Eskan developers have a very professional team with great work ethic. They did an absolute wonderful job on our bathroom remodel. Their team took all the precautions for COVID-19 and were wearing masks at all times and cleaning up after each day of work and aerate the premises. Kaveh, Reza & their team, were very thoughtful and patiently worked with us through the process to delivery quality work. We would highly recommend their services. read more

Well it's been 3 years since this job was completed. I've flipped and developed many homes over the years. Out of all the Contractors I've used Eskan stands head and shoulders above the rest. Their integrity and quality of work is one to be measured by. The tile work, flooring, plumbing and installation of products are all like it was done yesterday . No cracking of tile or grout, no settling of and product instillation or drips of water from the complicated install of sinks, shower nor the steam shower. They performed way beyond our expectations and just were the kindest people to have in our home during the months of developing. Thanks again, Shawn n Leela read more

Simply the best! Don't hesitate to have a consultation from Eskan Developers. My wife and I just moved into a family property in Irvine and wanted to do a full renovation. Eskan Developers and their fantastic team came highly recommended and we couldn't have been more impressed. From consultation to finish they helped us with every aspect of the project, bringing our vision to life. Kaveh and Alena's attention to detail, transparency, and communication was impeccable! Their team works incredibly fast, was always on time, and finished ahead of schedule despite covid and industry delays that were out of our control. We give Eskan Developers our highest recommendation! Thanks again for everything Kaveh & Alena. We absolutely love our new town house! read more

Asked for a consultation, here's what I got. They immediately assumed that I wouldn't pay top dollar for a quality renovation because the property was a rental. I've done a lot of reviews on Yelp and had a lot of vendor interactions. He hasn't even seen the property (almost a $1M house) or heard what we want to do with it. Did he just assume that I would do a cut rate cheap remodel since it was a "rental?" Needless to say, we will be consulting with other contractors. read more

Eskan Design Build - Copy of message from vendor - General Contractors Near Me - Laguna Hills, California

Through a friend, Eskan Developers was recommended to us for a kitchen and family room remodel for a newly purchased home in San Clemente. The owners, Kaveh and Alena, were incredibly responsive from the first contact. We explained what we wanted to do and they had very helpful reccomendations and a very detailed proposal within days. Once the work started, Kaveh's team (project manager and contractors) did an incredible job with the remodel. His team was always on time, polite, hard working and the craftsmanship was high quality. For me, this was a complicated remodel with a lot of moving parts and we were kept up to speed every step of the way. The final product is beautiful and I highly recommend Eskan Developers for any home remodel you may have!! read more

Eskan is a phenomenal company to work with. We spent months looking for the right contractor for our project. Unfortunately, it seems like the industry is full of people and businesses who are either flaky, have terrible communication, or just lie about the scope of work they are comfortable doing. Eskan is in a whole different league. We did a major kitchen remodel, which included removing a load bearing sheer wall, completely rearranging the kitchen and utilities, closing up a wall and adding several new construction windows. Eskan completed the work flawlessly and on time/ as scheduled. I recommend eskan developers without reservation and can tell you that they are not only professional, but super responsive, communicate well, knowledgeable, responsible, accountable, and clean. Their quote was also reasonably priced. They have a design team and project managers that are in constant communication to address concerns and give updates on work progress. All in all, a wonderful company. We are so happy we found them. read more

After talking to 8 contractors I finally decided to go with Eskan. It was a right decision. I had my own design. I chose my own material. They understood what I want and just get it going right away. My shower remodel project took 2 weeks. They were on time and responsible for their tasks as well as cleaning up afterwards. My shower was on 3rd floor but they kept working area pretty clean. Overall I like my new shower. highly recommended! please check out my pictures read more

Eskan Developers recently completed a full home remodel for us and it was by far the best experience we've ever had working with a contractor. The quality of work Kaveh and his team provided was impeccable. They were extremely reliable, professional, and worked on our project everyday. Reza along with his crew was an absolute pleasure to work with and Alena helped with the design elements to ensure we achieved the design and look we were striving for. They were always open and flexible to help us attain the desired results. Also, the quote we received when compared to other companies was extremely fair. We could not be happier with the end results Eskan Developers provided for us and the overall highest quality of work at a fair price. read more

