They were FANTASTIC!!! They came at 8:00, and went to work immediately. Worked hard! The removed the carpet, padding, and tack strips, in my large front room/dining room. They beautifully installed the flooring that we picked out. They then installed and painted the new baseboards, throughout the entire downstairs. This included the entryway, service porch, guest bathroom, den, and kitchen. What was most impressive, was how well they cleaned up. They even dusted all the furniture. I cannot recommend them highly enough! The installation and overall experience was beyond exceptional... read more

Bryan Witte, of B W Tile and Sons Inc., completed remodeling two bathrooms in my 42 year old town home. Tub / tile shower replacement, new toilets, new plumbing fixtures and valves, new tile flooring, drywall repair and new primer / paint were completed in a timely manner by an experienced group of professionals. Communication, scheduling and payment as the project progressed were as agreed upon. When unexpected problems were encountered (both stubs to toilets and flanges had to be replaced), Bryan's experience allowed the project to proceed with minimal delay and reasonable cost adjustments. I highly recommend B W Tile and Sons Inc. read more

I would recommend BW Tile and Sons to anyone interested in bathroom renovations. read more

We have used Bryan from BW time and Sons multiple times over the years. The biggest project was a full bathroom remodel. Floors, plumbing, lighting, vanity tub and toilet installation. The best part was the tiling of our bathroom shower. Since then, we have called Bryan for various home projects and he always has a way to help us get the work done. He is reliable and has competitive pricing. We have referred his services to friends and family as well. We look forward to doing more business with this company in the future! read more

Third time is a charm. After the first two contractors did an awful job costing me incredible sums of money, I finally had Bryan come and show how things are done right. I've gotten good at knowing when someone really knows what they are talking about because a lot of guys out there think they do and talk with confidence, but Bryan and his team truly do. Bryan thinks about the big picture after many years of experience. He and his son, Riley, did some of the (superb) work themselves, which is a sign they truly know what they're doing. Save yourself the headache and money and go to Bryan for your remodel. He does complete renovations, not just tile. For us he fixed some plumbing and floated and tiled our backsplash and tub/shower and tiled our floor. Randy was our tiler and was clean, respectful, and meticulous with the difficult vertical tile installation. Bryan is laid back, but he takes his work and his business very seriously. Great communication. He prefers text but was happy to talk over the phone when I preferred that. He has one bad review about money. As someone who had money stolen from me from a contractor, I cannot imagine this being a legitimate issue with BW Tile. Bryan asked for reasonable payment installations. He only takes a deposit of 10% of the contract amount or $1K, whichever is LESS, which is the law. Anyone asking for more?- run away. Also look for a license number that has been around for many years and check that the name on the contractor's drivers license matches what is on the license. read more

I've worked with Bryan on multiple projects over the past 20 years. In fact, my last project was a whole house remodel and he was redoing work he had done previously. Always on time, a good communicator, had great recommendations and just a really great guy! You won't be sorry! read more

Great working with Bryan. Would definitely recommend having him do any renovations on your home.

Bryan and his team recently renovated two bathrooms in our home, and the results exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the project was completed efficiently and with minimal disruption. The craftsmanship and precision of the tile work truly stood out--resulting in beautifully finished showers and floors that elevate the entire space. The attention to detail was evident in every area, and the final product reflects a high standard of quality and professionalism. What impressed us just as much as the workmanship was Bryan's trustworthiness and willingness to go the extra mile. Much of the renovation was done while we were out of town, and he kept us updated every step of the way through clear and timely text communication. He was always there when he said he would be, and we had complete confidence in leaving the project in his hands. We couldn't be happier with how both bathrooms turned out and highly recommend Bryan and his team for any renovation project. read more

Bryan is a licensed contractor for tilework and he and his team did a wonderful job with our kitchen flooring and small bathroom. He also scheduled and organized the cabinet work (Kenny- tremendous guy). He works with a polite and efficient countertop trades person, K&C in Norwalk, I believe, and Bryan organized this as well. Bryan and Brian did the remainder work for the plumbing and electrical. There were a few upcharges that were required. We are pleased with the outcome. (See pics.) Bryan does communicate by texting. To compensate we drafted an agreement regarding payment timeline and work to be completed. This helped a lot with communication. Bryan is a fun guy, and his team works fast! And we love our little bathroom and the kitchen. read more

