We hired Entourage to renovate our basement, including installing new flooring, drywall, paint and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Alex was incredibly responsive and attentive to our requests throughout the entire project. Each member of his team demonstrated excellent workmanship and efficiency, and it was clear that they take pride in what they do. Entourage also offers great value, and Alex genuinely strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Entourage for any home renovation project. We were so impressed with their work that we will definitely be hiring them again for future renovations! read more

I had Entourage help me do a tub to shower conversion and also finish my garage. I was so happy with the work they did. Alex and Andrew were incredibly communicative, professional, and knowledgeable. They actually exceeded my expectations on timeline while doing top notch quality work. When I noticed little things during the process that I wanted to make sure were addressed, they went above and beyond to make sure that they returned to me a completely finished beautiful end product that made me happy and proud of the work. I could not recommend them more. read more

Timely. Professional. Attention to detail. We are so impressed with the remodel for the bathroom we requested the team for our kitchen remodel. After meeting with 10 different contractors, we chose to go with Entourage because of their direct and clear answers. Alex gave us a reasonable quote and expectations. Time is extremely important to us and Alex understood it. He helped our project stay on track with his organizational skills and thorough follow up. He provides constant written updates with pictures. His taste and suggestions are most appreciated. From color and functionality, he helped me choose tiles and fixtures that compliments the look I want and is family friendly. His services are highly recommended. read more

Scope of work: Kitchen + Master Bath + Guest Bath complete demo and remodel, downstairs flooring (from carpet/tile to LVP), tile around the fireplace, and door/frame repaint Few things I wish I knew before starting the project (this was my first big renovation): - When obtaining quotes, clearly communicate the materials you want included in the quote (e.g., quote based on current layout, quote based on kitchen cabinets going all the way to the ceiling, quote based on shower tiles going all the way to the ceiling, etc.). This will help to make the quotes more comparable and will ensure there aren't any major surprises along the way. - Confirm working hours (e.g., what time they will start each day, what time they will finish each day, do they work weekends, etc.). - If you have the space, buy new appliances as soon as possible. Similarly, order shower glass doors as soon as tiling is done. You never know when something will go out of stock or if there will be unexpected delays in delivery. - Be prepared to make all the design choices (unless you hire a separate designer). They will opine on something very specific if you ask and will definitely bring something to your attention if they think you're about to make a huge mistake, but in general, you are responsible for all the materials selection. We met with 6 contractors before selecting Entourage. Of the 6 we met with, only 2 encouraged doing things "by the book" (i.e., getting the proper permit from the city). In fact, some of them actively discouraged us from obtaining the permit. Given the magnitude of the project, it made us a bit nervous that some of the contractors didn't want us to pull the proper permit (we understood that obtaining the permit will add to our budget and timeline and were ok with it). Of the 2 that did recommend doing things by the book, we went with Entourage because their pricing was more reasonable. FYI, Entourage handles all the work related to pulling the permit for minimal cost. Overall, we are very happy with how our house turned out and plan to hire them on future projects (we have also recommended them to several friends). Entourage's quality of work, especially as it relates to tiling, is just amazing. In fact, friends that came over to check out the "new" house commented on how they thought the project would've cost way more than what we ended up spending. Our primary contact, Paulina, was super responsive and helpful. They estimated that the project would take 3 - 4 months and it was completed almost exactly on the 3-month mark. I HIGHLY recommend Entourage Home Remodeling. read more

6 months after our remodel and Alex continues to deliver 5 star service. We weren't able to install our windows until after the remodel with Entourage was completed because we were waiting on HOA approval. Unfortunately during the new window install, the window contractor (a separate contractor from Entourage) chipped one of the tiles in our new primary bathroom walk-in shower leaving a small hole. I was worried about water intrusion so I called Alex and he sent someone from his team to fix it for us the very next business day - when the issue is wasn't even caused by them! I can't say enough good things about his team and really appreciate the professionalism and excellent customer service. read more

My wife and I been wanting to remodel our home for years. We became empty nesters & we decided now is the perfect time to remodel our house. We did our research in the past with many companies/contractors and for some reason or another we didn't feel right to commit with them. After posting on yelp Alex of Entourage Home Remodeling called to meet with us. We knew right away he would be the one to do our home. Entourage Home Remodeling, Alex, Freddie & the team answered all our questions & made our remodeling to become possible. They went over the top to make us happy. Alex helped us with his contacts. Flooring, Countertops/Stones, Cabinets installers, Electrician, Plumber are all extremely respectful, professional, and they take pride in their work. All of them are awesome!! They were always available for us and for that we appreciate them & we are very grateful. 5 Star work was done to our home and it shows. We are extremely proud to show off how beautifully our house turned out. Thank You, Alex, Freddie & the Entourage Home Remodeling team read more