Just finished a complete remodel of a master bathroom, and we couldn't be happier with the way it turned out and how easy it was working with Eskan. They were great to work with from start to finish. Our project manager, Reza kept us constantly informed what the steps were, who would be at the house when and what the various completion dates would be. All their workers showed up on time, were professional and did great work. There was no cutting corners or taking shortcuts. They were true professionals. I would highly recommend Eskan and would definitely use them again if we were to do any other remodels. read more

We hired Eskan to upgrade all our bathroom counters, and were very happy with the professionalism and quality they delivered. From the phone conversation with the owner, Kaveh, to the visit from designer, Carrie, to the continued communication with his project manager, Reza, we were handled efficiently and smoothly. The demo and install on all 3 bathrooms was completed within 4 hours, and ready to bring in our painter. Overall very satisfied with our experience, and will use again for our next projects. read more

C'mon! These guys are great. Helped us through a number of difficult decisions without feeling pressured. Completed our project significantly earlier than expected. Highly recommended contractors! Our home came out the way we wanted it. We had our home renovated from ceilings, flooring, bathroom, paint and electrical. They do everything which made it easy for us that we don't need to hire anybody else. Kaveh and Reza are easy to work and communicate with. They are very professional and also kind. They really do know what they are doing. Looking forward to hire them again for future renovations to our home. read more

We had a kitchen remodel done with Eskan developers and I cannot emphasize enough how easy they made this process for me and how organized and detailed they are in their work. First, Kaveh gave me the most detailed breakdown estimate of every single cost that I have ever seen. I got quotes from at least 3 other contractors and they all gave me a generic total cost, but nothing close to the level of detail I received from Kaveh, which made my accountant heart very happy to see such detail and full visibility into the project. Second, their pricing is completely fair and in line with other competitors, but you get better customer service by far. The whole team is extremely responsive and timely. Anytime you have a question, it is answered almost immediately. They even keep me on my toes when I'm being a procrastinator and not a good decision maker , to make sure we meet our deadline and so I'm not holding them back. Alena and Jasmine were amazing in helping me design my kitchen to be both functional and beautiful. They offer great advice to help keep me in budget and still meet my very high picky standards at the same time. Everyone who came to the house to work were extremely professional and timely. I could not believe that we finished in the 6 weeks as they promised. Reza the project manager was always keeping me updated on every little thing happening during the project and made sure it was running smoothly all the time even while I was not home and on vacation for a good chunk of time. I truly recommend the whole team on any home renovation project and will be happy to be calling them as I continue to slowly improve my home. Thank you so much for your dedication and attention to detail!! read more

Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. I had to remodel my kitchen due to mold under the sink. I found eskan developers on yelp, Kaveh answers his phone always and get back to my texts rigth away, and address my concerns fast. He was able to come the next day and give me estimate, and made lots of good suggestions to make the kitchen most functional. My old island was less wide, he suggested make the island wider and do more cabinets on the other side if the island, which I love love it. So much storage space. With the newborn I needed my kitchen done as fast as possible, kaveh put up the crew the next day I decided to go with them, and finished most of the job withing 2 weeks, and small touches over the following few days. Its very important that your contractor answers you phone calls and texts. I had different contractor before him, it was such a struggle to get hold on to him even before the job started. So I decided to go with eskan developers. Reza is the project manager who also very responsible and easy to communicate and professional. He helped me to pick up my backsplash. They know what to look goo in your kitchen because this is what they do. I am glad I asked their options. Oh another thing I really like the counter top but it was prefab so they had to modify the cabinets, kaveh was very nice and agreed to modify the cabinets. Also we added lot of pull outs, and small accessories in the cabinets. I am in love with my kitchen . I ll have my floor done with them next time. Eskan developers are highly recommended Good juck with your project. read more

This company is AMAZING! Kaveh and his crew are the best! I cannot say enough good things about them. We are a plumbing company in OC, and we use them on our projects. I have also used them on a few of our personal projects and I am always very impressed. read more

