I thought I already reviewed this business, so my apologies if this is a repeat. Good: was able to use existing flooring into the laminate flooring section. He was the Only contractor who didn't try to upsell me into buying an entirety different flooring for the entire room. That is why there are 4 stars rather than fewer because of the bad below. Communication was great in the beginning. Bad: some hidden tile sections weren't finished. He came back right away to fix them. However, one that was noticed after he came out once to fix it wasn't fixed. They didn't put the toilet on correctly and we had to fix that ourselves. He stopped responding. read more

I hired this company to do pavers and rock work on my beach house. I trusted Vince to do a good job while I was not in town. I finally got into town and realized that it was a hack job. For starters there was material and splatter marks all over the fence and walls, the job site was left very dirty, and I was truly embarrassed when I drove up to my house. Not to mention there were cigarette butts and marijuana butts everywhere all over the property. There are tons of rocks that are cracked tons of pavers that are cracked and not fitting into place correctly no mortar on the rock. It's absolutely embarrassing in a high-end beach community. He charged more than most people, but I thought he would do a high-quality job unfortunately the job is not done and it will probably have to be completely redone because the quality is so bad. I've attempted to reach this company and now Vince, The owner has blocked my calls and ignores all my text messages. He was very responsive initially until he got my money. I highly recommend you find someone who actually knows what they're doing and will be respectful of your property and family.
