though. Since it's only one person doing the carpet it can take some time for him to get there and set up. I do appreciate all the work he does, and he is always so professional and kind. Thank you again! read more

We were recently getting the house organized for a visit from our daughter and our grandson, who is just over 1 year old. We wanted our carpets clean enough for a baby to crawl, walk, and play on, and called OCD. They gave us a fair price, showed up on time, worked very efficiently and professionally, and left our carpets looking like new. We were very happy with the service we received from OCD Carpet Cleaning, and we won't hesitate to call them again when our carpets need some love. read more

I can't believe what a great job OCD did with our older carpets as well as our tile laundry room floor. They also cleaned some pillows and dining room chairs. They responded quickly and were respectful of the house (booties, corner protectors). I had used another service for years but they weren't responding and found OCD on Yelp. I wish I had taken before and after pictures! The whole experience was fantastic and I will definitely use them in the future. I wish I had switched earlier. Price was fair as well. We've used OCD Home for our carpet cleaning numerous times before. Yesterday, we had our home done and our daughter's townhome's carpets cleaned. They do a consistently good job and we will continue to use them. Shout out to Jordan's employee, Vincent, who was fairly new working for the company. He was professional, thorough and polite. They came with a very short notice. He was friendly and professional. He also did a great job cleaning our carpets!

I'm so happy I found OCD Carpet and Tile Cleaning! Malissa was a joy to work with - she was kind, patient, and the price she quoted was straight-forward and very reasonable. Jordan arrived at my home on time and was polite and friendly. Additionally, he followed all COVID-19 safety protocol which is very important to me. He took great care to protect the corners and floors while cleaning the carpet upstairs and the couch, explained the drying time, and left booties to wear while the carpet dried. Speaking of my couch... it's velvet and is a dog-hair magnet. Even with my attempts to regularly vacuum and lintroll it the hair seemed impossible to fully remove. Jordan worked so hard on getting that couch clean! He obviously takes great pride in his work, and I'm so happy with what looks like a brand-new couch and fresh, very clean carpets. Thank you, Jordan, Malissa, and OCD! read more