We interviewed several contractors before choosing Kaveh at Eskan Developers to remodel our kitchen and three bathrooms. We were immediately impressed with the friendly and attentive service from Kaveh. He is easy to work with and genuinely interested in his customers. He was actively involved with the project from start to finish. He is patient and knowledgable. He helped us with design and materials and even provided a 3D rendering of the finished project. Our project finished exactly on time and we are very pleased with the quality of his work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. In fact, he has since done work for three family members. Kaveh is now the only person we call for home improvement projects. In addition to the projects mentioned above, he replaced the floors, baseboards and painted another house for us and we are about to begin a new remodeling project together. He is simply the BEST! read more

The owner, Kaveh, met with me very soon after I called to ask if you could help with a complete remodel of two bathrooms and a fireplace, and some painting a for a new home that I purchased. I also needed the project completed fast to accommodate a personal issue. He was very professional, thoughtful, and was able to do what I needed. The bathrooms and fireplace are beautiful and flawless. And they were done on time. Kaveh, and his project manager Reza, and all of workers were professional, skilled, clean, and wore masks. They were all so nice. I would recommend Eskan Developers and would be happy to be a reference. read more

The right store and people! Formerly at Bella Kitchen, Kaveh and Reza. Bathroom remodels are expensive, time consuming, and sometimes emotional. It takes time to pick the right pieces for your remodel (tile, fixtures, bathtub, quartz, vanities, flooring) and sometimes, you may change your mind. They were patient, provided lines items of work, and walked us through step by step. Changes were handled promptly, and they were ok if some items were no longer needed. They do subcontract work, but they know their workers and their quality. We could not be happier with the results. Check out the before and after! read more

I contacted Kaveh because I wanted to renovate my office. After our initial consultation over the phone, Kaveh visited my office with one of his workers and gave me a very good advice on materials and pricing. As a startup owner, I appreciated his honestly and transparency on the costs. He wanted to make sure I get the contemporary and modern look I wanted for the office without spending money on unnecessary things. He is very professional and I would definitely recommend him. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom while working from home during Covid. Eskan was able to demo our old bathroom and completely renovate it in less than 10 days, and it turned out great. Oh, not to mention their bid was the lowest amongst the three contractors we were considering. I highly recommend Eskan Developers for your next project. read more

We just completed a master bath remodel with Eskan Developers and couldn't be happier. From the initial contact, quote and flexibility with scheduling, they did an outstanding job. Kaveh was always available to review cost specifics, make recommendations and keep us on budget. Reza, our project manager, was one of the most courteous professionals we have ever worked with. His communication skills kept us apprised of the worker's schedule for the following day. If there were any necessary changes that needed addressing, we were told ahead of time and given options. There were minor fixes that we wanted taken care and it was never an issue. They were addressed and completed.. Their prices were very reasonable and every crew member met our and their high standard of workmanship. We were in the middle of remodeling our entire downstairs, Kitchen included and historically I would take this project on myself, but we needed over a 1K SF of floors removed and the same amount (Engineered Hardwood) installed. To keep with our construction schedule, I reached out to Kaveh for the flooring quote. We interviewed (3) contractors and ended up going with Eskan. Truthfully, I am so glad we chose them, not only did they do a great job on the floors, they helped us out with finishing our ceiling texture (to meet schedule) and installing our Kitchen backslash. It's not often that I will have a contractor in my home, but Kaveh and Reza ( Project Manager) were both extremely professional and I became very comfortable leaving the project management to their team. I would highly recommend this company and I ask them back on my next project! read more

We hired the Eskan team after having a mystery leak that a separate company could not diagnose, which left us with a completely disassembled kitchen and a big hole in our ceiling. My partner and I are particular about how we like projects to be managed, and were so pleased with how the process was handled. Kaveh, Reza and his team treated our home so thoughtfully, were highly communicative when any decisions were required and managed the project seamlessly from start to finish. It was a relief after a bit of a stressful start with the other company to know that everything was being handled with such care, and every person that entered our home took COVID precautions and wore masks the whole time. Once the work was done, you would never be able to tell there was work done -- our kitchen looked exactly as it did before the leak. They even went the extra mile in accommodating some extra steps in the process for us including doing some texturing on the ceiling patch and painting the whole ceiling to get a perfect match as well as searching for the exact crown moulding match that was hard to find. An extra special shout-out to the painter Sergio who went above and beyond, vacuuming behind our couch and doing some cleanup before he started, even after we offered to do it. I highly recommend the Eskan team and would definitely work with them again on a remodel. read more
