Well, this is my second review. For those who didn't read my 1st review, this is just as good. I had a toilet in my bathroom that was slowly leaking. Never noticed till tile started breaking and lifting. Andy came, had to remove existing tile replace the bottom subfloor. Andy and his worker did amazing work. (Andy DID NOT LAY ORGINAL FLOOR) Andy did alot better job than orginal tile installer. Thank you for a perfect job! read more

We decided to remove the old carpet and install vinyl wood flooring in four bedrooms, the hallway, and on the stairs--and once again, we called Andy and his team without a second thought. I first met Andy 4 years ago when we renovated part of our home, and the results were so beautiful and satisfying that I knew exactly who to call this time. Andy hasn't changed--he's still incredibly punctual, skilled, and full of care for the work he does. What I appreciate most is how he really listens. He understands what the customer wants, offers thoughtful suggestions, and delivers results that go above and beyond expectations. The quality of their work shows not just in the finished floors, but in the care and pride they put into every step. It's rare to find people this dedicated and trustworthy. I'm so grateful we found Andy, and I can't recommend him and his team enough. Truly worth every penny. read more

Had flooring installed in 3 rooms and closets on Saturday. Andy and his team did a great job from start to finish. protective floor coverings, moving furniture, keeping me in the loop of decisions needed. Finished in one visit. All removed carpet and padding removed. Couldn't be happier with the results. This is the 2nd time Andy has installed flooring. It has been almost 7yrs since the first time and he's only gotten better. Thank you read more

We hired Andy five years ago and were so happy with his work that we called him up again when we needed more flooring work. He and his team are such a pleasure to work with. I cannot express enough how thankful we are for Andy's team. We were given the referral from a friend that has used him 2x already. We first contacted Andy when we purchased our house to rip out the old flooring and carpeting. Andy came on time the day of to measure, super quick and was in and out of the house in 15 minutes. He was very responsive in providing us with a timeline and his crew showed up 8am on the dot the day of. They were so efficient, clean and respectful during these covid times about wearing masks. Our house is about 2100sq feet and they finished the install in 2 days. They were even so kind to go above and beyond to help us remove some old shelving and move our appliances (wasn't even their job!) We loved their work so much we brought his team back to complete our fireplace a few weeks later. During that time Andy and his team came back, helped us actually repurpose our ugly old mantle and even gave my husband advice on how to fix our sprinklers! Needless to say, I cannot recommend this team enough! We already have told all our friends and family about them and some have already used their services. If you're looking for top notch service and efficiency, Andy is your guy. We're having him come back to add more backsplash to our kitchen as well, and most definitely when we redo our bathrooms. Cannot thank them enough! read more

Andy's team did a wonder job installing our engineer flooring! We are so pleased with the results! These floors have different tones in each box and they methodically laid the floors to mix and match, creating a beautiful finish and 5.5 flat baseboards all around the house! Andy delivers for his clients. His crew was quick and did a good job. Where there were some issues with poor caulking or other items, Andy came back and remedied issues himself. Would use them again. read more

Andy did our floors for two of our homes and did an amazing job. He comes on time for initial consult and quickly measures, discussing options and gives you a quote right then and there. It's all itemized with cost breakdown. His pricing is also very competitive. He gives you a timeframe for how long it will take to complete. On the day he comes early in the morning to start and completes the job before going to the next job. I highly respect this as I have had different people for different jobs come for a few days then not show up then come at random times of the day to start but leave same time (ie come to work for the day at 3 to leave at 4). He estimated 2 days to complete the job and completed in a day and a half. Lastly, my contractor whom I've used for various remodeling jobs, complemented the floors and that they were done well and cleanly. I highly recommend Andy for flooring. He is well priced, QUICK, and does a quality job. read more

Andy Bong did all our flooring 4 years ago with vinyl luxury planks, ( including the stairs) not an easy task as our staircase is circular! Recently we had a bit of an issue with a few gaps in the planks ( probably due to contraction with the cold weather). Andy came out immediately and fixed the floor, not only that, he replaced a plank that we had damaged for free! Could not have had better service! read more

Being in the real estate business for over 30 years, I've dealt with many service providers and contractors. Andy Bong has to be one of the best I've dealt with. He is a simple guy with no fluff and delivers great quality work in a timely manner. Every step of the process was done with great care and workmanship. If you are looking for excellent flooring, Andy is a MUST to include in your estimate line-up. read more

