I was thrilled to walk in and see a couch that was exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price. I really wanted a green couch, but figured I should stay with a neutral fabric until I saw their SPINACH couch on the floor and fell in love. María helped me so much and really knew her stuff, but all the reps were nice and worked great together. I left and kept my couch search going, but returned to order my couch with Maria a couple days later. Their lead time is 4-6 weeks for a custom couch, but I paid $200 to expedite in 3 weeks, so fingers crossed! I cannot wait for this couch!

I found this gem of a store as I was passing by from one of its neighboring restaurants called Mentatsu (amazing Japanese Noodles!) and had some time to spare. I truly wasn't looking for anything specific, but even from what I saw in the window I had to go in. What I found was a very unique, fun and enjoyable Furniture store unlike any other I can remember being in. It was bright, interesting, friendly and everything was great quality and at surprisingly reasonable prices! The employees were very friendly, not pressing for a sale as so many salespeople do, as they understood I was just looking that day which is what I always say so I don't get attacked. But they answered my questions and gave me a little insight into some things about home decorating and furniture I never knew before. It's a MASSIVE store and there was not a single other customer in the entire building on a weekend. The utility bill alone for such a massive store needs more than one customer. Everything you can imagine is sold here from holiday decorations, to furniture, to air fryers. Prices were decent so I picked up a few things I needed and so did my wife. Downside is the pricing but it is reflected in the quality, uniqueness, and customer service. I'm a return customer. I was pretty satisfied with my first experience so I came back again when I needed to further furnish my home. A year ago I ended up buying a couple foshay bookshelves. It was a lengthy process consisting of multiple visits over the course of a month to make sure it was "the one" we wanted for our home. After dropping a pretty penny for them, the shelves arrived after a couple months as expected. Delivery was very professional. There were two movers who moved in the bookshelves and parked them exactly where I wanted. They also ensured the shelves were leveled because our floor was a little uneven. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. As they installed the bookshelves, they noticed a defect in one of the shelving units, and went out of their way to report it so a new component could be delivered to my home free of charge. I went back recently to get a sofa. Their website made it very easy for me to map it out in my own home. Their store had the item available for me to see it in person. An assistant was there to give me a variety of fabric colors to consider. Now I'm just waiting for delivery (will update when it comes). The only downside of Room and Board is the pricing. It's a little higher than what you'd expect but it is reflected in the quality and uniqueness of their products and the customer service. I went in with the intention to only buy once so the price was worth it.

There was no other parking but the spot i parked in, a 20 minute parking spot. When I got back, a blonde woman came out and reprimanded me for parking in front of her store. She said it wasn't fair because "[I don't park down there, so you don't need to park here." She kept repeating that it wasn't fair I chose to park here. I tried explaining myself to her, but she kept talking over me, shaking her head and throwing her hands up in the air defensively. She walked away as I explained that I was only there for a few minutes. I'm sorry, but there were NO signs that said I couldn't park there. If you don't want people parking in front of your store, have a sign that says so, like Subway does. Who knows, maybe I was interested in checking out her store. But because she was pretty rude to me, I definitely won't be.

Not staged as beautifully as their LA location for good reason. I will say - as far as store closings go - there wasn't a ridiculous amount of damaged pieces still unreasonably priced like at RH Outlet. Great care is still being taken. Staff is still attentive and welcoming. Place is clean and inspiring. 4 stars for the pricing. Sooo expensive. For these prices, I would rather find a local custom upholsterer for half the price.

She interrupted my video, she not only invaded my personal space but touched me inappropriately, and she had a bad attitude from the start. For context, I was bending slightly over while wearing a mid thigh length dress to show the specs of the dresser which made the interaction all the more inappropriate... I genuinely can't believe this happened and I hate to sound dramatic but this has unfortunately turned a good day sour.
