Unprepared, we went to a Big Box store and now deal every day with a range with incomprehensible bells and whistles. (The clock is in sync now only because I like to experiment by clicking on buttons.) So no way would I shop for an appliance again without doing some homework. After researching and learning much about how the industry has changed, not in a good way, I searched Yelp for the best place to buy a kitchen appliance. Yelp came to the rescue. Restaurant reviews can be to some degree subjective but a service is not. Johnnies was highly rated, as it should be. Sophia was a wonderful salesperson and found a refrigerator that met our needs and price range perfectly. Really wonderful communication. When delivery and installation was made, David absolutely provided the most efficient and pleasant experience. They spoke of an upcoming move to a new location nearby so the address given here may no longer be correct.

About a week after the visit, my refrigerator stopped cooling properly again and everything in my freezer thawed. Since I had already paid for a diagnosis, I felt it was reasonable to have the company address the ongoing issue. In the end, I decided to cancel the follow-up appointment and accept the $80 as a loss. I sought a second opinion from another company, and they were able to correctly diagnose the problem. While I appreciate the technician's efforts, my experience was disappointing because the original diagnosis did not identify the actual issue.
