Jordan was on time, polite, and professional. His price was fair and the job was perfect. It feels so nice to barefoot on clean carpet!

Jordan did a great job. Had a little confusion in terms of the arrival timing, but it all worked out. Communication was good and pricing was reasonable. Able to pay via credit card. Would use them again. read more

We have had our sectional and rug cleaned a few times by OCD and are always so happy with the results! We have two young children and a Labrador but they're able to make everything feel brand new. Highly recommend! read more

OCD Home Carpet & Tile Cleaning is top notch. Their prices are competitive, scheduling was seamless, and Jordan showed up right on time. This is the first time I had the white grout on my tile floors in years and I was not expecting stellar results. I was pleasantly surprised by the results. My floors look brand new and I'm happy! I highly recommend this family business. read more

Vincent was great, on time, friendly and professional. Did a great job very detailed and cleans amazingly.

I've used OCD twice and I will be scheduling with them again next year. They are the definition of good customer service. Scheduling is easy and their communication is excellent and thorough. They arrived on time, worked hard the entire time they were here, communicated important information and left me with beautifully clean carpets. Could not recommend them more. read more

We are moving into our house and the people before us had left us a dirty mess. I made an appointment online for a week later then called with a follow up question and was able be put on a wait list for cancellations. We were able to get our appointment scheduled for the same day. Vincent and Noah did an exceptional job. It really did need some hand scrubbing and extra care. They went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely recommend OCD to anyone for carpet and tile cleaning. You are extremely lucky if you get Vincent. read more

I'm very A type personality and very OCD, so the name of this company caught my eye. They lived up to my every expectation and more. We rent so we aren't very good about cleaning the carpets. We've been in our place for 8 years now and last had the carpets cleaned 3 years ago. I alway used Stanley Steemer, but have been disappointed in their pricing and the longevity of the cleaning, so I looked for something new I can't believe the stains OCD removed! I was certain we would have to pay to replace the carpets when we eventually move but after our cleaning with OCD, the carpet looks like the day we moved in 8 years ago. OCD was very responsive, priced very reasonably and got it done in an afternoon! I highly recommend their service and will call again next year! read more

Vincent is a total lifesaver. We had a very sick cat who unfortunately made a huge mess of the carpet. Vincent was upfront and honest about expectations and recommendations. He arrived on time and worked efficiently. Our place looks absolutely amazing now. The price was extremely affordable for the size of the job we needed. I couldn't recommend this company enough, if I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you so much Vincent!! read more

Excellent service with impeccable work. Prompt, responsive and honest. Highly recommend this company!

OCD was a great friendly business like company that did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. They were recommended to me by a neighbor and I was so thankful. You will be very happy if you use them. read more

Couldn't have been happier with the service and how easy it was to schedule! Highly recommend!

We couldn't be happier with the service OCD provided. If you want a professional and friendly company, this is it! Jordan thoroughly cleaned 3 area rugs and our entire house. We will definitely use them again. read more

Highly recommend OCD. Scheduling was easy, communication was great and they did a fabulous job. I had two small dogs with health issues towards the end of their lives and he did a great job cleaning their urine spots. The carpet looked as good as it can (it's old) and the tile and grout in the entryway and kitchen looked brand new. Thanks so much! Wish I had thought to take pics. read more

The work OCD does is no less than that of a true magician. I never thought it could be possible to make carpets this clean! We have had people come over since getting them cleaned and every single person has assumed that we got new carpets - nobody believes that they were only cleaned! (Our carpets are almost 10 years old, so this is really a testament to OCD's amazing work.) The carpets are completely spotless, everything was handled with so much care and attention to detail, and the service was remarkable from the very first moment of outreach. So incredibly grateful for OCD and the exceptional work they do! read more

A+++++, 11/10 stars, and 1000% recommend. We've had some carpet stains for over 8 years and multiple carpet cleaning services could not remove them. When Jordan arrived, I told him that we don't expect any of them to be removed, but just hoping to get some dust out. My family and I were in complete awe with our jaws dropped when we saw the result. Every centimeter of our carpet (and our couch) is now brand new and every single stain is gone. To say Jordan was a perfectionist is an understatement. And on top of the stellar quality work, he was also so kind, patient, and professional. Could not possibly recommend OCD more. We still can't believe the results. This was life-changing! read more

