We recently renovated our large kitchen, and the team completely blew us away. We were going for a sleek, Italian minimalist design, and they executed our vision to perfection--all at a very reasonable price for the high caliber of work delivered. The white gloss cabinets built all the way to the ceiling look absolute stunning--the clean lines, seamless finish, and precision workmanship are top-tier. Working with them was an absolute breeze. Communication was exceptional, with clear daily updates so we always knew what was happening. Any time a small hiccup arose, they problem-solved instantly with smart, effective solutions. Beyond the craftsmanship, their customer service and after-sales support have been incredible. They truly stand behind their work. If you're looking for a skilled, reliable, and highly communicative contractor to handle a major remodel, I can't recommend them enough! read more

I hired this company for a job that cost over $200K. Complete kitchen, tile floors, fireplace, and two and a half bathrooms completely redone. This company is unprofessional, they charge extra and rip you off every chance they get. The owner/contractor sells the jobs and then leaves all work and quality of work up to his one and only project manager ( who is not only unprofessional but also not responsive to texts and calls). The owner/contractor does NO QUALITY CONTROL OF THE WORK. YOU, THE CUSTOMER, ARE THE QUALITY CONTROL PERSON. IT IS UP TO YOU TO NOTOCE AND COMPLAIN ABOUT POOR QUALITY WORK, the contractor will not be visiting your worksite. Example: The back door needed to be refinished 3 times because I FOUND hairs painted in the finish once, It didn't close properly another time and then it had paint drips dried in the paint another time. Example: They installed a CRACKED piece of trim under the mirror, in plain sight, in the bathroom. Example: They tell you how great their tile guy is, I had to complain about several pieces in the kitchen backsplash. One tile completely crooked in plain sight! Others that had a crack or chip on them. Nobody is checking any of the work being done. This poor workmanship is obvious to anyone. I requested a different Project Manager and the owner told me they only have one. I regret hiring this company and paying these people over $200k for all the headaches and stress! I'd give them a negative rating if possible. read more

If you've ever done any remodeling, you know what a nightmare it can be- flaky contractors, shoddy workmanship, poor communication, attitude... While we did have lots and lots of these issues with our upstairs flooring company (I'll spare you the gory details), Bella stepped in and saved the day. Luckily, we had hired Bella to do a rather small job but quickly fell in love with their project manager, Carlos. Not only did we have them take over the rest of the flooring installation, but my husband and I loved their work so much and enjoyed all of our interactions with them, that we just kept adding to our remodel! To be more specific: Bella was dependable and prompt- Carlos texted me every single night to give me their ETA for the following day and his workers were here on time and without fail. Bella communicated clearly- all work was written down and discussed and any hiccups (there will always be hiccups!) were addressed quickly and resolved (Carlos always said, "There are no problems, only solutions"). Bella was detail oriented and took pride in their work- Luis (who did all our cabinets) is a rare master craftsman. And although this doesn't seem all that important, the entire Bella family was just nice- like really, genuinely nice and it made trying to live through a remodel with a cat, a dog, and an unhappy twenty-something year old much more bearable. I recommend Bella Kitchen and Bath without reservation and look forward to working with them again in the near future. Work done: Bella remodeled our kitchen, downstairs bath, installed all of our downstairs flooring, gutted and redid our laundry room, designed and installed new hallway cabinets, hung chandeliers, and more! https://photos.app.goo.gl/ishCoNygXer81pgc7 read more

Thank you to the team at Bella Kitchen and Bath. They turned our very unfortunate situation into a great experience. We had a water leak that damaged our kitchen beyond repair. As a result, the kitchen had to be torn out and fully replaced. The guidance from the experienced team led by Mark Hamilton and Lili Afrasiabi helped us decide on how we wanted to rebuild and the best materials to use to fit our needs. With design expertise from Saman Ali, we worked together to create the complete layout of different types of cabinets, drawers and finishings. Their skilled project manager, Carlos Gutierrez, handled all aspects of the rebuild. He provided timely updates and was always on top of everything. We found that any questions we had he could answer. Carlos guided the team of electricians, plumbers, drywallers, cabinet assemblers and fabricators in building a beautiful kitchen and completing it in the way we wanted. They were always friendly, on time, courteous, and left the work area clean. They addressed each challenge with creativity, urgency and care. We felt like we were in good hands from beginning to end. This is the third project that the team at Bella have helped us with and we continue to be grateful for the knowledge, skills and services they provide. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Bella Kitchen and Bath. read more

