We spent a lot of money on fixtures for our bathroom remodel. They messed up twice on the order, told us too bad because they didn't have a single 3 piece faucet in the entire store to lend us for their mistake while we waited for the missing order? Somehow had a spare handheld for their first mistake but don't have a single faucet in the faucet store to lend us for a week while we wait for the part they forgot... Condescending and incompetent staff that makes you feel at fault for their errors. Better off anywhere else. Not worth the headache. read more

We had the best experience with Lisa a few weeks ago. Not only was she so diligent in attending to our needs for our renovation, but she was very helpful in making our home more cohesive by helping us bring our vision into focus. There were so many options and styles available and the store was very busy. However, the closer I looked I could see that the sales reps were running back and forth to find the best prices and local availability. Coming from a sales background, I felt like my time was valued. Lisa's flexibility and quick thinking made our experience amazing. Faucets n Fixtures lives up to the reviews I've heard from friends - you will feel like family by the end of your shopping experience! If it walks like duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. My wife and I came into the store today because we are remodeling our house from top to bottom. My wife and I are a mixed couple (asian and hispanic) We googled the store and drove all the way from San Dimas specifically for this one store since the quality seemed to be exactly what we've been looking for. We arrived at around 1:30pm on Saturday and headed straight for the shower fixtures. There were four staff members working, two assisting other customers and the remaining two sitting at their desks. My wife and I were clearly there to shop but as we stood by testing various shower faucets, we began to notice that the workers were approaching every other customer but us. At one point, I took the initiative to approach the desk and ask a question assuming the employee would then volunteer to assist us, but he did not. Instead, other customers walked in and he immediately jumped off his seat to assist them. My wife and I were the ONLY racial minorities customers in the store. And after a while I began to feel this was blatant. It takes a lot for my wife to ever feel the way we did. They were clearly ignoring us. In another situation a female associate came right next to us while assisting another customer. She made a remark regarding one of the products and I thought she was speaking to me so responding only to be entirely ignored. At least four other customers arrived and were immediately approached while we're clearly shopping and never approached by anyone. I really hope the owner read this review and take it seriously, unless thats his policy. Today they lost a very determined customer. As a Realtor, I often refer my buyers to local businesses for their home remodeling and other services. Like I said, if it walks like duck and quacks like a duck, it's a duck. Too bad. read more

I was pretty surprised to see the low 3 start rating for this business so took the time to read through all the reviews. I have used Faucets and Fixtures for many years with nothing but the highest quality of customer service. I think what some people may not be realizing is that this is not a STORE, it's a SHOWROOM. I would never walk in without an appointment so that I know someone is available to help me. Yes, you can walk in - but it very well may be that the staff are busy. I dont believe the sales agents are just ignoring people, they are sitting at their desks working on the 100's of orders they have for their clients. If they walked up to everyone that came in the door they wouldn't get anything done. I am sorry anyone felt that the color of their skin played a role in how a sales agent greeted them, or not. In my experience it seems it may be more likely that they greeted someone else because they had an appointment and the sales agent was waiting for them. Like I mentioned, I always make an appointment and I am always greeted at the door. I would recommend this showroom over any other that I have done business with. I do recommended calling to make an appointment before you visit to make sure you get the high level of service that I know them to have. read more

Absolutely the worst store we have been to... we are remodeling our bathroom and on a Saturday afternoon, we passed by this store and decided to walk in. The service here was undoubtedly awful. When we arrived the store it was dead. Besides us, there was another elderly couple (different age and race than us) at the store. A sales was showing them all the different shower fixtures in front of us, but we didn't even receive a 'hello'. There were at least 3 sales just sitting in front of their computers didn't even bother to greet or acknowledge us. They definitely did not look busy at all. We were there for about 30 mins and no one came to ask if we needed any help. We were interested in a few sets but couldn't get anyone come to help us. We later witnessed another couple (again, different age and race than us) walked in and one of the sales jumped on it and greeted them immediately. We were baffled and confused. Were we invisible to them? As customers, we could definitely feel the difference in their attitude towards different kinds of customers at this store. We then decided to take our business somewhere else. We ended up getting our shower fixtures at Pacific Sales, where they treat every customer with respect and dignity. We rather give a healthy commission to sales who actually deserve it. This store lost a $3000 sales because how they treat the customers. We felt sort of humiliated and definitely ignored when we walked out this store. read more

Terrible service. There were at least 5 sales reps in the store. We specifically drove out there to see what they have for our new bathroom renovation and there are a lot of gorgeous options. Sadly due to the unwelcoming service we will not be purchasing anything there or refer anyone there. Service is so important, we were 1 of 3 customers in the store and we were in there for at least 10 minutes and not one hello, not even a smile. I know times are tough and jobs are hard to come by, but employees need do something they truly love and if retail and working with customers is not your thing than go do something else. I hope this is addressed and they consider hiring people that like the service industry and enjoy being kind and welcoming to people coming into their store. After reading all of the other reviews regarding feeling like they weren't helped because of my ethnicity, I am also Asian and went in with my Caucasian husband and I felt like I wasn't approached as well because I am a person of color. I think based off the multiple complaints it's time to make some changes. Perception is everything so if your company values are to make sure people feel comfortable in your store, make the changes necessary. Take some accountability. I would be so embarrassed if I got even one complaint regarding this issue, but now 4 complaints. read more

I go to Faucets N Fixtures for all of my remodel needs, most recently a Long Beach historical renovation. The showroom is really helpful to allow you to visualize the end result. The team, Tammie, Austin and Aaron are always helpful, and I appreciate that they backfill for one another seamlessly. I have worked most closely with Tammie and she has helped with door hardware, knobs and pulls, plumbing, toilet, freestanding tub and outdoor sink and faucet. She has a keen eye for design and helped me properly mix metals into the new spaces which include outdoor BBQ, kitchen, bar, and master bath. Her experience and vast product knowledge is helpful as she can offer products options at both high and low price points, educate me as the consumer, and guide me toward quicker decision making. I only order from this team/store, and have moved all of my business away from the online vendors and other local home improvement stores in OC, LA and IE areas.
