OCD Tile and Carpet cleaning they did my whole house and kitchen tile they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend Jordan! Great Prices!

Our tile and grout has been brought back to life! Who knows how long our grout was filthy and black. All I know is that it smelled like a wet dog when we mopped it. OCD fixed that problem in a single afternoon cleaning 850 square feet of tile & grout and sealing it as well for only $1 per square foot. Trust me, we were quoted double that amount and there's no way a better job could have been done. I highly recommend this company. Super professional and they treated our home like their own. read more

A bit overpriced. And they asked for a tip on top of the price. Our carpet took almost 2 days to dry

Jordan was remarkable. I can see myself in my kitchen floor, the awful grout is sparkling, and our antique rugs look better than the day we bought them! I never, ever write reviews but Jordan went above and beyond to clean and seal 1700 Sq ft of sticky floor with at least 10 yrs of grime built up (not us, previous owners). Thanks again Jordan and Malissa! read more

This is the second time I'm using Jordan's help to clean the carpets inside my house and both times I had great experience He is very punctual Also he goes above and beyond to provide the best quality service he can Both Jordan and Malissa are easy to communicate and work with. Great family owned business and the cleaning was exceptional. He cleaned our massive white L-shaped couch from end to end, our rugs, chairs and ottoman. I like the solution they use is chemical-free and safe for everyone. And it worked so well. Definitely recommend OCD Home Carpet cleaning! read more

I thought I would need to replace the carpet in my daughter room but they were able to get all the stains out and it looks good as new!

OCD did an amazing job on my carpets and couch! I have two Great Danes and no matter how hard I try, it is impossible to keep my carpets and couch where they like to lay clean. OCD completely removed any spots my carpet and couch had. Everything was like new! I will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

Jordon cam to my home and cleaned and sealed tile in living room dining and hall to perfection. This tile had not been cleaned professionally since installed. He was kind, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend his company anytime. Love my floors thank you Jordon read more

OCD Home Carpet and Tile Cleaning is probably the best service provider I have ever used. I am a 20 year home owner in Irvine and I've had a lot of people in and out of my home. Jordan cleaned and sealed my tile and grout so well that it actually looks BRAND NEW. I'm not kidding--it is GORGEOUS. I am thrilled with the result, and also highly impressed with the level of professionalism OCD delivered from start to finish. OCD sends email/text confirmations and reminders to you, as well as a notification that they are en route to your home on the day of the job. Jordan was pleasant, polite, and extremely professional. He explained the process and what to expect. He took his time, and answered all my questions before and after the job was completed. Not only will I use OCD again, but I will recommend them to all of my family and friends. Thank you again, Jordan! read more

I needed our carpet cleaned and this company was recommended by several people in our neighborhood. They did an excellent job removing stains from our very light carpet. We will definitely use them again. Customer service was excellent and price is very fair. read more

Cleaned one area rug, one room of carpet, carpeted stairs, and cleaned/sealed the tile in the kitchen. Did a fantastic job! The carpet/tile/rug all look brand new! I highly recommend OCD HOME CARPET & TILE. Jordan did a amazing job on my white furniture and rugs. He is the best!!

Very thorough, very friendly, very professional. Jordan did a fantastic job with my carpet. My carpet was very soiled due not having been cleaned in a year. I was recommended previously to have my carpet cleaned every 4 months due to very heavy traffic. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do that this year. However, Jordan and his partner thoroughly cleaned the carpet to the point it almost looks new. They did better than expected. I wasn't sure if it was able to come out clean but they made me a believer all the while being friendly and professional. I would recommend OCD to anyone. I am very pleased with their service and will be using them again!!! read more

Jordan and Malissa were extremely fast, professional, and accommodating throughout the whole process. Pricing was competitive, but most importantly, the job was well done. A tenant had left a dinner plate-sized red wine stains that dried on beige Berber carpet, so I was a bit skeptical about the stain being treatable. When I called for a quote, Malissa of OCD was very accommodating and set up an appointment for the following day, even though they were fully booked for the week. When Jordan came out, he did a great job cleaning all the carpeted areas (and red wine stain) out initially. However, the following day the red wine stain showed some residue after drying. I contacted Jordan about the problem and he came back out the very same day and did some additional spot cleaning to fix the problem. I was impressed with his great professionalism and service. Jordan was also very thoughtful and left me booties to slip on while the carpet dried. A great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend OCD. Thanks again Malissa and Jordan. read more