These guys are real Pros. We did 2 bathrooms, fireplaces , painting etc. Their Construction manager Carlos notified us each day what and who would be working and what would be done. All their craft folks were first class and the job went as scheduled. Highly recommend ! read more

We met with Lili at Bella Bath and Kitchen while researching options for a bathroom remodel. From the start, her professionalism and organized approach stood out. She took time to understand our needs, walked us through design possibilities, and provided a clear, detailed quote--all without a hint of sales pressure. Price-wise, Bella Bath and Kitchen came in where we expected: not the cheapest, not the most expensive, but solidly within fair market value based on our research. In the end, we chose a different contractor for personal reasons, but the experience with Lili was excellent. I'd recommend anyone planning a remodel include Bella Bath and Kitchen in their shortlist of contractors to consider. read more

I was looking for tile. Most places you go to are messy or have no structure ( unless a warehouse ( floor n decor ,prosource) When I walked into Bella Kitchen I was greeted by Brian. He allowed me to browse .When I had questions he was very kind , informative and helpful. The showroom was clean organized and a pleasure to walk through. Based on my experience I ordered my tile from Brian !! Highly recommend you come and visit! Great selection and competitive pricing. read more

We used Bella Kitchen and Bath in 2012 for a bathroom vanity/mirror project and were so impressed with the customer service and quality of their materials and workmanship, that we decided to use them again. We replaced the 2012 vanity this year (we passed it to our daughter to use in her condo despite it still being in great condition) with a more updated, modern cabinet and countertop (we purchased both from Bella) that we absolutely love! From sales, Sam, to the project manager, Carlos, to Luis and his installation team, the project was completed professionally and on schedule. Both Sam and Carlos stayed in touch during the entire experience to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We were so happy with the craftsmanship that we had them install some additional flooring in the vanity area that was not a part of the original plan. The entire project turned out beautiful, we are so thrilled with the end result. We consider Bella the A-Team! read more

I worked with designer Marina Thomas to rehab my rental home. She assisted with tile flooring selection, bathroom cabinets and an entire new kitchen!. She respected my budget for a rental home. Although I had my own contractor, I did use Bella's services to install the entire kitchen and both bathroom cabinets. Carlos was the lead on this team and he diligently kept me posted of their progress and schedule. Luis was the main installer and answered any questions I had. I did request some minor install changes and Carlos and Luis were happy to make these. I would recommend the entire tam at Bella Kitchen, Bath and Flooring. read more

Absolutely recommend this business for anyone who values quality and reliable delivery! I was in a jam, changing floors within tight moving-in schedule, and crew went above and beyond to keep original promises. Efficient communications too! GREAT experience..... I received 4 different vendor bids for a master walkin shower remodel. There was never any pressure from the sales team (Jason) to get the project started. Bella provided a through breakdown of the project description and cost which was extremely helpful. I wanted to be a part of the project so I purchased the floor and wall tile and fixtures on my own. Construction foreman (Carlos) and his team were always in communication and did an EXCELLENT job. I'm so very pleased with my new walkin shower. I'm excited to be remodeling the guest bath and shower in the next few month with Bella. read more

