Dave did a great job bringing our 15 year old cabinets back to life by spot refinishing many of our cabinets that were showing wear and water damage in both our Kitchen and Primary Bathroom. Thank you! We are extremely happy!! read more

Creative Cabinet Refinishing - Refinished Kitchen Cabinets! - Refinishing Services Near Me

Never showed up for our scheduled appointment. Never called back after I left a voice mail. Really?! Took time off and wasted my afternoon waiting. Website was nice but that's it. It's a shame their business morals are lacking. I would definitely BEWARE. read more

I liked my kitchen cabinets except for the wear and grime from 25 years of use. I spent a lot of time researching how to have the cabinets cleaned and resurfaced. Creative Cabinetry did an excellent job. They took great care and made everything look great. When I had a small issue and needed them back, David was super responsive. Really glad I found Creative Cabinetry. read more

David refinished a very weathered 17 year old sign that had significant sentimental value to me and my wife. It is a sign that sat atop a huge Rainbow Jungle Gym we purchased in 1997 for our sons who were 10 and 4 years of age at the time. The Gym had to be torn down but I saved the sign which was engraved with the inscription "Sons of Thunder -Jonathan and James 1997". My boys are now grown. The eldest is 27 and happily married and the youngest is 21 and a full time nursing student. They are both men now and simply, the sign reminded me of the days they were boys and we camped in the Jungle Gym that bore their names under the stars at night in our back yard. The wood was cracked and blistered and I didn't hold out too much hope salvaging it. I had heard Dave was a craftsman, I didn't know he could also do resurrections! I was stunned to see the transformation of this old, weathered, cracked and blistered sign transformed by David into its original splendor. David is a true artisan who breathed life into this sign which I plan to mount in my office and keep forever. David's true passion is the restoration of cabinets, high-end antique furniture, (really anything wood) and the like......basically keeping the memories of your home, fun times in kitchens with character, and the memories with friends and family alive....by restoring kitchens and furniture to the days of days gone by.....restoring not just the object, but the memories and times you shared with those you love. I wholeheartedly recommend you consider using David for any project, especially those that you want done not just right....but perfectly. read more

I had kitchen cabinets that were in desperate need of help! The finish had worn in several places and I needed the color matched and glazed. This was a difficult task but David Jetmore from Creative Cabinet Refinishing did an amazing job! He spent time in order to match the color perfectly and I am happy to say they look good as new!! David arrived on time, was professional and kind! I highly recommend Creative Cabinet Refinishing for any of your cabinet needs!! read more

I had the lower cabinet doors and drawers refinished and they came out great. They match the top cabinets and look like new again.

Let me start by saying working with David Jetmore, the owner of Creative Cabinet Refinishing, has been one of the best service provider experiences I've had. I had a complete remodel done of my kitchen and master bath 6 years ago, and the vendor for the cabinets did a terrible job that left me with cabinets that easily chipped and scratched. Dave quoted on the refinishing job, outlined the length of time that it would take, and delivered on both! His crew was respectful while in our house, and the job was completed on time. AFTER I made the final payment, Dave himself came back the next day to do some final touchup work. We couldn't be happier, both the with outcome of the cabinets and with the interactions with the company. I highly recommend working with Dave. I know that I will be back in the future for additional work. read more

I initially spoke with David and he was great and fit us into his schedule for an estimate on Saturday. Come Saturday, he called me in the am to tell me he would have his foreman, Toan, call me to schedule a cabinet/drawer pick up probably within an hour or so. I never got a call from Toan so I called David back, who said he would call me back to let me know what happened. I missed his call but he didn't leave a message. I called him back and have not heard from him since. I understand they're busy but they are a business and I would have appreciated a call or even a voicemail to let me know they weren't interested or didn't have time to fit us in their schedule. I'm sure they do great work, that's why we called them first, but we never got a chance to try the out. read more

Recently had our cabinets refaced and new doors but still unfinished. These guys came out and gave us an estimate in a day or two and once we accepted scheduled us in their busy schedule . They picked up doors and drawer fronts and came back with stain samples. We selected stain and they showed up to expertly mask off entire kitchen and sand and stain and lacquer our cabs. They brought in shop finished doors and drawer fronts and matched stain. Our 30year old cabinets now look like new. Would highly recommend David and his men for any refinish or new stain job. read more