For engineered hardwood installation, Andy and his team is very professional, on time, best quote, finished the job a day ahead of schedule. Even helped me adjust the super heavy stove/oven range to a more tight fit into the cabinets. Leaves the home super clean afterwards. Fantastic job and huge shoutout to his son! Would definitely contact for future remodels! read more

Andy and his guys are amazing. I am a first time homeowner and needed to redo the floors in my condo. Andy came out to meet me right away, and walked me through my options. Andy went through the overall scope of the project in detail and even listed out every piece of material, how much I needed, along with costs, which made it easier for me as I went and bought the hardwood flooring myself. Andy was anticipating 2 days but it ended up being 1 and a half! They look GREAT, and for the most part my condo is pretty spotless so they definitely cleaned up after themselves. He even painted the base boards at no additional cost! I do have to mention that the first night after the work was completed, I did notice a few of the stair nose separating from the flooring installed on the stairs. I let Andy know and he immediately drove back the next day to fix. However, it wasn't a a big deal since it was mostly likely my fault that the glue didn't set while I was walking up and down the stairs. Price and quality, It doesn't get any better than this! read more

Andy Bong is amazing. Their prices are reasonable. They are timely, efficient, and professional. I highly recommend this place. Thank you!

1. He is very responsive via text or calls 2. He came and measured our whole condo in 10min. Super on time too. 3. He wrote a very clear break down of the costs and materials he needed 4. On the day of, him and his crew came early and as soon as we opened the doors they started unloading and already ripping the carpets. So efficient! They know each other so well that there was almost no communication and everyone already knew what to do. 5. They finished the job within 20% of the time than other companies have quoted us. 6. Highly recommend them and will ask them to do any future floorings again. I've never seen such an efficient crew with such high quality work. They are also pretty clean. read more

First off, I highly recommend Andy and his team. Andy was always on time and very responsive to all my text. He came out and measured our space and gave us a competitive quote. I am particular with my flooring and he gave us a couple flooring places to check out. Andy and his team demo the old flooring, did my luxury vinyl floors, stairs, added new 5" baseboards and did all my bathroom floors with tiles on the back splashes. Since he has lots of great reviews on flooring. Here are some of my bathroom tiles he did! I picked out a ton of different tiles, textures and patterns for him to do. Andy and his team did an amazing job, followed all my crazy pattern designs I wanted, was very helpful and professional. read more

Andy and his team are amazing. Their prices are unbeatable. They are timely, efficient, and professional. Andy installed our luxury vinyl floors in 2017. Fast forward to 2022, we entered 7-day escrow when selling our home. 3 days prior to closing on a Friday, 7 of my stairs were significantly damaged. I called Andy and he miraculously sent his man to repair our stairs on Sunday, the day prior to closing. He's so busy but he somehow made it work. I will definitely be working with Andy again in the future! read more

We had SPC FLOORING installed for my entire house and Andy and his team did an amazing job. They were fast and accurate and completed 1600 sqft in a day and a half. I would recommend Andy 100% for anyone who wants to install Vinyl, SPC, Laminate and Hard Wood Floor. read more

Awesome job Andy and his crew did for my floors and my staircase! They worked fast and always on time. Andy answered all his phone calls and texts promptly. The last day when they were finishing up, Andy took his time walking through the whole house to double check if anything needs to be fixed before they left. They are very thorough and sweep up the areas after each day of work. Andy's price is very competitive and I've shopped around for weeks to find the right company. Definitely will refer them to my friends and family! read more

We got quotes from several flooring contractors. The contractors that seemed organized and capable were expensive. The others cost less but seemed flaky. Then a friend of a neighbor recommended Andy Bong. Andy showed up on time and gave us a price that was mid-range. He was more organized and gave us more ideas than the expensive contractors, and he was way ahead of the inexpensive services. We really appreciated how Andy's quote showed demolition, installation and materials separately. He offered the materials at a good price, or we were free to buy them our own, without affecting what he charged for his other services. As we researched the material that we wanted to install in our home we contacted him a few times with questions. He responded within a few hours with helpful information. Andy's crew showed up on time on the day of our installation. They were like an army of seven that descended on our house, tore it up and put it back together better than ever all in one day. They worked hard and fast and did an excellent job. I watched them do some of the fine details, and I can only describe it as artistic in quality. Several times Andy talked to us about details of the installation. He asked what we wanted to do, he offered suggestions, and he asked for our preferences. We really appreciated that. By the end of the day we had a really nice new floor that we continue to enjoy tremendously, but wait, there's more! Andy came back twice and personally worked on some tiny details that couldn't be finished on the day of the installation. His work and his helpfulness were just as good as always. If I could give this guy SIX stars, I would do it! read more