We just finished remodeling our master bathroom with Entourage Remodeling and we couldn't be happier. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Alex was very good in making sure we knew the schedule and his communication with us regarding the project was excellent. This was the last room that we had to remodel (we bought this house 5 years ago and the entire house needed to be redone), and we only wish that we had found them 5 years ago when we started the remodel. We used two different contractors for the kitchen and the other bathrooms, but our experience with Entourage has been so much better. Entourage wasn't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. We highly recommend them if you are looking for a good contractor with good communication and follow up. They are worth every penny. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Entourage Remodeling, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience. Alex, Freddie, and their dedicated team were outstanding. Their exceptional responsiveness and clear communication made the entire process EASY. No surprises, no stress - just a smooth journey. Plus, their availability around the clock was a real comfort. The master bathroom they remodeled for me? Nothing short of breathtaking. I wholeheartedly recommend Entourage Remodeling for a top-notch renovation experience. The Entourage Team always gave good and honest recommendations when I didn't know what to do. It is something that many contractors are afraid to do nowadays. The quality of work they gave me, far exceeded the price I paid. I had quotes that were lower, I had quotes that were higher. Ultimately, I chose Entourage because they put me at ease from the very beginning. They came prepared with examples of past projects that they completed. Photos, videos, references from previous customers. Other contractors didn't seem interested in showing that they could do the job well. I found Entourage on yelp while searching for someone to remodel a kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. After meeting with a total of 5 companies, I felt most comfortable with Entourage. Paulina was my main contact and I cannot possibly rave about her enough. I was very involved in the process and Paulina was always so responsive and helpful making sure I got what I wanted. She has incredible attention to detail and was out at my house pretty much every day keeping an eye on things and making sure the project was moving along. Alex and Freddie were also involved in my project and super great to work with along with every person on the team who came out to work on my house. It's clear Paulina and team are passionate about their work and want to make sure things are done right and done well. The project was completed within the timeline we discussed at the start of the project and I am happy with the results. Anyone that is remodeling knows that the most important factor is finding a Contractor you can trust, a Contractor with integrity. Freddie and the Entourage staff "checked that box", they are simply outstanding! The craftmanship and quality of their work is best-in-class! Entourage took our 30-year-old bathroom and transformed it into a work of art! Freddie's attention to detail was incredible, as was his expert advice, which he provided to my wife & I throughout the entire process. Beyond the top-quality work (at a fair price), Freddie's communication and follow up throughout the entire process was impressive & truly exceeded our expectations. His response times when we had questions was usually within minutes. Freddie also did an excellent job adapting to our busy & often erratic schedule. While we set out to hire a Contractor to remodel our bathrooms, we felt like we also got an expert in terms of interior design & finishes. Freddie helped us decide specifics on nearly all aspects of our new bathroom. He quickly brought us samples to compare & would routinely text or e-mail us pictures of the various options. Beyond Freddie's impressive professional skill set, he was just a pleasure to work with. My wife and I cannot say enough about him! Perhaps the best thing I can say is that Freddie and Entourage will have ALL our future home remodel business! Need a reference? He kept me updated by emailing me progress reports and receipts for each step completed. I had previously hired a contractor to do this remodel, but after discovering this contractor had ordered the wrong size cabinets and the electrician he hired to install my lighting tore holes in my walls and hooked my lights leaving exposed wires. We chose Entourage Home Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom and install kitchen countertops/backsplash after having searched for months to find a contractor that did not set off alarm bells. This was very important to us, as we had some dreadful experiences with contractors in the past. And, we are very happy to say, Entourage did not disappoint! From start to finish, Freddie and his team were there to guide us in choice of materials, design and execution of our remodel. Freddie, in particular, was a delight to deal with, and all the crew were professional and polite. Especially notable was how any delays were handled with aplomb by everyone...so important when many vendors are involved. And happily, all was completed prior to the holidays (Thanksgiving). Freddie and his team helped us remodel our two bathrooms recently. They were genuine, professional and hard-working. Just as the previous review said, Freddie was super easy to work with. Communications throughout the journey was excellent. Freddie came for the estimate and was pleasant to meet with. He was very flexible and gave us sensible recommendations on what need to be done. We received his estimate within the Same Day. He gave us several options on the start date and how to work around the holidays. We contacted a couple other contractors. One was said they were not available. The other one sent a project manager over. The guy had a bit of an attitude and was not quite flexible on what we did not want to replace (since we were on a budget). He sent over an estimate comparable with Freddie's in terms of costs but that was after two weeks we met. By then we had already decided to go with Freddie's team. Once the project started, we always received text from Freddie on the updates and he came by almost daily to check on the progress. His team always cleaned up and swept up at the end of the day. We have to say their tile work was amazing! We have seen pictures from other contractors that the tiles were not centered and the wood tiles were not layout nicely (like the same wood grain pattern placed almost next to each other). But our tiles were tastefully layout. Then, we had slipping concerns if we use the wall tiles on the curb of the shower floor, so Freddie went to several vendors to help us find the non-slip tiles that matches our wall tile color. These were the things that mattered when it came to remodeling. As Freddie always said, he wanted to make sure we are happy with his work. They finished both bathrooms on schedule. We had our new bathrooms ready for the winter break, even with the pause over the Thanksgivings weekend. On the last day when his team were wrapping up, he told us there is one year warranty on all his work, so just give him a call if there's any problem. A week later, he texted us and check if everything is good. So far, everything has been great and our new bathrooms are the best rooms in our house. So we will definitely be back for future projects. We have already started recommending Freddie and his team to our neighbors and friends. Thanks so much for your awesome work, Freddie! read more