This isn't as much a review of Bella as a whole but a review in the hopes that the owner would see this and really review his staff and how they present themselves to others. I went in to Bella Kitchen because I wanted to see what they could offer in comparison to the big box stores and larger kitchen remodeling providers. I really wanted to support a smaller, local business. My extended family operated a very small mom and pops shop in Huntington Beach for over 40 years and we have always felt it honorable to support the little guys. When we entered the shop had no other customers. After several minutes of looking around we were greeted by Michelle from her desk. The minute she got up and near us we were hit with the smell of a heavy pack of Marlbro cigs! It was so pungent and off putting. To put it plainly she reeked. Her clothes and breath were intolerable. Like most of us I grew up with heavy smokers. They eventually went to smokeless vaping or quit. In this day and age it was definitely a blast to the past to smell that nasty, old smoker smell. Can't say I enjoyed it at all. She talked about how big her home is and how her kitchen remodel cost well over $130,000! That didn't sell me either. Something about a heavy smoker on the job who doesn't even respect the potential customer enough to freshen up made me walk out. It was nauseating. While I wanted to give Bella a shot I went straight to a bigger store where the employees don't take their last puff while walking up to you. You can talk and talk about how fancy you are and how big of a house you have but when you can't even pop a mint, I'm gone... read more

We have come back time and time again to Bella, they do very good work, but mainly because their designer Sam has a very good eye and helped us design some absolutely stunning rooms. We decided to remodel our 1970s master bedroom, master bathroom, and our hall bathroom. This was our first remodel, and we did not know what to expect. Our journey started when we walked into the Bella storefront, and we met Michelle. Immediately we felt comfortable with Michelle, and she took the time with us to help us decide on the look of our remodel. The owner Mark and Michelle then sat with us on two occasions to explain the details of our remodel. The remodel took about 7 weeks, and Carlos - the Project Manager - keep the project on schedule. He communicated with us daily, and he addressed any issues that we had quickly. The crew was wonderful: Luis, Jose, Alfonso, and the rest of the team were great, and respectful of our home. We are so happy with the work that Bella did for us. We are happy that we chose Bella, and many thanks to the awesome team at Bella! read more

Its been a couple.ofnyears now since we had our master bathroom done by them and it looks great until we started noticing details on the tiles that were cut. All tile cuts were not cut and smoothen out before installations. Allnthe tile cuts were left with ridged edges. Wish i caught this earlier. Will never do business with Bella again. read more

After working with Sam at Bella in 2019 after a slab leak we decided to work with him again on our bathroom remodel. I wouldn't call anyone else for a remodeling project, I trusted Sam and knew he'd take care of us. He was so kind during our slab leak at such a difficult time and the project went seamlessly. The bathroom remodel 4 years later was just as perfect. He listened to our vision, helped us make our final choices and kept in touch during the entire project. I will always recommend Sam to friends and family. Thank you Sam for making a hectic time run smoothly and with kindness and thank you again for the beautiful designs that helped make our house a home. read more

True professionals! The entire process from start to finish went more smoothly than I've ever seen. Sam's designs, planning and experience are the best. Carlos and his team of top-notch specialists handled every step in the rebuild of our 2 bathrooms and kitchen perfectly. The build of every part of the process: demo, plumbing, drywall, tiling, cabinets, appliance installation, and final touches was done on schedule and the quality of their materials and work are the best in the industry. I can't say enough good about this company. I highly recommend them! read more

We had a very good experience with Bella for our renovation of two bathrooms and flooring. Communication was stellar and the tile work in our bathrooms was excellent. The tile guy took pride in his work and didn't rush and always left the job site clean. Communication is a big deal to us and it was top notch by Carlos the project manager, and also by the storefront. When items needed attention, he was prompt to fix them. (We passed on another bid due to poor communication.) There were workers at our home pretty much every day with no lag time and the job was completed in 6 weeks. Jason from the storefront was great helping us pick out tile and arranging all the work. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars was due to a few things that could use some improvement. The painting team was a bit rushed and we found the need for a good amount touch ups. (more than the normal amount you would expect from a paint job). However, would definitely use Bella again without a doubt! read more

