Unfortunately, the gentleman assisting me seemed to make assumptions about my purchasing power and quickly became uninterested in helping further. We bought an exquisite rug from Moe couple years ago. We love it but it got dirty. We made a mistake getting a carpet cleaner to clean. They botched the job and left the rug in a bag shape with yellow color and stained. We asked more to help with a how that the cleaner didn't ruin it. Moe took our rug and clean it in their shop. The rug came back spotless and back to its original shape. They put the rug back free of charge. Thank you, Moe! I feel they are gem in OC with great customer service and values! We have been looking for the perfect living room rug to blend in with our artwork and furnishings for literally over a year or so...and by chance discovered Moe and his beautiful rug shop. We knew we hit the jackpot!! Moe and his staff are beyond knowledgeable and amazing...they taught us both so much about rugs, quality, and care. Literally within 30 minutes we were looking at the rug we both loved; and in case it did not work as we anticipated we also selected another option per Moe's recommendation. Moe and 2 men arrived on time to our place...they refused to let us lift a finger as they gently moved all the furniture, vacuumed, and placed the nice thick pad followed by our first choice! And we loved it so much we refused to consider the other option. The men replaced the furniture carefully as well...and did not complain when I guiltily admitted I wanted the rug moved 3 inches (which meant moving all the furniture again)!! This is a gorgeous hand loomed wool rug with a thick beautiful pad. I have shopped at all the rug stores in Orange County; most times I just go to look because I love fine hand-knotted rugs. This store has a variety beautiful pieces, in many sizes and styles. I've bought a few rugs from Moe, for my own home and as wedding gifts. The prices are always more than fair, actually bargains in my opinion. i decided to use the service of pick up and delivery as my rugs were heavy. i had three- two small and one large ( 9 feet) and they were badly stained with dog pee and dirt. i used to take rugs to cleaners for a poor job. The owner of the oc rug liquidators was very kind and patient, explaining to me that they hand wash the rugs, multiple times to get stains out totally. Well i was thrilled when 2 weeks later Moe delivered them back- so clean and stain free. they do a great job and i recommend this company highly. read more

I meant to write this review weeks earlier. I had been shopping for a rug for a while. Particularly a rug that was made from viscose. In all my searches this rug ran over 1k to 3k. I didn't want to spend that much since I wanted a lighter color and it's hard to keep viscose clean. When I walked in Mo asked what I needed and opened the rugs in his store that fit my description.
