Because of the honesty, professionalism, I saw immediately with David, a few dollars more here or there didn't matter to me! Price was competitive! Maybe, I could have done a (little) better money wise, but not honesty and professionalism. The stress of having people in and out of your house with different estimates was overwhelming! David relieved my stress. You will know immediately that David is a straight shooter! Not only did they do everything we agreed on, but more at no additional charge! They came back 2 weeks later to finish a promise! Thank you so much high quality for a job well done! Keep up the good work! Thank you David!!. You can continue searching, and not believe me, but that's your stress and strain! Last, but not least, David referred a painter who did an outstanding job! Just in case you need a painter. You'd be lucky if David refers Jaime!

Came out in person to look at it and the price went up to $13 grand, sent 2 guys out the the following week Anthony shows up and now says he wants $17 grand, WTH ? And then his 2 guys still left unacceptable areas that my own top notch drywall guy had to fix. :( :(

Hello Anthony. I don't know how you would remember a job based on pictures of work you did, but…read moreI'm sure you would deny that. I attached the paid invoice with your initials and "paid in full". Hopefully that helps you remember that it was your job. I do remember you and your white pickup truck coming to my house and telling me all work that will be done is professional and all I need to do afterwords is paint. The "professionals" you got coming to the house were careless. Their texturing left a mess in the living room because they didn't seal the area properly. They did not tape off the wall that didn't need texturing. Their response was for me to wash the wall because the texture will come right off. The cracked areas of the drywall ONLY occurred on the areas that you worked on. NO OTHER AREA IN MY HOME HAS THIS. and this home was built over 20yrs ago. your work only lasted about a year. There was no illusion on the work of the raised drywall. I felt it and YOUR response when you felt it was that it was an illusion. A person with some sort of experience would know that there is an issue with the work if they felt it, but you just wanted to get your money and leave. You can change the format of your invoice after you see it was your job but it does no not change the fact that it was your work. I'm sure you don't like the review, but the work is sloppy. If you want to lie about it, it's fine, but people should know on who to bring in before they spend their hard-earned money to fix their homes.

While Isaias only checked in a couple of times, his younger brother was on site daily leading the crew and made sure everything was done exactly how I wanted it.