I don't do many reviews, but this guy is the BEST. I had ten year old tile that the grout just looked black. My carpet was trashed with stains. Jordan made it look like new again! He was prompt, polite, clean, and very respectful of my belongings. I really recommend this company, and won't hesitate to use him in the future! read more

This is a stellar business! Malissa was super friendly and easy to communicate my request for service to. Text messages were sent to my phone to keep me in the loop (the whole way through and then some). Jordan was professional and super kind; and he was up front on the price and how the carpet cleaning would go down. Not only was Jordan thorough, but the rug in our living room, which we had little hope for--especially since we tried to "rug doctor" it ourselves--looked brand new when he was done with it. It had been 3 years since we bought our home and got new carpet...and having kids and not really caring about the whole "shoes off" thing, we knew it was time! And boy did OCD Home Carpet & Tile Cleaning come through for us, and worth every penny. I highly recommend them. Stop putting off your carpet cleaning, and get it done RIGHT. read more

Jordan and Melissa were fantastic! Both are very polite, sweet and caring. They really listen to what your concerns are. They both kept me aware of arrival via text, confirmations and reminders. Jordan reviewed the rugs and gave recommendations of methods. He worked hard to get stains out using many techniques to give the best cleaning possible. He worked in the sun without complaints and got my rugs and armchairs done in under 2 hours. The chairs look like new and the rugs are super clean. I would recommend this company to everyone. I only use vendors with 5 stars and if I could give more, I would! Thanks Jordan and Melissa. read more

I would recommend OCD Home Cleaning to anyone. They were the most polite, professional people that have ever entered my home. Rey and Jordan treated everything with care in my home as though it belonged to them. When they moved something it was always with care. I have porcelain tile that looks like wood and it now looks better than ever. My grout lines were pretty dirty and my tile now looks brand new. Their truck was clean as a whistle, they wore white shoe covers whenever they entered, all care was given to my walls as the hose passed by. They used modern equipment and up to date ways to clean my floors. Everything was top notch. They showed up when they said they would and Aubrey was so nice on the phone when I booked the job. You can't beat 'em! read more

Vincent did a very good job on both our carpet & tile floor cleaning. My porcelain tile hasn't been so clean since it was first installed. I had some rubber backing stuck on the floor from non skid rugs and I could not get it off the floor. Vincent did and it looks so awesome!! Very pleased with his services. Thank you! read more

We have used OCD Home Carpet Cleaning twice, and love what they do. They were right on time (and let us know they were on the way) and took care to protect our home while they were cleaning our carpets. Vincent explained what he was going to do, and gave us a report afterwards - and included some booties to keep our feet dry. I booked the appointment on the phone which was very easy to do - very responsive. I would highly recommend them for any job big or small. read more

Great carpet cleaning service. I selected this company based on Yelp reviews and I wasn't disappointed. They arrived a few minutes after the scheduled appointment but notified me they were running a bit late. I needed a 2 bedroom condo cleaned and they left the carpets looking like new. The guy was efficient and finished both rooms in under 2 hours. Price was pretty fair too. I'm moving out and wanted to leave the carpets clean for the new tenant. read more

We recently purchased a new home and wanted a deep-clean of the carpets before moving in. OCD was able to fit us in quickly. Jordan showed up during the scheduled window and proceeded to completely wow us. Our carpets look amazing; he even removed stains we thought would be impossible to treat. They have our future business for sure! read more

My tile looks amazing! Do not hesitate to use OCD for your tile/grout cleaning (my light gray grout was black in the kitchen when we bought the house, and I wasn't sure what to do about it until researching the options). I made one call to OCD (based on the glowing yelp reviews). That's it...my kitchen floor now matches the rest of the house tile. I'm so grateful for their prompt service and attention to detail. read more

Horrible company!! I called to schedule service. They made an appt for Labor Day, which surprised me but I was happy to stay home to have them come, even though it was the middle of the day (12-2 appt window). At 11:50 I got a call saying their truck broke down and the soonest they could come would be a week away. I had moved all my furniture off my carpets and area rugs, into hallways and walkways to allow for the cleaning. They offered me the name of another carpet cleaning company (as if anyone would come on Labor Day!!). I am livid with the fact that any company would waste someone's holiday like this This is why you hire a big company that has multiple trucks and employees I guess‍ Iwon't make this mistake again. And btw, when you inconvenience a customer like this on holiday, you at least offer a discount to reschedule the service. This company offered nothing but an attitude when I expressed my frustration with the situation. Really really really unhappy with this company all the way around. Update. Jordan contacted me and came the next day. Gave me 25% discount. Worked efficiently. This company has redeemed itself for me. read more
