Did an outstanding job cleaning a kitchen and two bathrooms left a disaster by outgoing tenants. They restored it to near new condition--an incredible feat given its condition. Kept appointment time and price estimation--would highly recommend! read more

I got my carpets cleaned by OCD Home today and am very pleased with the results! Vincent O'Campo did ours and it turned out great. We had a stain specifically on the first floor from cat urine and he let us know that just based on the acidity of cat urine, it may be really hard to get out. There is still a slight mark but not nearly as bad as before. The service itself was very fast and efficient. I definitely recommend if you need any deep cleaning in your home. read more

OCD provides incredible service. Thank you so much for the awesome carpet and upholstery cleaning service. I highly recommend OCD!!

Here are my thoughts about this company: The price is on the higher end when compare with the others, but the result speak for itself. Jordan and his brother worked tirelessly for 4-5 hours and pay attention to small details to make sure everything is to perfection. Making the appointment was easy, they arrived on schedule and list out itemized pricing clearly. Prior communication was important to agreed on what's achievable and not. After we went over the details, I left to run errands and came back to a super clean floors without much supervision. Overall I am very satisfy with the result. If you want results, OCD is the company. Honestly I think Jordan has OCD... read more

Jordan and Malissa are an amazing duo. I got a quote late in the evening and Jordan arrived at my door first thing the next morning. The service could not have gone more smooth or better. I am extremely pleased with what they do and how they took care of our carpet. We have 2 cats and white carpet...after Jordan was done it was like brand new. Highly recommend going with OCD. I needed my tile/grout cleaned. OCD was on time, efficient in their cleaning, and professional. They even provided care instructions and answered ally questions after the visit. Also, a sweet lady put up with my many calls to set up an appointment. Thank you!!! read more

I'll never use anyone else. They are a family business. My carpets are absolutely beautiful. I didn't think it was possible. Jordan arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and didn't leave until the job was done to perfection. Stop shopping around. This is your guy! read more

Excellent experience. I didn't shop around for competing offers as I just wanted good, honest and thorough work; and the other reviews seemed to support my needs. Jordan arrived on time and even provided a call indicating he was 10-15 minutes out away. After taking a look at the two rooms in question I gave him the all clear to do any and all cleaning he thought would help. He brought out a fancy moisture sensor to point out any areas that needed a pad flush in my dog's room. All corners were protected so the vacuum and pressure tubes didn't drag on furniture Not once did he ever try to upsell. He kept his word from the estimate provided. Although I have two hallways one is small so Jordan only charged for one. The next time I need carpet cleaning or other services OCD Home offers I will not hesitate to contact them. The pricing for level of service provided seemed more than fair. read more

Excellent service, great product, great price, our rugs came back to life. Jordan was awesome. We recommend OCD with pleasure. Thanks again, James and Jennifer Faber read more

5 star service, all around. Communicative, prompt, and the most honest home care experts I've experienced. They were very honest of what needed to be done, what could be done, and what the most cost effective choices were. The many photos here in the reviews speaks for their A+ work and the magic they work on carpets. So I won't be repetitive there. I just had to leave a comment to make note of their exceptional customer service. We will only ever use this company to clean the carpets in our rentals AND our personal home. When you are getting your home or rentals cleaned up... this company will make the carpets the least stressful part of your job. read more

I had my carpet cleaned by OCD a few months ago. I noticed an issue and sent them an email only to find out it was in my "draft folder" over a month later. I decided to send the email anyway, more as a courtesy to them. I even said as much and told them I didn't expect them to do anything since so much time had passed. I was shocked when they insisted they wanted to resolve the issue and promptly took care of it. I am not one to recommend services but will tell people who I use. In this case, I would recommend this company. They are pleasant, professional and care about their customers. They make every effort to have long term customers. I will be using them again. read more

