So disappointed we used Kitchen Kreations. We paid for Aspect cabinetry which carry a 15 year warrantee. Within the first year all the cabinets near the sink, trash and coffeemaker started to warp and peel. They can't handle normal moisture. Turns out they were not made of wood, but particle board. I took pictures of the warping and sent it to whomever the owner is (I forgot her name). She said, "yeah, that's not Aspect. Do you have your invoice?" I never received the invoice. The transaction went through the builder Wrightway Builders and was included with the entire remodel. I contacted Wrightway Builders and they said they never received an invoice. According to the owner of Kitchen Kreations, they have no record of ever doing business with us. Chris was our contact from Kitchen Kreations, so I asked her if Chris was still there and she said yes. I asked her to ask him but she refused. I said I felt like there was a bait and switch and she was so offended that she stopped returning my calls and emails. We have a drawer that won't shut, we have to use a rag wedged in it to keep it shut. I asked for someone to come out and fix it and she was totally unhelpful in every possible way. To spend over $35000 on new cabinets and be treated this way is unacceptable. My kitchen is 7 years old now (this review was wayyyy overdue) but it looks 25 years old. As soon as I can afford it, I'll need to replace all the cabinet doors by the sink, trash and coffeemaker with real wood. The stuff they sold us is crap. They don't stand by their products and after they get paid they don't care or try to help. I have high blood pressure and every single time I walk into the kitchen I get angry. read more

Our contractor Wil did a fabulous job with on site work and troubleshooting issues that come with renovating older homes. This job was done during the pandemic, which made it even more difficult with getting materials delivered on schedule, but there was always something happening. No going for months on end with no contact. They started on time and completed the main work within the time frame that was initially established. We still open the door to our now open concept living room / kitchen and think we're in someone else's home. Great job of bringing our idea into reality. We engaged Marcie and Kailey to design our kitchen remodel for our Lakewood home. From the beginning, we wanted to work with a local resource who was familiar with the homes and construction in the area. The process started with a visit to our home so they could see our existing space. They listened to some of our initial ideas and we explained that we wanted the design to maximize the storage space and appeal to a future buyer. Based on our budget, we selected Aspect cabinets and Cambria quartz countertops. After a few days, they provided some some rough illustrations of options for the space. After we chose our layout, we received some 3D renderings. Based on these initial renderings, we made some minor updates (counter-depth fridge, farmhouse sink, etc.). They helped us pick our cabinet colors, tile, backsplash, and other design details. They also gave us a checklist of other things we would need to do to complete our remodel (select cabinet hardware, sink, faucet, appliances, etc.). After finalizing the plans, they placed the order for the cabinets and countertop. I think it definitely helped that Marcie had previous experience working with our general contractor - MAADD Construction (see separate review). The remodel required major construction (wall removal, relocation of plumbing and electric, etc.) and their communication throughout the project helped minimize delays and downtime. The cabinets and countertops were delivered on time and the installation quality was excellent. As you can see, the final result was quite similar to the 3D rendering. Marcie and Kailey were also very responsive to our email questions throughout the project. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience working with Marcie and Kailey. In terms of price, they are probably more expensive than other vendors, but they never tried to upsell us or stick us with surprise fees and costs later in the project. We paid the amount agreed to in the contract and more importantly, we didn't have to incur any additional costs after the project to fix any low quality materials or installation. Thanks in part to Kitchen Kreations, we have a beautiful new, bigger, brighter, and more functional kitchen that was built on time and within our budget. read more

