It was a very frustrating experience. No ever came out to oversee if the bathroom remodel progress unless we asked for a lead person to come out when we had questions or issues. Communication was also via emails but never a call to follow up on the emails. There were times we were told someone would call us or for us call after a representative would be in the office after a certain time and when we called the person was gone for the day. Their main rep would send very stern scolding emails. It wasn't until the project finished they were very attentive because the last payment was due. When Mark came out to give me a quote, he really opened my eyes to possibilities I hadn't imagined. He informed me I could move the stove and microwave to allow for the installation of two lazy Susans, which opened up much more storage space. Before I had unreachable space. He also quoted me for demo to include tearing out a soffit and rerouting a heating register onto the ceiling and redoing the lighting. We made an appointment for an estimate and gave a $1000 deposit the same day. My husband and I are expecting a baby and decided not to follow through. We called a few times to let them know we changed our mind. I left a few messages before we finally got a call back days later stating the time for a refund had been exceeded even though we had called and left messages. No plans were drawn up, no work was done and they kept the $1000 deposit. It was an unfortunate experience. Terrible company! We were told our vanity would take about 5 weeks to build. We waited over six months and then what we received was completely wrong and not according to the plans we signed off on. The toe kick was supposed to be 4" as standard. What we got was up to 9.5" Because they made the cabinet too short. Additionally when I told the project manager Ben that the measurements were wrong, he proceeded to yell and speak very disrespectfully to me. This horrible experience caused our bathroom project to come in seven months late, as we had to order from another company that took another four months to come in. The only positive thing I can say about them is that they gave us our money back. Save yourself a lot of time and stress and just go somewhere else. read more

I wanted to take the time to express how happy I am with my new kitchen from Cabinet Magic.  My experience was 5 star from start to finish.  I want to call out the team of professionals there that made my experience wonderful. It started in their large showroom full of displays, colors and doors styles.  I met Sonia at the front desk and she showed me around answering my questions.  She then set my appointment for my estimate. Mark the owner came to my home and listened to what I wanted to do.  He told me how I could transform my kitchen and get an island I've always wanted.  He provided me with ideas and accessories for me to consider to make my kitchen unique and functional. My kitchen was designed by Ben, their blueprinter who took measurements of my kitchen and designed the layout on a computer for me to see it before they built it in their factory, which is the same place their showroom is located.  They took me back there to see the quality of the cabinetry and how they built them. Janine coordinated all the workers to my home and kept me informed and what to expect from start to finish.  If I had questions I was able to reach her and get answers I needed. Vidal my installer came and he worked continuously and meticulously until all my cabinets were set in place perfectly!  Then the countertops, tile splash, handles and appliances were all set and the results were WOW! Dana, the Project Manager, was at my house several times during the course of the installation looking things over, making sure they were correct and allowing me the opportunity to verify things so they met my expectations.
