Staff were super helpful in providing carpet samples to take home and quickly arranged for us to have an in-home estimate. We left feeling very excited, which is not always the case with home renovation projects. Roger came to our house within two days to provide us an estimate, and the crew was ready to install very quickly. The entire process was done in just over a week. This review is little late but it is well deserved. I found Steven's Carpet from yelp when I was doing my floor project. From start to finish Juan was very friendly and informative, no sales push. I found thru body porcelain tiles at good price and good labor. Since we were tiling my bedroom, my concern was moving of furniture, his team accomplished all without moving too many things out of the house. His team worked around all constraints. Very very disappointed. We have used Juan, and his crew in the past will never be in the future. We have had to have him return to this job many times. We had out kitchen remodeled and yesterday went to install the STANDARD size 30in microwave hood and gas range. Guess what!! The back opening is 30.5 in be the front where it need to slide in is only 29 so neither will fit in. I have to hire someone to come rip out the BRAND NEW cabinets, counters, floor and backslash to move them over in order to make my STANDARD appliances fit. They also did not center the holes in my counter by the sink one is almost 1/2 in further back then the other. I am absolutely discussed that I paid and have to repay and reorder flooring for his teams carelessness when installing my new kitchen. read more

We had Juan install spc plank flooring and baseboards in our entire home. They did a good job on the flooring and baseboards. They completed house in 2 days and at a reasonable price.Juan was friendly and showed up to make sure work was done right. We were happy with work done on flooring, so we hired Juan and his crew to replace and paint the interior doors in our house. This experience did not go well. The crew removed the doors and hung new prehung doors. They decided on their own to cut the bottom of the jambs off which left a huge gap at the top. They filled the big gap by half ass smearing drywall patch in the gap. Now on the top of each door you can see holes and you can see where the gap was and it looks totally unfinished. They Painted over it without sanding and got wall color paint on the new white mouldings. Some of the mouldings are not painted at all. Some of the edges look like a kid painted it. This workmanship was done by the guy on the crew who appeared to be the supervisor or lead. Now the doors are very low to the floor, as low as 1/8", which does not allow my central a/c to circulate the air properly when the doors are closed. They installed radius corner hinges in some areas where the jamb was cut for square corner hinges. They were supposed to paint all the doors brown with the paint i bought and supplied, but the supervisor decided on his own to paint them all white. I agreed to just leave the doors white, i thought it might create more problems removing and repainting the doors. The paint work of the jambs and mouldings is not the quality i expect when i hire a contractor to paint, bottom inch of the jambs is not even painted. Juan offered to send his guys to fix the crappy filler job above the top of the doors, but i dont want them back. Juan seemes like a good guy, but his crew really let him down here. They did great on the flooring job, but would would not recommend them for anything other than flooring. read more

Juan and his crew completely renovated my house in 25 days!! YES...25DAYS!! New flooring, carpeting, baseboards, granite kitchen counters, tile backsplash, kitchen sink, appliances, 2 full bathrooms redone, and other miscellaneous other repair items. The house was a mess. They hired cleaners to come in prior to me moving in and sent a screen person over to repair all of my screens. He oversaw the entire project from start to finish and worked quickly without taking shortcuts. Quality work throughout!! I will recommend him to anyone that needs remodel type work done. Lastly I had a recycled patio cover and they installed it for me. Came back to tweak after first rain storm. I will keep calling him when something comes up that needs doing. These guys are fast and efficient. Went into the store for a quote on Friday and got new flooring installed on the following Tuesday. Actual installation used less baseboards than was originally quoted so I ended up paying less than what was originally quoted. Juan and Brenda gave me a bottle of wine on my way out which was a nice bonus/gesture. I would recommend this business and would use them again for future flooring needs. read more

This was the best experience I've had with a contractor and a crew ever. The service was beyond expectations. I got flooring for my home, wood flooring and carpet in my bedrooms, as well as a remodeled bathroom, a new tiled fireplace and the house painted inside. Three different professional crews came to install the carpet, do the remodeling and installed the flooring.