Glad to know I've found another trusty vendor for rug and carpet cleaning! I got two 8x10 rugs cleaned (one wool and one synthetic). Jordan came on time and was super polite and quick. I appreciated the fact how detailed his work was. It was satisfying watching him clean the rug too haha (satisfied my OCD too ). The rugs dried within the suggested time frame of 6-8 hours and now we have beautiful clean rugs. I'd definitely recommend them! :) read more

I contacted OCD to have a large sectional sofa and area rug cleaned. I actually had scheduled for these services to be done by a nationally-known company from a TV ad, but when I saw they had so many one-star reviews, I started checking on Yelp for an alternative. I chose OCD based on their stellar reviews and proximity to my home. The entire experience has been great, starting with the cheerful and efficient person who set up my appointment. The service provided by the technicians Jordan and Mike was done with care and attention to detail, especially in terms of identifying areas on the rug that required additional spot cleaning. I appreciated that they took the time to read the care labels on the sofa and rug before they started cleaning. I also very much appreciated the courteous and professional demeanor that both technicians maintained throughout. Finally, the pricing was competitive and in line with industry standards. Although additional services were offered, there was no hard sell effort when I declined. I highly recommend OCD Home Cleaning Services! read more

OCD is awesome! Jordan (the owner) is fantastic. Super thorough, hard working, totally knows what he's doing, and on top of that, he's just a cool guy with a great attitude. Did a super stellar job on our home today. Got every tiny corner. He is totally OCD, and that's what you want! I'm a bit OCD, and Jordan totally understands what I'm thinking and goes the extra mile to alleviate any concerns. He gets out all the stains that are removable and spends the time to try and get them out. Cherry on top? He's got some of the best rates around by far. I was quoted more by others, some by more than 25%! He did all the carpet, a sofa, and even a sectional. I couldn't be happier. All the reviews are totally right! Thanks Jordan! Not only will we stick with you for all our carpet cleaning needs in the future, we'll recommend you to everyone we know! read more

Jordan and Malissa are the nicest most professional carpet cleaning service I've ever used. Turned out my carpet was so bad that Jordan was honest enough to suggest I replace completely rather than have him clean. I wouldn't have known if he was able or not and he could have done the work, but explained why replacement would be better and probably an even cheaper option. Thank you OCD carpet cleaning I will gladly refer anyone in need of carpet cleaning your way!!! read more

I'm very selective about carpet cleaning services as I have asthma and other allergies. When I inquired about this, I was reassured to learn about their cleaning products, approach and experience. Then...what do you know? They were also communicative about the appointment and upon arrival, not only did they do an excellent job cleaning, they were exceptionally personable, as well. Talk about the wow factor. They've got it. Definitely recommend and will use again. I'll also recommend to my real estate clients. Thank you! read more

We needed our tile floors cleaned. Reached out to Malissa, via email. She was extremely professional, courteous and friendly and set up the appointment. The day before, we emailed and added our dining room carpet to be cleaned as well. The price we were quoted was very reasonable. Jordan arrived on team, explained the process to us. He came across very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He got the project finished in the amount of time he quoted and gave us some tips on keeping it clean. This is our first impression of OCD Home Cleaning. We're done looking for flooring cleaners, we'll be calling OCD to schedule it to be done annually. I contacted OCD home carpet cleaning on Labor Day, I expected everywhere to be closed and not reply but OCD responded and managed to set an appointment for the following day, if you have ever had your carpet cleaned before it's usually a dirty old white eco van with a less then presentable "technician". This was not the case with OCD, clean van and a professional polite technician. I had one living room and a staircase cleaned those are the 2 high traffic areas of the home, I can say with confidence that All stains where removed and the carpet was left feeling soft and. And most importantly clean! Thank you so much read more

Jordan is a very professional young man- he quoted for two area rugs, came out and did exactly what he said he would do and really made my area rugs look like brand new! Jordan assured me they were a natural wool product and would come out sparkling...and they did!!!! Thank you Jordan! read more