I was referred by contractor to Chris with Kitchen Kreations / IDS for my kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Upon meeting with Chris Jenkins and his assistant Annie I was presented with a lot of standard shaker cabinets but I told Chris I wanted something different. Chris then presented Aspect line that captured my attention with their unique color. I knew I wanted a soft color and hoped to stay away from paint cabinets. I immediately fell in love. The color is beautiful and makes my kitchen pop. As with most remodeling or renovations projects there were obstacles that presented themselves but Chris showed professionalism and worked extremely hard to make sure I was satisfied. His installer was great and extremely helpful from the time he arrive to the last item installed. I would definitely recommend Kitchen Kreation and thank them for helping me complete my vision of a beautiful kitchen. When I replaced my condo kitchen and bath vanity I used Dynamic CTS. They did a very good job and worked with our budget. Marcie was super helpful in us picking out the cabinets and coordinating granite. She has a good eye for design and space. I am currently having her remodel my bathrooms in my new house. My husband and I knew what we liked but didn't know how to implement it in our bathrooms. When we had decided to remodel we headed straight to Lowe's to see what selection of tile we had. I know there are other places but we just wanted to get an idea. We were completely overwhelmed with what would look good and what would fit in our budget. IDS did an amazing job on our kitchen! We had a kitchen that had been remodeled about 15 years ago for which we wanted to add some cabinets. IDS did a wonderful job crafting cabinets that looked exactly like the ones from 15 years ago, helping us come up with a design solution that more than doubled our storage space and gave the kitchen a complete feel. We just completed a full kitchen renovation with Kitchen Kreations. We updated an original 1950s kitchen, to the kitchen of our dreams! We knocked down a wall, and completely gutted the existing kitchen. I spent a lot of time researching and felt that reviews from past customers were the most important , and after reading great reviews on Yelp, Kitchen Kreations was our pick. Marcie was our designer who helped us manage the space layout and helped us make many design decisions that we were clueless about. She also acted like the project manager, and helped us communicate with the other workers on our job. She was always just an email or call away to answer any question we had. Wil was our contractor, and he was also great! He traveled a good distance to work with us, since Marcie thought he would be a great fit for my husband and I, and boy was she right! His laid back attitude and flexible working habits made it such an easy process. Wil and his guys did a great job, and were a pleasure to work with. Marcie recommend her custom cabinet guy named Victor, and at first I didn't know what to expect because I hadn't seen much of his work, but WOW! I think the best decision we made during this whole process was going with Victor for the cabinets. Victor and his son, worked together to make our BEAUTIFUL cabinets. They came to our house 3 different times, and spent the whole day making sure everything was perfect! They made so many custom trim and edge pieces that really just went above and beyond our expectations. If it fits in your budget, have Victor make your cabinets!! Our timeline was about 8 weeks, and they finished the project in 7 weeks, which was great for us! And stayed very close to our budget. I know how kitchen remodels can go crazy with length of time and money, but Kitchen Kreations stayed on time, and were very accommodating when sticking to our budget. Unfortunately, I can't comment on the quality of the work Dynamic CTS provides. My review is based only on their terrible customer service. I called Dynamic CTS in late September requesting an estimate for some cabinet work in my kitchen. I was impressed by the 2 positive Yelp reviews and liked the fact that I would be supporting a neighborhood business. About a week after my call, Chris came by on 9-28 to see our job. My husband and I thought he was professional and had a pleasant demeanor. We never heard from Chris or anyone from CTS after that. No call, no email, no mailed estimate, nothing. I called twice myself letting them know we'd never received our estimate and we were still interested in having our project done. It's 11-7 and I think it's fair to say they are not interested in our business. I don't know how a company can stay afloat when they treat potentially paying customers like this. I have had extensive work done to my home and customer service means a lot to me. Theirs stinks. I guess it's back to the drawing board for me. read more

I just said goodbye to Polo, who did the work in my condo to redo the bathroom, and I can't even express how happy I am. Chris is amazing! Trustworthy, calm, responsible -- he made what had been an awful experience with another contractor into a great experience. Polo came 9-5 every day (until there was a machine snafu). Chris told me it would take 2 weeks, and it actually took exactly 10 days. The work was fantastic, completely professional and beautifully done. Plus, I'm a nervous client, and both Polo and Chris were quick to respond to questions. I wish I had had them do my kitchen. So here it is: We stumbled in because we were near and Yelp showed it. What luck! Chris Jenkins, who helped us was so measured and efficient in ultimately helping us choose our countertop that we made a right choice. The execution of the installation was likewise well organized and thorough. Doing without the kitchen was expected but the work was all done as scheduled with no "Oh, I forgot" delays. We met with Kitchen Kreations to