Initial walk through was clear and I was given a reasonable quote without Izabella even asking me what my budget was. All the other contractors I did a walk through with asked me what my budget was before giving me a quote. Izabella worked with the city permits, my difficult HoA rules, and was responsive throughout the entire project. She gave great suggestions, fixed things that were not up to her standards even when I didn't notice, and always found excellent solutions to little problems that would come up. Above all, Izabella is always consistently calm and never seems to be fazed/stressed about anything! Her team, from the electricians, plumbers, dry wall people, painters, cabinet guy and others were all excellent and great at their jobs. We were pleasantly surprised when we were informed it was possible but also at the total cost of the work and the timeline to complete. While we were unable to start right away due hoops to jump through with our HOA and the city, eventually the project kicked off. Our home was a construction zone for about two weeks, but really only the first week was what you would consider a home renovation experience to feel like (related to noise and dust). Once the framing was in- the finishing was off and super easy to live and work through. The folks working at the LoftCrafters are experienced and communicative and made the experience very easy overall. While there were a few moments of miscommunication, Tony always reassured us that anything we want, if possible could be done. They stayed within our budget and kept their promise that the contract price would be the total cost with no surprises. They also have a showroom where you can pick and choose your finishes, tiles, vanities, which made the design process much easier. One tip: make sure to have everything you want clearly written in the contract to avoid any confusion later. They helped us choose the floors (to replace carpet) and they included baseboards and leveling - (they don't know the exact amount for leveling until they get the carpets up, but it was within reason); note this when you are doing the estimate etc. The contractors were great, fast & clean, no damages etc...the floors look great and we are very happy. Our contact, Farid, was always polite and helpful, eager to answer questions and make you feel confident in their ability. We will likely use them for our next project - kitchen and bath!
