Looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Look No Further!! I highly recommend working with Mike at Carpet Corner. I first chose this place because a friend recommended him, and it was close to work. But my home that needed new flooring was in Orange County. I was not sure they would help me. Two other flooring stores would not come out to the house until I knew for sure what I wanted. I find that strange. The customer should feel well taken care of. Mike is the best at CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great communication and easy to work with. I had a hard time choosing the color of flooring. He went out of his way to make sure I felt comfortable with my selection of flooring before scheduling the installation. Mike showed me many samples that would suit my needs. Then he brought in large samples to my home so I could see them in my lighting. He never pushed me to make a decision before I was ready. Mike even knew how to properly install around the bullnosed corners in my house. The installer did a beautiful job and took pride in his work. In the past, installers crack baseboards. Not Jose! I don't write reviews often (though I should!) but I felt more than compelled to write a review about Mike and the wonderful service he provided my family. We needed to replace the carpets in three of our bedrooms. I called Carpet Corner, amongst many others, and they were so speedy, kind and thorough with their communication and explanation about their process we decided to move forward with them. Mike came to our house to fully inspect the rooms, showed me the carpet samples I had requested, talked me through what every step would look like, and confirmed a date and time for installation. When his team arrived, they were courteous clean and extremely professional. After they left, I spent a few days with the new carpet and decided I hated the color. I had made a mistake. I called Mike and told him that I just wasn't sure that the carpet was the same color I had picked from the sample. He immediately came back with the samples to confirm, and when he did it was obvious the carpet they had installed WAS the sample I had picked...it just looked different than what I had imagined. Had this been any other company, I am quite confident they would have told me it was my fault and I had to live with it or pay for new carpet, but not Mike. He told me he could tell I wasn't happy with the carpet I had chosen and that he would replace it - AT NO COST - as long as I paid for the labor of installing a new carpet - which was beyond fair. Then he made a second trip to my house to bring new samples for me to pick from, confirmed a new date, and sent another amazing team to install it. As an aside, we have a GIANT bunk bed in one of the rooms that is nearly impossible to move and both teams did it with ease, being mindful to be as gentle with my belongings as possible. I was so impressed both times. I was reminded to write this review because we are looking into other flooring in the rest of our house and I immediately thought to call Mike. He is wonderful, his team is wonderful and I have told everyone and anyone who will listen that if they are looking for new carpet or flooring, Carpet Corner is who they should call. If you're reading this, I highly suggest you do, too. They are simply the best. read more

So glad we found John & Carpet Corner on Yelp! While under escrow, we were searching for a contractor to hopefully get some renovations done before we moved in (about 6.5 weeks out when we reached out). We wanted to do a small face lift on the kitchen, repaint the interior of home, and replace the carpet upstairs. 2 out of 4 I reached out to were too busy, and the other quote we received was way too high. John was fair, honest, professional, warm & friendly, and super responsive. He promised that they'd be done by our move-in date, and boy, THEY DELIVERED!!! We were looking to change the carpet in two bedrooms and looked into a few businesses including Carpet Corner.  We were helped by John, who was very friendly and helpful, and when we saw the palette that seemed like the right fit we arranged for John to make a house call and bring the samples with him.  After measuring the area, he was able to quickly produce an estimate & verify that our desired shade & style was in stock. Within a day he was then able to schedule our install which was only about 7 days out.  We signed the agreement & paid 50% deposit all electronically and we were good to go.  The installers who showed up for the job were polite & efficient.  In by 11:30am and out by 6:00pm.  They were able to move some heavy pieces of furniture and put them all back in place unharmed. Notes: there is a service fee of $250 if you require the installers to move furniture that John told us when we first spoke with him.  It was worth it. Also, they weren't the lowest quote we got, but they weren't far off all things considered.  John was easy to work with, the estimate was more than prompt and scheduling was much quicker than the competition.  Finally, their color & style selections are very good and if you're not looking to spend a fortune, they don't try to upsell you.  Truly customer service oriented.  The carpet came out great and it is soft yet firm without pilling all over.  Love the Dove color. We had Carpet Corner remove the old carpet and install new carpet in our living room, three bedrooms, the stairs to the second floor, and the upstairs hallway, a total of about 175 square yards. Mike sent three very capable and friendly installers, who were here about nine hours. They had to move an upright piano, a grandfather clock, beds, furniture, a couple of large display cabinets filled with glass and ceramic collectables, etc. etc., then put it back when they were done.
