Amazing work! After I damaged my prior glazed shower/tub with a mat to cover the chipping from a prior reglaze, I knew I had to do it again since I can't afford to replace the whole piece. Not only did Venegas Refinishing reply very quickly, they were absolutely thorough in their work. They explained the process and the results are significantly noticeably better than the prior reglazing that I got done. I'm embarrassed to post my before pictures but I must so you can see the miracle work they performed! read more

Awesome team! They were very clean and professional. Great job masking the furnishing before recoating our showers and sinks. They allowed us to push back remodeling the bathrooms for a few years! Our shower started to have mold issues and no matter how much we cleaned, the mold would come right back after a week or so. We contemplated on replacing our shower tray but it still wouldn't have fixed the issue with our grout lines so after some research, I decided to reglaze instead of replacing and found George and Esmeralda at Venegas Refinishing. Esmeralda was quick to respond and provided accurate quote over the phone after I sent some pictures over. Luckily George who is the owner/technician had an available slot that same week. The job took about 6 hours and George was meticulous about every detail. He made sure to protect our hardwood floor and covered up anything that may come in contacted with the paint. He even came back two more times after the job was finished since I had some areas in the shower I wanted him to touch up. All in all, great experience with Venegas Refinishing. Would definitely recommend at least getting a quote for deglazing before replacing your shower/tub. read more

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Venegas and I met the owner Jorge and he did an amazing work on one of the properties I was selling since I'm a realtor and I have to be very careful when I hire vendors to work on the properties I have to sell. Very very very satisfied with their services! We were provided quotes by multiple companies in Venegas provided the best quote! Communication was quick and very thorough. The quality and customer service was excellent. Esmeralda was a main factor of why we decided to go with this company. She was very professional, answered my numerous questions and was very patient and thorough when I came to explaining the process! George arrived on time and went to work immediately and was clean and efficient. He was very kind and friendly and professional. The end results were beautiful and where exactly what we were looking for. We had old wooden cabinets with white tile with a black trim for counter tops. We wanted to go with a dark aesthetic kitchen so we painted the cabinets black and wanted a gray countertop. They were able to provide plenty of gray/dark color options as well as finishes. (Gloss vs. texture). We will be contacting them again for other work needed around the home and would definitely recommend them to all friends and family. read more

My clients needed their bathtub & a separate shower reglazed. Found a few reglazers, but they were outrageously expensive and couldn't do it for a few weeks. Found Venegas Refinishing, checked their references- which were stellar- and my clients decided to go with them. George was on time, careful, attended to detail, and came back to put it all back together after curing for 3 days. Very happy with their work!!! read more

I contacted Venegas Refinishing for a tub/shower refinishing job. Esmeralda and George are very responsive. Esmeralda was quick to see if a requested time is able to be scheduled and if there was a way to squeeze the job into George's already very busy schedule. George has over 10 years of experience and is very efficient at his job. George wants the best for his customers and will advise if additional services are needed. It does not seem like he is trying to oversell different products. When the job was completed, the shower looked brand new. I would use Vengas Refinishing for future jobs! read more

Great job refinishing my bathtub and tiles! I originally just wanted the tub redone, but the whole bath was very dated (1980s style and a 1950s tub) After removing the doors and fixing all the tile imperfections the finished product looks modern and fresh! read more

Jorge came out in August 2020 to reglaze my countertops, sink, bathtub and shower. When he came out to do the work he advised that his work was guaranteed for a year. After the countertop was dry I ran my hand over it and noticed there were rough spots and the clear coat was very uneven. Jorge came back out and "fixed it". It still wasn't that great but I figured I would just deal with it. It's only been 6 months now and the countertops are very badly chipped and the sink has bubbled and water is being trapped in it. I called Jorge to come out to fix the chips in the countertop and bubble in the sink and he informed me that the sink was not going to be covered and that he could charge me additional to fix it. It took more than a dozen calls and text messages, most of them he didn't respond to, for him to come out again to fix the countertops which he also did not want to fix and when he finally showed up he argued about doing the work and ended up leaving without doing the repairs. Poor quality work on sink and countertop and poor customer service. read more

They refinished our bathtub. I got multiple quotes, the price was great, they came on time and did a great job. 5/5 would recommend

George was phenomenal. He is an artist. Had him do two bathroom showers. Both came out perfect. I was so happy with his work I had him come back and refinish a bathroom counter and the sinks. While I thought his work was perfect before, he took it to another level with the counters. Anyone looking for a real professional, and someone who takes pride in his work, George is your guy. Thank you George! read more

I can't speak for anyone else's experience but we sought multiple quotes for a bathtub and wall tile reglaze and these guys were super responsive, incredibly courteous, and came in with a very reasonable quote. We were able to book an appointment very quickly, and they even showed up early. They explained every step of the process to us and even handled an unrelated plumbing issue (we have an old house) without too much trouble. They were quick and efficient, in and out in about 3 hours, and left very specific instructions on how long to wait before using the bathroom again. All in all, we're very satisfied with this experience. Thanks again! read more

I do not have enough words to express my sincere gratitude to this amazing business. It is rare to find excellent customer service, excellent workmanship, and willingness to go over and beyond to meet every need with such respect and kindness. Esmeralda called with specific times to expect George, he was so punctual. Our cat put his paws onto the finished work following the beautiful job. With one call, Esmeralda scheduled George to come back to fix it. It is very rare to find a business to come back to fix a small job following getting paid for the job in the first place. I cannot thank Venegas Refinishing enough for their honesty, reliability, and faithfulness. Happy customers in La Palma. read more

I was skeptical about glazing our tub since it was just over a year old, but it had a relatively deep scratch in it that we needed to take action on without just replacing the tub itself.