After living in our apartment for a year, and getting a new puppy, even with lots of care (shoes off) and all that, it was time to get our carpets cleaned. We shopped around looking for two things: 1) Good reviews and 2) The lowest price. Scheduling was easy, he showed up on time, and even though I had the exact apartment setup that makes it impossible (centrally located away from the street), he managed to make it work. He was quick, accommodated a last minute spot request, and was professional/polite. Need I say more. read more

OCD home gets the job done ! My carpets look brand new and my sofa finally doesn't smell like cat pee . Thank you for the updates on everything from beginning to finish I appreciated that a lot . Jordan was very polite , friendly , and got straight to work ! I will be giving these guys a call if I ever need any of their services . THANKS AGIAN! read more

Absolutely the BEST carpet cleaning we've ever had! Very impressed. Love that they take their time doing multiple pulls in the same area to get the moisture out and fluff the carpet. I'll be using their services from here on out. From the phone call to the service tech, everyone that helped was top notch and treated us well. read more

From the moment I reached out, to the completion of the cleaning, Justin and Melissa were very responsive, kind and professional. They did a spectacular job on both our furniture and carpet cleaning. In addition, Justin took the time to answer all of our questions before the project started and did the work with a smile. Highly recommend this company and will use them in the future! read more

Requested quotes from several different carpet companies and was drawn to the friendliness and quick response of Malissa, the wife and co-founder of this company. Prices were super reasonable, Jordan arrived on time, super friendly and professional. My dog liked him too so I knew he was good people :) Cleaned one large rug that had mildew from a bad do-it-yourself job, 2 smaller rugs and my living room for one low price! He was quick and was summoned by my neighbors to clean their carpets too right after. I would highly recommend this company for all floor cleaning needs :) read more

Great job, fair price. Great communication on what to expect, when Jordan would arrive etc. The best review I can give is where I say I immediately recommended them to my parents. read more

Wonderful service! We have had our couches cleaned before, but no one has taken the time as Jordan from OCD has on our couches. I thought it would be 45-1 hr. He spent 3 hours making sure my couches were brand new. We will definitely refer OCD to friends and family. Thank you so much read more

The name says it all. From start to finish I was blown away by this Company's professionalism and attention to detail. We had a bedroom carpet stained with dog slobber. I was about to pay thousands of dollars to replace the carpet. I thought I would give a local Company a chance. Jordan at OCD was amazing. All the spots are gone and our carpet literally looks brand new. I'm so thrilled with this local Company. I should add that 2 bedrooms and a rug was $150! Extremely reasonable read more

We were looking to get vintage furniture fabric cleaned. They did a fabulous job. We also had our bedroom carpet clean, unfortunately that was not as well done. Traffic pattern was not cleaned well. But overall I would use them again for furniture cleaning. read more

Scheduling was easy. The company was great with communication. Vincent was professional and thorough. Very friendly too!

OCD home and carpet cleaning came to our home and gave us a very reasonable price. I could tell that they really care about family first and doing a great job, not trying to nickel and dime for every little mark on the floor. Our four rooms, hallways, and closets were cleaned in about two hours. Such a wonderful feeling to step onto clean carpets! Well, after the drying period that is. :) My only feedback would be if it is possible to get a more precise arrival window. Even a 30 minute window is preferable. OCD gave a one-hour AM window, arrival between 9-10, but for those of us with kids, sports, activities etc. I had to rush to get them out the door before 9 to wait for an arrival at 9:50. read more

I booked an appointment with OCD Home because of the yelp reviews. I was extremely pleased with Jordan's professionalism, thoroughness and ability to explain his process in cleaning carpets. OCD home was also very responsive when I needed to change my appointment. I would recommend Jordan and OCD home for anyone looking to get their carpets clean. Thank you OCD home. read more