We recently worked with Bella Kitchen and Bath to remodel our kitchen and had an excellent experience. After trying a number of different contractors without success, we walked in to their store without an appointment. Mark the owner initially assisted us and was very helpful while also hearing what we wanted and in quick order was able to pick out the design elements. When Sam the designer was available he assisted with the more specific details. A few days later both Mark and Sam made a house call to get the remaining details. A few days after we received the design details and budget quote. A week from our initial visit we made the deposit and set a start date three weeks out in order to have adequate time for all the cabinets, countertops and fixtures to be received. The expected construction window was three weeks, but ultimately it took four, but that was due to change orders we made based upon the demolition and having a better understanding of what needed to be done. Our construction manager, Carlos was amazing, clearly communicated work schedule and items needed to keep things moving. Carlos managed our expectations with progress and really made sure the job was done right and listened to all of our concerns were addressed. The construction team was great, everything was done well and they were really tidy. Can't say enough of how great our experience was with Bella, definitely exceeded our expectations! All in all we will repeat working with Bella Kitchen and Bath, it's hard to beat under budget, tight working schedule and a great finished product. read more

I finally got around to the long delayed remodel of a tub/shower conversion as well as a half bath and flooring update. I had no idea where to start or what exactly I wanted to do. Michele at Bella was extremely helpful and walked me through many options. Owner Mark and Michele worked with me on ideas for new vanities, lighting, flooring, and general design. They both visited my condo more than a few times to insure the project was to their standards. Carlos, the foreman and his team were well organized, professional and courteous. As the work progressed they checked with me on how I wanted certain layouts to look. The project was completed in the timeframe quoted. Special thanks to Sam the office manager/designer for assisting in coordinating colors and products for this project. read more

We recently hired Bella Kitchen Bath and Flooring to remodel our kitchen and powder room plus put in new flooring, closet doors, and a few other improvements as well as paint the interior of our house. The remodel involved removing two walls between our dining room and kitchen plus removing a window in our kitchen. The team at Bella were wonderful to work with. From the owner, Mark, who had the great idea to replace our pantry with cupboards (including a pantry cupboard) to Michele, our design expert, who offered suggestions for carpet, laminate, cabinets, and countertops that met our design esthetic and made the whole selection process so much easier. Carlos, the construction foreman, displayed great project management skills by ensuring daily that the appropriate team(s) were onsite to keep the work moving. Plus he kept us informed daily regarding progress and what to expect the next day. Everyone at Bella was professional and respectful at all times. We were impressed with their expert construction knowledge and craftsmanship, not to mention their ability to bring the project in on time based on their original estimate. We love our new kitchen and dining room. It feels so spacious and beautiful. We would definitely hire Bella again for future remodeling jobs. read more

Bella Kitchen Bath Remodeling - General Contractors Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

Yelp only allows 5 stars but if I could I'd give Bella Kitchen and Bath 10 stars! On Day One Sam (our salesman) and Mark (the owner) made us feel comfortable and it was obvious to my wife and I that both men were not only knowledgable and creative in their profession, but just as important to us, were honest men of their word; and that they would ensure a final product that was not only timely but one that all of us would be 100% proud of....and they delivered in spades!    Not knowing exactly what we wanted they gently guided us through a difficult decision process "without pressure" and their understanding of our needs and subsequent suggestions helped us tremendously in making final decisions that we comfortable with.   After having heard of issues with supply chain and sub-contractors not showing up to the worksite and causing huge delays in the middle of the project, one of our major concerns was the length of time it would take for the kitchen remodel to be completed. Our fears were alleviated when Mark explained the difference in how his company operates vis a vis many others. First, he uses only long time Bella employees (not sub-contractors) who they schedule; and second, he never starts a project until all of the cabinets, backsplash and related materials are received and stored in his warehouse! He promised a 3-4 week completion timeframe and the project was completed exactly as promised and city inspected within the promised 4 week timeframe! Each member of the Bella Team was not only exceptionally skilled but each and every employee went out of his way to make sure we were 100% satisfied with their end product....and they did it with smiles....a giant PLUS!   Luis Jr. was the foreman of the project and he tracked every detail and employee and communicated with us daily so we were always in the loop on the project status. Each of the employees were timely, neat and skilled at their jobs. The cabinetry installers Luis Sr and Carlos were amazing to work with and their work was impeccable.  Jose handled the electrical better than any electrician I have ever worked with ..... he clearly went the extra mile in everything he did.  Similarly Chris, Pedro and Brian worked on several projects ....all were completed quickly, efficiently and with expertise.   I could write a book of individual efforts that each Bella Team Member made to bring our kitchen to a successful and timely conclusion but in the interest of space just know that the reason we picked Bella Kitchen and Bath is we believed Mark and Sam when they said that their entire Team was not only experienced and skilled at their crafts but would bring quality work and their pride of accomplishment into our home for a reasonable price. They 100% delivered on that promise, something that few contractors seem to achieve these days! read more

