Marc the owner came out and gave me an estimate. He was very friendly and did not try to oversell anything. I could tell he really cares about his company. I had my travertine shower and travertine floor restored. My shower was in bad shape, but Marc assured me it would look almost new. Art, the restorer, came out and did the restoration. He did a GREAT job on the shower and the floor looks great as well. I was surprised at what a restoration job in a shower, can really make it look new again. Fantastic work!!! I really recommend this company for your restoration needs!

I have marble in my master bathroom on the floor that the cleaning lady dripped lime away all over not to mention my dog peed in there twice . .. I tried to rub out the spots on my own and I made it 100 times worse .. I will be using Stonesge restoration again. They did a beautiful job , they didn't rush , were on time and very professional. The floor looks great ! They also applied two coats of sealer and I was able to walk on the floor immediately!

This is my second time using StoneAge, last time 4yrs ago does deep cleaning, stain and sealing stamped concrete. They did a great job, so I invited them back for another cleaning and sealing. Mark came by and provided a practical recommendation that met my budget and ensured the concrete and fireplace would continue to be maintained well. The crew came on a sunny day (helps speed up drying) to complete the cleaning and sealing. The results were as before, very good (check the beads in the pics). I expect the seal to last as long as it did last time; 3-4yrs; so will keep StoneAge saved as a Yelp favorite till till then!

The garage floor was installed at our house in 2011 the epoxy began peeling shortly after install and have been peeling ever since. Marc and/or Art from StoneAge have been coming out every few months since, to make repairs. The floor looks awful...like a patch work quilt. StoneAge is claiming we have moisture however, all indications (slippery and shiny surface) show that the floor was not prepped/ground properly and the epoxy product was not properly installed. We had two other companies come out to look at the floor to assess the scope of work and there are enough spots peeling up that the claim of poor workmanship can be supported. The cost to re-do the floor is close to $5000. We are forced to take it to the next level. Marc asked us to re-write/remove our earlier yelp review. We will not do that again. This is not a reputable company.

Before: disgusting grout and filty tile no matter how much we scrubbed it.

After ten years, I reached out to ProTub once more to have my bathtub repaired and recoated. The…read moretub had developed some rust and a hole near the drain area. I spoke with James, who promptly requested that I send photographs of the damage. Within thirty minutes, I received a very reasonable estimate. Initially, James informed me that the earliest available appointment was on Friday. However, when I mentioned that my family would be arriving on Wednesday and that I would appreciate completing the repairs beforehand, he went above and beyond. To my pleasant surprise, he was able to accommodate me just two hours later on the same day. It was an added relief that the technician who had previously repaired my tub ten years prior arrived at our doorstep. Miguel performed the work with the same high standards as before. He is very professional, a nice and friendly guy with thorough attention to detail and evident pride in his craftsmanship. He left the workspace neat, and the bathtub now appears to be in excellent condition. The three- to five-year durability of the repair speaks to the quality of ProTub's craftsmanship. Should I require further services such as reglazing or refinishing in the future, ProTub will undoubtedly be my first choice. I sincerely

I requested an antique hutch to be restored. I didn't love that they initially tried to charge me…read morejust to come and evaluate the scope of work for the piece, especially when I knew the pricing was probably going to be costly (and it was). Thankfully they waived the fee. I trusted that they would do a good job based on their portfolio. They were accurate in their timeline for the completion of the project and the resulting hutch looks fantastic, I have no complaints there. The main reason I am giving this business two stars is because their communication leaves A LOT to be desired. I asked for progress photos as they were working on the piece in their shop. They never sent pictures until I had to follow up and ask for them. They knew ahead of time that they were going to need to deliver my piece urgently because they were going to need all the space in their shop for their next project. Yet, they did not communicate this with me until the very last minute, what were they going to do with my piece if I was unavailable for delivery when they needed it gone? That seemed like poor planning to me. Upon the initial quoting of the piece, I specifically asked them to not only have the main mirror replaced by their third party, but also have the antique locks repaired. I provided them with a key that fit the lock to aid in this process. They returned my piece to me with not only the lock issue not addressed, but also with one of the cabinet doors not fully functional (which is not how it was when they took the piece at the beginning). I had to report this issue after they had already left. It was only then that he recommended I contact his third party locksmith to resolve the issue. His recommended locksmith (Sav-Mor Lock & Key) has been completely unresponsive, and I can't find other locksmiths who specialize in antique locks. I then asked Haer where is the key that I gave them when they picked up the hutch, and it was only THEN that they told me they tried to test the key in one of the locks and a piece of the key broke off and is STILL currently stuck in one of the locks (they also didn't specify which lock they tested either). I am extremely disappointed and frustrated because I clearly specified all my needs before they accepted the project, and now I received an incomplete service. They have also stopped responding to my communications completely, which I find outrageous and irresponsible. I also got the impression that working on my project was a chore for them, as if I didn't pay top dollar for them to give me their best work. Again, in terms of their actual craftsmanship, Jose (who I believe did most of the work) did a great job. However, communication is a huge factor in determining who I award my business to, and based on my experience I wouldn't feel comfortable trusting them with another one of my projects.