Jordan of OCD was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with, as was Bryan (training). He educated me on the type of carpet I have and how to keep it at it's best, was patient with my questions, and got the job done in good time, very energetic. I am so pleased , and grateful, for the quality job done. Truthfully, I am not an easy customer to satisfy, but the final result was more than I'd hoped for. I'm so happy I chose OCD, and will definitely be using their services in future. In fact, I've already made a list of other jobs to entrust them with. I know I won't be disappointed. In today's world of poor customer service they are a gem!! I would be happy to recommend them. They made such a difference in my comfort level. read more

The OCD team, from scheduling/admin. to job execution, is extremely courteous, efficient, professional, and focused on providing high quality customer satisfaction. We have boys and dogs, and 15+ year-old, light-colored, upholstered arm chairs, ottoman and a couch. Once cleaned, the arm chairs and ottoman look great - renewed! At the outset, Jordan highlighted possible issues due to the couch's fine fabric. It was greatly improved, but some anticipated "greyness" remained. Jordan came back the next day to rework the effected cushions with improved results. I highly recommend OCD Home. Their pricing was 100% competitive compared to 3 other vendors. Scheduling was fast and convenient. read more

OCD did a fantastic job! Jordan is extremely professional and nice. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. read more

So happy with my carpet cleaning results. Super friendly service. Will definitely use again

Jordan is the best! He is very polite, courteous and professional. I am very pleased how the smooth transaction is from making the appointment with Malissa on the phone all the way to the end. I didn't expect how clean the kitchen tiles and bathroom tiles are after Jordan cleaned them. I wish I took the before picture and after picture to show ppl what a difference he made. All I can say is Jordan magically turned the "dark chocolate" to "white chocolate" :) THANK YOU Jordan for all the time you spent to educate us on how to maintain and care for the floor after finishing the job. I will definitely continue to use their service as long as I own my home. Give them a call and you won't regret that you did. read more

Friendly and thorough service. They cleaned our very old, very dirty carpet and left it looking great. They also cleaned some upholstered furniture and a large area rug. Unfortunately they would not clean my distressed leather sofa, worried that cleaning it could damage the leather - I appreciated that concern and honesty. Will use this company again! read more

We use OCD Home for our deep cleaning needs. Jordan is professional and the work is excellent. I refer Jordan and OCD Home Carpet & Tile Cleaning to all my friends and family. read more

Jordan was fantastic help in getting me situated in preparing our 1995 home. We had just purchased this and it had to be cleaned in all carpet and tile areas so before the movers came. Also Jordan had tried to get to our home a week earlier as scheduled, despite huge fire warnings around the home, so I knew this was one dedicated worker! While sis knowledge base was incredibly detailed, and thorough, Jordan kept a set price, and went above and beyond to clean extra paint flecks on tile and carpet that the previous owners left. By the time he was done, it was getting late into the evening, because I knew he was doing the most amazing, thorough job, ever! My husband and I had just purchased a home that felt like it was in the right location, price and size but it was 25 years old. After Jordan left, I felt like I had just purchased the house of my dreams! It also stood the test of movers, etc. since his complete work of sealing on our tiled kitchen and living room floor area made cleaning the floor with a swiffer wet mop on sealed tiles a breeze! Thank you Jordan and OCD Home Carpet and Tile Cleaning! read more

The technician, Vincent, was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He worked diligently to remove puppy stains from the carpet and made them look brand new. I appreciated that he wore a mask during the service, along with shoe booties. He even gave us some so that we wouldn't soil the carpet as it dried. I highly recommend this company! read more

Did an outstanding job cleaning a kitchen and two bathrooms left a disaster by outgoing tenants. They restored it to near new condition--an incredible feat given its condition. Kept appointment time and price estimation--would highly recommend! read more

Found our "go-to" carpet cleaning company! The carpets at our condo were in desperate need of a cleaning. Years of high traffic, a kid and a dog...they needed some TLC. Jordan showed up and really took his time with the deep cleaning. Very thorough and they're the best they've looked in years. Will use the for future cleanings, and not wait so long in between! read more