We wanted our cabinets refinished and we spoke to David. David was very nice and came to our house to look at our cabinets and explained the whole process of what we wanted done. He told us he would give us and estimate that evening, but we never received one. So, we followed up the next day and he apologized and said he would have it sent later on that day, but didn't receive any. We even gave him our emails again in case we had given it to him wrong. My husband contacted him again and Still, no estimate was given. We really wanted to have our cabinets refinished by them due to good reviews. Wished it worked out, unfortunately it didn't. read more

So I'm not the easiest customer. We had red oak cabinets but I wanted a distressed whitewashed/aged French Country look (like you see in Ballard Designs). So I showed David pics of what I wanted and he said it would be no problem at all. They sprayed my cabinets and after they looked all pretty and brand new I then said "Ok now make them look old" :) I was super picky with the look I wanted and his team was extremely accommodating and provided me with just what I wanted. David even gave me guidance and design advice on adding little embellishments to "frenchy" up the look of my cabinets. Couldn't be more thrilled with them and I get tons of compliments on them. David and his team were extremely professional and clean. Will definitely use them again as I know I'll inevitably be turning my kitchen into some other country sometime in the near future :) read more

David and his team did a fantastic job on our mid century cabinets. He was very knowledgeable about the wood and construction of our cabinets, as they were still original. I was also happy to see his crew quarantined the work area off with plastic to form a "room" that contained the mess. Very happy with the results and would use them on another project. read more

Super job done by David and his crew. Finished on time and could not have asked for a better outcome. Highly recommend Creative Cabinets

I used Dave and his team to update my kitchen cabinets from an oak color to bright white. Couldn't be happier! I told Dave what I wanted and he did exactly that! Very punctual and the got the job done on time. Highly recommend! read more

David recently performed a job for me in restoring two 43 year old nightstands whose finish had become worn and damaged due to surface water stains. The end result was an outstanding refinish and repair job that equaled their appearance when new. They now match other pieces of this set that had been better cared for over the years. I would highly recommend their work to anyone! read more

I had originally found these guys on Yelp and arranged for an estimate with David. He seemed very knowledgable and friendly. He also came with great reviews so I wanted to go with them. Just in case, I got several bids some other refinishing companies and Creative beat them all pricing wise. Took the plunge and signed up with them. And I am happy that I did. Their work was excellent, but more importantly, they were very professional and communicative. We ran into a slight issue and they went above and beyond to take care of the issue and make sure that I was happy. I can't say enough about their overall professionalism and dedication to their craft. Toan, the tech that did most of the work is one of the nicest contractors I've ever dealt with. But nice isn't all, his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make me, the customer completely happy was refreshing. These guys are legit. Don't hesitate to use them for your cabinet refinishing needs. Our cabinets look better than new. Honestly. read more

Had three different projects done by David and all three came out perfect. Bathroom cabinets were refinished and painted a different color. David recommended several different colors and the one we chose came out great. The rental kitchen was unfinished and painted white which looks much better. The main kitchen was a big change from natural wood stain to an almost black stain. It turned out great with our granite counters. David even found a new cabinet door that matched our existing cabinets which isn't noticeable at all. There were a couple of touch ups that David came out and took care of. They back up their work and have assured me that if I notice any other problems, they will come out and fix it no charge. Highly recommend this company. read more

Just had bathroom cabinets stripped, resealed, and lacquered by Creative Cabinet Refinishing. Found David to be very professional and the work was done in a timely manner. He even took care of some small details which I didn't expect him to bother with. I am a very happy customer indeed! And no need to clean up, David took care of that too. We are happy to recommend this company to anyone who needs cabinet refinishing. Our cabinets look better than new. read more

These guys are GREAT! Dave and his crew came to our house to refinish our kitchen cabinets. They were courteous, clean and efficient. He estimated two days to complete and were done in two days. A couple days after they were done we noticed some of the old finish "bleeding" through. We called Dave he came out within a few days made some calls to the lacquer supplier then called us to come out and fix the issue. Within two weeks everything was fixed and the result makes my wife happy. As they say "A happy wife makes a happy life". Scott and Pat read more

We had David redo our kitchen cabinets. It was great to work with him and his team. David helped to select a color that would go with our new counter and backsplash. He even brought samples of the two colors that i had selected. He and his team were very professional at all times and the kitchen cabinets were refinished excellently and the job was finished when they said it would be done. They paid attention to all the little details that we talked about and when the job was finished they cleaned up the site completely. We would highly recommend them. Thank you David for a great experience!! read more