We worked with Andy Bong to replace carpet and tile in our home with SPC Vinyl. Andy was very responsive, gave excellent advice, fast, efficient and extremely great value. I just bought a house and the floors needed to be replaced. I searched on Yelp and saw the amazing reviews about Andy. I contacted Andy and he responded right away. We scheduled a day and time for him to give me a quote, but something came up so I asked him if he could come sooner. Andy wasted no time and came over at my convenience to give me a competitive quote on installing new laminate flooring, new baseboards, and crown molding in the master bedroom. Andy and his team came on the date and time we agreed upon. Andy's team arrived on time and they finished the job in a day. Andy had to come back for some minor adjustments to the baseboards and molding around the fireplace hearth, but it was done without interfering with my busy schedule. Andy's team did a fantastic job installing the laminate floors. It looks amazing and I highly recommend him. He made sure I was 100% satisfied with the job before I paid him for the work. Great job and thanks again Andy. read more

We had our entire house (except bathroom) done by Andy and his crew. They did an amazing job! Not only are they quick but they provide quality work. For our master closet we have some custom closet work done but he moved them, covered the floors and placed them back exactly the way it was. He definitely knows what he's doing and has much experience. He was referred to us by our family member, who also used him multiple times. The guys who did our bathroom tiles didn't provide any moldings and Andy added the moldings on our bathroom floors with minimal cost. read more

We contracted Andy to install porcelain floors. His crew did a very good job; the tiles were consistently leveled and spaced. They finished one day early and left a cleaned worksite. His crew was also nice, considerate and again, they did good work. They had missed replacing one obscure corner baseboard on the stairs but Andy said he'd come the next day to install it and he did! Great service and great work from this company and I'd recommend them. My boyfriend said Andy and his crew deserves every star; professional work and professional service. read more

Amazing work by Andy and his team! We could not have been happier. We shopped around with so many local floor guys and Andy's quote was very competitive. What won us over was when we couldn't get the floor choice we wanted from Andy's, he went out of his way to get us samples of other colors that matches our taste. Also, his work is so detailed! We noticed he went back and repainted the baseboards and checked everything his men did at the end. He walked us through the work and always checked in with all our decisions to make sure we are happy. I highly recommend him, and we get many compliments about our floors from friends and family. Our dog loves it too! read more

So I really wanted to get rid of our ancient carpet, but I was really dreading doing home remodeling while being very pregnant with twins. Lucky for me, my very good friend referred Andy Bong to me! Andy came to the house for the estimate right on time, brought in mounds of samples, and had a simple pricing structure so it's easy to know what my total cost will be. With 5 rooms full of stuff plus closets and hallway and curvy stairs, I could not believe my ears when he said he can do it in 2 days. 3 at most. Really? That fast? I was expecting a painful 2 weeks with dust and crap everywhere. The hardest part was the selection of the wood. So many pretty choices. We wanted to do laminate because they look fantastic (forget what you saw at Home Depot) , is much cheaper, and way more durable. Andy never pushed us for the more expensive stuff, never rushed us, and just waited for me to to hum and haw and agonized about which wood we should go with. A few days later he showed up with his crew (right on time again). And with astounding efficiency, they laid out plastic sheets to protect the place, moved the furniture (Andy and his screw are skinny but are crazy strong), covered the furniture, and got to work. Andy made sure our master bedroom was done the first day so we can sleep in it. Smart. With a crew of 4 they worked solidly from 9:30am to 5:30pm. Always courteous and professional. No chit chat, no loud radio, and great clean up job. Andy even took care to make sure they worked around our messy pile of cable modem and router so my internet was working the whole time. And, when he saw I had bought the door knob set for the front and back door, he offered to install them for me ("oh it's no problem would just take me 5 min". Yeah would have taken me an hour of frustration at least!) And, just like that, we were ecstatically carpet free 2 days later. Hallelujah! Furthermore, all the furniture back in place and not at all dusty. It really is such a gift when you find truly great professional to work with. The whole experience was so easy and pleasant, he probably spoiled me and I am going to be looking for this level service in all future remodeling efforts! p.s. Since Andy is a "mobile sample store" he cannot bring very large samples. I wrote down the wood that I liked, and visited flooring companies near me to see much larger sample board, which really helped me feel way more confident about my choice. And, you should also get a quote from the store. Then you'll know what I mean about complicated pricing and will find that Andy's prices are very hard to beat. read more
