Great experience with this family business, shoutout to Gustavo and his brother!…read more I called Gustavo a few days before the service to inquire about pricing and availability. He was very helpful and friendly over the phone and text. I had sent over some pictures as our couch wasn't in the best shape and Gustavo was transparent about the deep staining/discoloration. We still decided to move forward as we were in need of a couch clean. Gustavo and his brother were on time, friendly, and respectful of the space. They put on shoe covers and were very thorough! The timing and amount quoted were accurate. We're really pleased with the service and how our couch looked and felt post service! Will be reaching out again later the next time we're due for a cleaning.

So did a quick search on Yelp, asked for some quotes, and Mario quickly responded to the request. His pricing was very competitive. They have a job minimum of $180, so we asked them to also clean our sectional couch, which was in dire need of freshening up. We were able to schedule for the following day. He took a look at the stains, confirmed the quote and went right to work. He showed me the special cleaner used specifically for coffee stains. Afterwards, he pointed out the now barely noticeable stains and said that it would continue working over the next few days until it was pretty much gone. And true to word, can't even find where the stains were. Miracle worker. Sofa turned out great as well. Definitely brighter and overall nice to know it had a deep clean after the many years of whatever the kids put on it. He's worth it. At least get the quote and go from there! Carpet Kings to the rescue!!! they literally saved the day!…read moreUnfortunately, we had an Airbnb tenant smoke inside of our home for 6 straight weeks. We thought we'd have to throw away our couches, decorative pillows, & love seat. We called carpet Kings and they seriously were there and less than 2 hours! They guaranteed that their steam cleaning would permanently remove the odor. Honestly, I was extremely skeptical that it would work, so they offered to do 1 couch pillow as a test.. It absolutely worked! They saved 2 couches, a loveseat and 25 pillows! The smoke odor is completely gone and was not replaced with heavy fragrance or chemical smells. I thought we would pay thousands of dollars for this service but NO, they are extremely reasonable, too! The technicians were so friendly & professional. I cannot say enough great things about this business. They deserve all of their positive reviews & then some!