My wife and i had a whole house remodel done by Brian and his crew about a year and a half ago. Due to the scope of the project, we wanted to be sure that we found the right and best contractor. My wife's friend referred us to Bryan. It was the best decision to go with Bryan. From the start to finish, the quality and service was consistently outstanding. Bryan and his crew paid attention to every detail and he made suggestions that we didn't think of which actually exceeded our expectations. Given the scope of the work and the size of the house, Bryan and his crew completed everything in eight months. There are many contractors who seek your business, but it is hard to know if you can trust them to deliver, especially when it comes to your home. Trust is everything and Bryan and his crew have completely earned our trust. We have referred our friends to Bryan and they have been pleased with his expertise. From a exceptionally satisfied customer. Michael C. read more

Bryan and his team provide top quality service at a great price. We have used BW tile for multiple jobs (add a bathroom, tile flooring, and other jobs around the house) over the years and they've always completed everything on time, exactly as planned. We will definitely used them for any future renovations, and we can't recommend them enough. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. read more

I found Bryan after a string of bad experiences with other contractors and I will never use anyone else. He is the perfect blend of "professionalism" and "cool dude". I've used him on smaller projects, plus completely redoing my house before moving in. I recommend him to everyone I know. Here is what sets him apart: 1. Unparalleled communication. From the timeline to complete the project to who will be at your house each day (and what time), Bryan keeps you informed on every step of the project. 2. Expert planning. The project is expertly choreographed so that something is happening everyday and there is minimal (if any) downtime. The projects have always finished on time unless there there is something completely out of left field (which is no one's fault). 3. Integrity. Bryan doesn't rubber stamp your plans - he has a conversation about what you're trying to accomplish and tells you if you're thinking about it correctly or if there's a better way to achieve your vision. He's flat out told me "no" before, but I'd much rather have that than have someone take my money and do a terrible job. 4. Respect. When I met Bryan I was 25 (but looked 15) living in a shoebox. I didn't have a large budget. Bryan treated me like I was Jeff Bezos shopping for yachts. Even now, I'll call him for random odd-jobs and he always finds time to help me. No job is too small to be done right. No customer is too small to respond to their text. 5. Great crew. I'm a female that works from home and I've never felt uncomfortable with his people being there. They are always kind, respectful, self-motivated, and efficient. I trust them working while I have a day in the office. read more

Bryan helped me with a big bathroom project and did a fantastic job. He did a small job for me a year ago and it came out great, so when my parents were remodeling their house, I told them to call Brian. He just finished their whole house. It came out great!! He was responsive and easy to work with and gave them a reasonable price. The tile work looks great and he did lots of other things for them as well. It was almost like having a general contractor. I have used BW Tile for two separate remodeling jobs. To include three full bathroom remodels and a whole house floor restoration with a slab moisture issue. Bryan has vast knowledge and experience and knew exactly what was required and solved the moisture issue in a way that saved me a lot of money compared to other quotes I received. The work was done quickly and professionally. The finished product in all instances was beautiful and done to a very high standard. I would HIGHLY recommend BW Tile to anyone looking for high quality tile work, flooring, bathroom or kitchen remodeling, or any other renovation work. Do not use B.W. Tile. We paid him to complete a 2 bathroom job. He charged $17,000 for the two bathrooms. Every week he demanded money and he paid him a total of $16,500 in cash because he didn't want to claim it on his taxes. We kept asking when the second bathroom would be done. Two months later and we get a text (not even a phone call) stating he's decided NOT to do the 2nd bathroom. I requested my money back since he didn't do the job, and he refused. After screaming and yelling at me for 20 minutes, he refused to return our money so now we will be taking him to court. Way to go B.W. Tile! read more