We've had some pretty terrible experiences with some small remodels that we have done to our house in the past. I interviewed eight companies to remodel our kitchen before deciding to go with Bella. I am so glad we did. Sam was beyond detailed and great at communicating. He walked me through EVERYTHING. Luis and his crew were patient and very professional. I am super picky/Type A and while I am sure I gave them a few headaches, they continuously worked with me and walked me through every step of the process. Now we have a beautiful kitchen that we love and can't wait to work with them again on our bathrooms! read more

We had to do a kitchen remodel after we had a leak in our kitchen. I talked to several people who had used Bella Kitchen and Bath and without exception they were given rave reviews. Mark the owner takes a personal interest in every phase of the process. The company has a collection of outstanding employees who we worked with. Great company with people it is a pleasure to recommend. read more

BEWARE!!! DECLARING BANKRUPTCY I was just informed by Aaron Britton that the company is going under. I have paid per their payment plan and they have not even completed what I paid for. The right store and people! At Bella, Kaveh and Reza were great people to work with. Bathroom remodels are expensive, time consuming, and sometimes emotional. It takes time to pick the right pieces for your remodel (tile, fixtures, bathtub, quartz, vanities, flooring) and sometimes, you may change your mind. They were patient, provided lines items of work, and walked us through step by step. Changes were handled promptly, and they were ok if some items were no longer needed. They do subcontract work, but they know their workers and their quality. We could not be happier with the results. Check out the before and after! read more

Bella Kitchen & Bath is the best contractor with which we have ever worked (and we have done 4 major remodels). From start to finish they were professional. Mark, the owner, and his assistant Andy provided a prompt and straightforward written estimate including advice and possible extras. They started our job when they promised, with no delays. Their workers were on time every day. They were careful, clean, efficient, respectful, and put in full days with no delays. They minimized mess and disruption and cleaned up after themselves every day. We are thoroughly pleased with the outcome. We worked with Payman Rad and Bella Tile & Stone last year while upgrading various parts of our home: new wood flooring, lots of moulding, kitchen refresh including cabinet painting (looks awsome), new cabinet, wine fridge, lighting, painting and even new tile outside. Payman was super terrific to work with, and all workers were courteous and took extra care to cover all furnishings prior to doing work. Work was done timely and the cost was super fair. They have a large selection of tile/stone/hardwoods/carpet in the showroom and even have a number of "showers", tubs & sink samples to assist with the design process. Fariba (sp?) was very helpful in assisting us with design choices. We will use them for ALL home remodeling work in the future and have referred them to friends as well. I am a customer of Bella Tile and Stone and I'm writing this review as a WARNING TO OTHER POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS. My husband and I spend almost $8,000 to have our shower and tub done with travertine tile. The workers accidentally punched a hole in the shower, which leaked water to the garage below, the garage roof fell in from being saturated with water on top of my Mercedes hood. Accidents happen and we looked past this issue. Some our tiles have since shifted and some became loose around the tub and the grout in the shower is cracked with very large gaps. I first spoke with Fariba at Bella over 3 weeks ago! I have made 6 calls to her to get someone to come out and fix this issue. She tried to convince me on the phone to "fix it myself". Bella Tile wasn't saying those words when I handed them my $8,000 check!!! Once Bella Tile has your final payment, they will not give you any customer service help after that. I would not recommend this company and I would avoid Fariba (the lady who works there) at all costs! read more