get a qoute to re-do our kitchen - Our kitchen was a mix of original 1947, and cheap 1980. Marcie came to our house, and worked with my wife (who had a vision for the new kitchen). Marcie understood our vision, and worked with us to keep it as close to our budget as possible. We had a realistic, but tight budget. Of all the contractors we met with - Marcie was the only one to actually try to meet our budget. Once we decided to use Kitchen Kreations, we met with Marcie in the showroom to pick out cabinets and counter tops - It was fun to see all the options, and Marcie gave us suggestions to keep pricing down, while still maintaining quality - She also had good insight into what would look good and what may not look so good. We decided on our cabinets - and Marcie provided a detailed project timeline and stuck to it - the only delays were due to requests that we made last min (which Marcie handled with grace!) Kitchen Creations finished our kitchen today - It is AMAZING. We did new cabinets, new floors, new counters, new lights, and a new dishwasher. It was so much fun to see it all come together. The firm used to purchase appliances was staffed with sales people that are expert in that field. I'm in love with the new kitchen, where the design provided incredible storage, a much improved footprint, as well as being very beautiful. It changed the feel of the whole house. Some of these commenters don't seem to understand the difference between hiring a design and construction firm, and hiring a tradesman to simply do the work. We considered several different companies to provide cabinets and countertops for a complete remodel of our oceanfront condo. Kitchen Kreations had a great selection, and was one of the few sources for high quality, reasonably priced high gloss modern Eurostyle cabinets. Chris was very easy to work with and my general contractor was favorably impressed. Kitchen Kreations installed our kitchen, bar, and master bath cabinets and high-end countertops in the kitchen and master bath. Pricing was quite a bit less than others we considered, but the best part was the service after the sale. My husband and I are very picky and we chose some very nice/expensive products, so we wanted everything to be PERFECT. Chris made sure that every issue we had was taken care of to our satisfaction, even when it took multiple repeat visits to get one issue resolved. A burst pipe the weekend before Thanksgiving started us on a roller coaster of dealing with inept people who promised one thing, but couldn't deliver. Based on the reviews of my fellow yelpers, I contacted Kitchen Kreations to give an estimate for cabinets and counters, after initially contacting ___ Brothers Construction in San Pedro, which also received very high marks. While they were personable, their bid was twice as much as KK, and I couldn't get them to return my call for two weeks! But this review is how amazing KK is... Chris is a pleasure to deal with - he listened to my concerns, was always available when questions arose, came out several times to ensure that work was progressing, and that we were happy. Any issues that came up during the process were handled immediately! We had several issues with BofA delaying the release of insurance funds, which caused us to lose out on our initial choice for counter tops, but we're happy with the second choice that Chris offered us. We had other contractors install flooring and wall tile. Between them flaking out and our bank being complete a-holes at times, KK was the only one that we could count on to keep us on an even keel. Customer service seems to be an oxymoron these days, as most companies either don't give it, or don't care. I strongly recommend that you take a second & third look at Kitchen Kreations for your remodeling needs. You won't be disappointed! Also like the fact that The Tile Zone is next door. I was looking for a company that can take my vision and sample photos of a modern expensive kitchen and create an affordable modern kitchen for one of our houses. But all they keep telling me is that modern kitchen is very expensive and will cost me over $100,000. This was after meeting them at my home for only 5 minutes and showed only a couple of pictures. Note that the kitchen is small and only 180sf. I also told them we don't want high-end lacquer cabinets and we just want maple cabinets with pocket doors and quartz countertop. I even suggested that they can incorporate some prefab or semi-custom cabinets to bring the cost down. But they still kept insisting that it's going to be very expensive since it's all custom. It felt like they think that we can't afford an expensive kitchen and kept discouraging us. I've never met a company that was so discouraging, and they didn't even make any suggestions to make the project affordable. I think they just didn't want the job when I mentioned that this project involves knocking a couple of walls to have an open concept kitchen will require structural engineering, permitting and installing a 25-ft steel beam to support the second story. They should have just said so instead of making us feel like we can't afford it and that a modern kitchen is out of our reach. Sooo disappointed. read more
