My son was diagnosed with leukemia in Feb and we were in the hospital for two weeks. In preparation for him coming home, my very kind and helpful landlord tried to hire someone who could do the job quickly which is what I needed but after Socal Cleaners did a horrible and unsafe carpet "cleaning" job that left my carpets soaked and covered in visible debris, I was in tears and panicking. I had to delay my son coming home from the hospital and my landlord miraculously found Natural Pro Cleaning who rescued us! Lazaro and son were so respectful and hard working. They were drenched in sweat like they ran a marathon after they meticulously extracted deeply embedded dirt from two bedrooms of wall to wall carpet in my apartment. They then left three fans to dry my carpets overnight. After Lazaro cleaned I felt confident letting my son be in our home again to continue his chemotherapy and heal in a safe environment. Thank you so very much for everything. IG: @i_aizen_kai

When they finally arrived, they rushed through the job to get to their next appointment, there were still spots they didn't clean properly, I even moved the mattress and couch but carpet was still dusty and dry they didn't even try to clean it . Also, I specifically told them I would move the furniture so they could clean behind which they agreed , but while I already moved things out of the way in living room and waiting for them to come out from bed room , they unplugged their machine from inside the bed room without even asking if all the areas were complete . When I pointed out a remaining areas they had missed, they refused to clean it kept repeating they already unplugged and late for next appointment . We spent 10 mins talking about it while they were still inside my house and unplugging everything as I was talking to them, the time they could have easily used to plug the machine back to finish the job properly . They only care about their overbooked schedule and rushing to their next appt and cares zero about finishing the job . It's their responsibility to ask if anything is left before unplugging machine , they just unplugged and left ! They didn't even say that they will back after their last appointment to finish the job. I've had so many carpet cleanings scheduled by apt management in my previous apts never had these kind of issues . I'll be glad to delete this review if they come back and finish the job . I don't post such reviews but they left me no option as they just ignored me while I was still talking and drove off, my experience was very bad ! Edit : owner responded to my google review that they delivered the carpet cleaning service and had zero explanation on why they didn't finish cleaning all carper areas (or) why the carpet is still dirty in many places after cleaning ! the Pics show everything clearly . they just replied with a standard message that they delivered the carpet cleaning service and I need to talk to my apt management to schedule another appointment for their unfinished carpet cleaning !