Bryan did our kitchen backsplash three years ago. He was really helpful coordinating the work between the granite guy, himself, and the plumber. Although there was no GC onboard, we needed guidance, and he stepped up, gave us help and referrals, and showed himself to be a leader. We were very pleased with his work, and were happy to use BW Tile again just recently for remodeling our hall bath. I (still) do not know of a GC in the HBeach area, and was glad when Bryan said he would handle all the subs needed for this job. Bryan is good with communication! He responds promptly to texts, and will let you know exactly when he can get back to you, or when jobs are tentatively scheduled. He remembers details, such as installing the hotel towel rack in the new shower (just a verbal agreement, not on the written quote). This was after the whole project was finished. He had to make an extra trip over here to do it. Although my hubby has the tools, and is capable of doing the job, we both felt nervous about drilling into brand new tile. Bryan was happy to do it for us, although it turned out to be two trips over here, since he had to repair a tiny piece of grout that fell out during the difficult drilling. But that is what describes Bryan: he wants customers to be happy, and he stands by his work. I would not hesitate to refer someone to BW Tile; we plan to have Bryan again on our next project: the master bath. Next year! read more

They broke several items in the bathroom and reset my thermostat. He denied it however I know he or one of his workers did it. The project was in February and it was cold in the morning. I had to have my dining room floor replaced due to the tile tenting. Bryan and his team demoed the tile on the first day and installed a bamboo floor the next. We needed some tile installed prior to re-carpeting our home. We called Bryan Witte of BW Tile on a Saturday and requested a quote. We provided pictures to Bryan of the to-be-tiled area. Early Monday morning, Bryan and his excellent crew came to our home right on time and completed the installation work by Monday afternoon (and even helped move the small bar refrigerator back into place). "Everything that you see, you pick and buy and for everything else that you don't see, I'll take care of it". Those are the words of owner Bryan and one of the many reasons why we moved forward with BW Tile. We are very fortunate to have work with Bryan, Jeff, Rafael and their affiliates. BW Tile did an amazing job at remodeling our master bathroom. They performed the demolition and installed LED recessed lights, a custom medicine cabinet, floating vanities, wall and floor tiles, toilet, ceiling fan and heater, plumbing and framed our beloved glass blocks. They arrived everyday on time and worked diligently and with the highest level of professionalism to complete our Master Bathroom. Bryan was excellent at communicating, he texted when he didn't need a immediate response and called when he did. I'm glad that there's still an owner that goes to the work-site, writes up a detail estimate, puts in hard work with his team, takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile when needed. BW has the knowledge, experience, and creativity to deliver the details that we wanted in our remodel. Thank you Bryan, Jeff and Rafael. BW Tile did our entire house flooring with new tile (long planks that look like wood). They were very professional, courteous and always on time. They kept us in the loop every step of the way and even finished the job ahead of schedule! We constantly have people commenting on how great the floors look. The house was kept clean through the entire process and none of our belongings were ever damaged or missing. My wife and I needed tile work done in our house in Costa Mesa, as well as work done outside of town (Palm Desert). We shopped around and chose BW Tile, based on a great recommendation. Bryan is a top notch tile contractor and excellent manager of both small and large projects. In all, Bryan and his team set floor tiles (wood look) in our two homes (totaling ~2,400 s.f.) and tile-veneered 3 showers/baths for us. I've had a lot of experience with contractors (both general and specialized) so I know what "typical" feels like. BW Tile is not typical - they are FAIR, ON TIME, RELIABLE, STAY TRUE TO TIMELINES, PERFORM GREAT WORK AND CLEAN UP AS IF THEY WERE NEVER THERE! I'd use BW Tile again in a heartbeat and would recommend his work to everyone looking for quality and reliability. Everyone who walks through our homes marvels at the job BW Tile did for us. 5 Stars is not enough! read more

Thanks to Bryan and his crew as our tile floor looks amazing!! The raised entry way is beautiful! Bryan updated us every day on what they were going to get done that day. Due to the holidays they even worked on Christmas Eve! Bryan arrived one morning and our plumbing leaked overnight. He capped our leaking pipe and used his fans to dry out our floor.
