This is a belated review, but we were seeking a new cleaning company and hired Radka's company and we were SO happy that we did! From the start, Radka was very responsive and that's always a good sign, as there are so many flaky cleaning companies these days. I literally had another company ghost me after asking to view my home prior to the cleaning! Radka didn't require a "preview" of the home. She gave us her next availability and she & her co-worker showed up on time and with a smile! It took about 2-1/2 hours to clean our home, and they did a spectacular job! They cleaned areas that previous cleaners didn't touch. In addition, they were extremely pleasant and very friendly. They also came across as very trustworthy. Found this company on Yelp and needed a last minute thorough cleaning of a large office. I messaged them and they quickly responded and Radka was able to come clean the over 4,000SQFT office in less than 24 hours notice and finished the job within a few hours. I've never had such an easy, painless experience hiring cleaners (usually it's a terrible experience)... Quote was very reasonable and they did an IMMACULATE job cleaning. She even cleaned out the fridge which was like new afterwords. 100% recommend their services for any cleaning, will be reaching out for home cleaning and office cleaning again in the future. Maybe I had a different team than the rest of you guys because sadly my experience was completely different than yours.. I contacted AB Cleaning services on Yelp regarding my newly remodeled house cleaning. The house is free of furnitures and everything there is new but there was construction dust all over. I asked her if she likes to come over to my place to provide an accurate quote and also like that she can see the house and make sure it's something she can handle; Redka came the same day to take a look at the place and at the walk through I asked her basically two main things, wipe all the dust and paint residue and clean the refrigerator after the workers had their food inside and they left some stains. Het quote was on the higher side but I saw the reviews and I thought it's better to pay someone how know their business and give me good results. Lol mistake! The day arrived and Redka and her team came to clean the house, since the first minute I came inside the house I understood it's a disaster. Redka kept giving me super lame excuses about why she cannot clean staff; On my master bath I have tile to the ceiling and it had some stains on the top, she said she cannot clean it because it's too high but I shouldn't be worried because in couple of showers it will go away either way (??), so I went and purchase for her stepping stool so she could reach but needless to say she didn't cleaned it. Then for the sliding doors she cleaned only the inside glass (not even touch the frame which had multiple stains) and said she cannot see and different because the outside glass so dirty but I shouldn't be worried about that as well because it's going to rain tomorrow. Before she finished I checked some of the places around the house, every place I checked wasn't touched, my hands were full of think layer of dust. I showed it to her and of course excuse, she said she already cleaned it and the dust it coming back, which in some cases it's true, but the dust was so thick that it's clear that no one touch it. I could see she's getting upset for checking her and I simply let go even that I saw this cleaning was a joke. I texted her the day after telling her how disappointed I'm with her work and she just ignored me. I explained her that the house is full of dust, the fridge never been cleaned, the floors wasn't mopped and even the bathroom are still dirty. She didn't reply back till today which shows a lot about her and it's just a high disappointment. I found myself at the day of my move in cleaning the house and scrubbing everything after paying hundreds of dollars for it. It's a joke. I wish I was choosing different because this company make my move in day much harder experience and worse than that completely ignored me once I talked. They didn't wipe down every single cabinet (kitchen and bathrooms) even after I specifically asked them to. They thought we wouldn't check but the top kitchen cabinets and all bathroom cabinets were still dirty and had dust. The tracks of some windows were still dirty. I would never recommend them. Wow oh wow, I'm so impressed with their service when I got home from work. My home smelled fresh and was finally cleaned. That's the best feeling when you come home tired from work. Over a year ago we needed to replace our previous cleaning service and found AB Cleaning Services on Yelp. Contacted Tomas who came out promptly and did a good job. He did move back to Europe and turned the company over to Tamara and Radka. Services is great which is probably why they're busy! We on an ever two week schedule, but they've been flexible shifting weeks when we've gone on vacation, or worked us in when we've needed some sprucing up for events. AB Cleaning is awesome! From the very beginning, Tomas was quick to respond and very easy to work with. (This was in stark contrast to another cleaning company I had tried to work with in the past that required multiple follow ups on my part to get any sort of response.) When he arrived for the first cleaning I gave him a quick tour of the house, then he and his partner, Nicole, got started. Our home is close to 2000 sq ft with a living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and stairs. In 2.5 hours, they cleaned every nook and cranny, wiped down every surface, vacuumed, mopped, did dishes, took the trash out, and were able to get my very stained kitchen sink back to white, and my very old shower cleaner than I've seen in the 3 years we've lived here -- all for very reasonable pricing. Oh, and did I mention I have several cats and dogs to add to the mix? In addition to being very hard-working, I was also very impressed with Tomas's humble demeanor. This was a great cleaning company experience! I needed someone to clean two houses on one lot. Both of the houses were absolutely filthy (not me, I swear!). The job was for a deep cleaning between tenants. The original time estimate was 4-6 hours, but Nicole and Tomas diligently kept cleaning all day to make sure every corner was scrubbed, wiped, and dusted. And sometimes bleached. I really appreciate that they worked so hard! Even at the end of a long day, they asked me to check their work. Any little details I asked about or pointed out, they immediately addressed and made sure it was done to my satisfaction. Tomas is incredibly hard working. We had him come and clean our 1700 sq ft condo over the weekend and he was punctual and prepared. He finished the job in the time that he said he would, and he was careful to ask me questions about what we wanted done.
